Подъезд к отелю по грунтовой дороге. Дырявые деревянные окна не плотно закрываются. Шум от бродячих собак. Вода из душа течёт под унитаз, т.к нет бортика в душе и неправильный наклон слива. Общая чистота номера на 4-. Если бы были плотные окна с нормальным стеклопакетом и правильно сделанный душ, то цена была полностью оправдана

The water supply in the toilet stopped working for over five hours. I approached the receptionist, who assured me that it would be restored soon, but it could take up to five or six hours. The location was not in a desirable area; there was no road, and there were many dogs roaming around.

Most of the comments mention the issue of the barking dogs, and it seems this problem has been going on for a long time. I really hope the hotel management will take action to solve it, as it strongly affects the comfort of the guests.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025أقمت في الفندق مؤخرًا، وللأسف واجهت مشكلة كبيرة أثناء إقامتي بسبب صوت الكلاب المرتفع جدًا. للتوضيح: هذه الكلاب ليست من الشارع، وإنما تعود لصاحب المبنى المجاور للفندق. الأصوات كانت مستمرة وبدرجة مزعجة جدًا مما أثر على راحتي ونومي. توجهت للاستقبال وشرحت الموقف لأحد الموظفين (اسمه محمد)، لكن للأسف كان تعامله جاف جدًا وأخبرني أنه لا يستطيع مساعدتي أو حتى محاولة إيجاد حل، مما جعلني مضطرًا لعمل تسجيل خروج مبكر بعد هذه الحادثة. مع ذلك، أحب أن أشكر باقي الموظفين على أسلوبهم الراقي، وبالأخص موظف سوداني كان في منتهى الأدب وحاول احتواء الموقف بشكل مهذب. أتمنى من إدارة الفندق أن تجد حلاً لهذه المشكلة، لأن أصوات الكلاب عالية جدًا ومستمرة وتسبب إزعاجًا كبيرًا للنزلاء، وحتى لا يتكرر الموقف مع ضيوف آخرين
I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately had a very bad experience because of the loud barking of dogs. To clarify, the dogs are not from the street — they belong to the owner of the building next to the hotel. The noise was continuous and very disturbing, and I couldn’t sleep well. I spoke to the reception and explained the situation to one of the staff (his name is Mohamed), but sadly his response was very dry and unhelpful. He told me he couldn’t do anything, not even try to solve the problem, which forced me to check out earlier than planned. On the other hand, the rest of the staff were polite and much more professional, especially a Sudanese staff member who was very respectful and tried his best to handle the situation kindly. I hope the hotel management can find a solution to this issue, because the barking is extremely loud and annoying for guests, and it really affects the stay.
