Siargao Lisuga Hotel

For us it was centrally located to our planned activities the staff was amazing funny and very helpful and beds are very comfortable wifi strong.

Honestly we loved everything about lisuga hotel we had short power outage issue however the owners messaged and apologized and credited us a night without any complaints from us they went above and beyond in every way a hotel should so no things I disliked we will stay again next trip.

La cama muy cómoda y el personal súper amable!

La piscina es súper pequeña y tienes que andar para llegar a ella, está como en otro hotel de al lado. El primer día por la noche pasamos terror porque había un ejército de avispas asiáticas enormes por todas partes (fuera de la habitación) pero para subir hasta allí se nos hizo eterno ya que hasta se nos ponían encima…

Man kann einen Nachbarspool benutzen der ist aber sehr klein, ein eigener Aussenpool fehlt, ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre auch toll

El agua apestaba. No puedes tener esa calidad de agua en un hotel asi. Daba asco ducharse.. tenía que correr un poco y luego se podia. Tampoco tenía agua caliente lo que me sorprendió..

Struttura molto bella, pulita e funzionale, servizi buoni e personale gentile, competente e disponibile. La distanza dal centro è ragionevole (10 minuti a piedi) e propongono vari tour , molto validi i due a cui abbiamo partecipato (Tri-island e Landtour).

Geräumiges, hübsches Zimmer, sehr komfortable Betten, ein sehr leckeres Frühstück und ein mega hilfsbereites Personal zu jeder Zeit! Waren als Familie 5 Nächte dort und können es nur weiterempfehlen! Da in den Bewertungen sooft bemängelt wird, dass es keine warme Dusche gibt: ja, das stimmt, aber das stört bei diesen Temperaturen überhaupt nicht, tut sogar gut ;-)

The only downside? Eventually, you have to leave. The staff are so genuinely warm and attentive that they make you feel right at home from day one. Add the perfect location, and checking out is honestly the hardest part, it all goes by way too quickly.

The staff went far and beyond helping me during my stay; made my solo trip so much fun! And my room was squeaky clean (me being a certified neat freak). Thank you, Lisuga.

La habitación es muy amplia y las camas son muy cómodas. Tiene dispenser de agua fría.

El wifi funciona bastante mal y si vas en moto la calle para llegar no esta en buen estado.

The road going to the hotel, the set up of room there is no towel, the tiny and dirty pool was far to the hotel .the service are very poor. The check in time is 2pm and I arrived to the hotel at 2:30pm but the room still not yet ready. I booked 2 rooms for 5pax but it was separated 1 room is on the second floor and the 1 room is on 3rd floor , I booked 5 pax means together .so my experienced was really disappointed it’s not recommendable hotel.

Du côté positif, la chambre était spacieuse, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est pratique, et le personnel est globalement sympathique et accueillant.

Cependant, plusieurs points nous ont déçus. Tout d’abord, la piscine n’est pas située dans l’hôtel même, mais dans un établissement voisin, et elle est très petite. De plus, contrairement à ce qui était proposé, il n’y avait pas de scooter disponible à la location. À plusieurs reprises, en rentrant dans la chambre, nous n’avions pas de serviettes à disposition, ce qui est assez problématique après une douche (froide). Et lorsque des serviettes étaient fournies, certaines étaient en mauvais état, voire trouées. Autre point important : nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pendant toute la durée du séjour. Nous avons également été dérangés par des travaux juste à côté de notre chambre, avec beaucoup de bruit dès 7h du matin, ce qui rendait le repos difficile. Enfin, nous avions réservé une navette pour l’aéroport en pensant qu’il s’agissait d’un service privé, mais il s’est avéré que ce n’était pas le cas, ce qui a entraîné un départ plus tardif que prévu.

It was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I really enjoyed the peaceful garden surroundings. The staff were warm and accommodating, always ready to help with anything I needed. While the Wi-Fi could be better and the road going to the hotel is a bit rough, the quiet atmosphere and good value for money made up for it. It’s a nice, budget-friendly place to stay if you’re visiting Siargao and want somewhere calm and comfortable.

Das Hotel ist neuwertig und befindet sich zentral, aber dennoch etwas abgelegen, was gut ist, da man den Straßenlärm nicht hört. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilft bei allen Anliegen! Die Zimmer sind groß, modern und sauber.

Das einzige, was mir nicht gefallen hat, ist, dass es keine Warmwasser- Duschen gibt. Man kann sich aber grosse Eimer mit heißem Wasser ins Zimmer bringen lassen. Das klappte immer sehr zügig und warm duschen ist damit auch möglich.

There where hot water heaters in bath room but not turned on or connected and no hot water. The wifi was not good. Unfortunately now a days people want this facility and need it for everyday life. Needs to be better.

El personal ha estat molt amable i en tot moment ens han tractat molt bé. Ens van ajudar a organitzar el tour de tri-island i donar tovalloles quan les hem necessitat.

Per entrar a l’hotel estava la carretera molt enfangada i dificultava l’acces per anar caminant. Això ens obligava a tenir que demanar un tuktuk cada vegada. De totes maneres ho vam comentar a les noies i ens van donar una solució per venir-nos a buscar amb moto. Si arreglen el carrer seria perfecte.

Οι παροχές. Είχε πολλά κουνούπια στο χώρο. Δεν είχε ζεστό νερό να κάνουμε μπάνιο μας πρότειναν να μας ζεστάνουν. Δεχοντουσαν μονο μετρητά που ειναι πρόβλημα όταν πρέπει να σηκώσεις γιατι κάθε φορα που σηκώνεις σου κρατάει προμήθεια της τάξεως των 4-5ευρω. Και δεν έχουν ολα τα ATM τη δυνατότητα να σηκώσεις μεγάλο ποσό. Στα πάντα ζητάνε deposit charge που στο δίνουν πισω μεν μετα αλλα εχεις την ανάγκη των μετρητών που όπως προανέφερα δεν είναι οτι πιο εύκολο και στο τέλος που στα επιστρέφουν σου είναι άχρηστα γιατι φεύγεις. Τα δωμάτια δεν έχουν ψυγείο
