Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Very comfortable, brand new hotel near to many malls, restaurants and CUC. The room was very spacious with a separate sitting, dining area. The bed was very large and super comfortable. The room was quiet with no traffic noise and very dark. Wifi connection was excellent and the tv was new. It was possible to cook in the room or if you prefer go to the local restaurants. Of course being Cairo top notch deluvery services are available. I want to especially emphasize that the hotel manager is a very kind, professional guy and will go out of his way to sort out any issues.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026I had a woinderful stay at New City Hotel and suites and would happily stay there again. The suite was spacious, clean and very confortable. The bed was excellent, larger than most and super comfortable. Having a separate living space with TV and a couch made it feel more homelike than hotel. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed me to make home cooked meals which I prefer. Don't worry if you prefer to order or indeed eat out there are so many options nearby. The location is great next to AUC and two brand new malls with supermarkets, pharmacies etc. The stand out was the management team who were always available, attentive, caring and professional. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I have to say hats off to the accommodation staff too who cleaned the room efficiently and even did my laundry for me!

Due to it's proximity to the American university in Cairo the local populace seems to be somewhat proficient in English. Good water pressure and hot water

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026카이로에 처음 방문해서 이틀을 묵었어요. 위치는 point 90 mall, The American University in Cairo 근처에요. 특히 point 90 mall 이 도보로 5분 거리에 있어서 카페에 가거나, 필요한게 있을때 사러가기 좋아요. 방은 깨끗하고 따뜻한물이 잘 나와요. 숙소에는 항상 직원들이 상주하고 있고, 옆 건물 입구도 지켜주는 사람이 있어요. 카이로의 1월은 밤에 쌀쌀한데 히터가 있어서 따뜻하게 잘 수 있었어요. 무엇보다 좋았던 점은 직원들이 정말 정말 친절해요. 처음 이집트에 와서 친절한 사람들을 만나니까 너무 좋았어요. 숙박 중간에 저의 요청 사항에 웃으며 잘 대응해 줬어요. 이 숙소를 모두에게 추천합니다.
숙소 앞쪽이 흙길이라 캐리어 끌기가 힘든데, 택시로 이동 해서 큰 불편함은 없었어요.

The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything you need. Special thanks to Mr. Tamer and Mr. Nasser, they were exceptionally helpful, kind, and made my stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again!
