Staff and cleanliness were amazing.

Only downside was breakfast. I've never stayed in a hotel where they don't have any Butter (they only had cheap margarine) and no Coffee machine (they had Nescafé instant coffee). Overall quality of everything in breakfast was super cheap and below expectations. Lastly, washrooms in the rooms are super small and congested.

Clean and great location

Location, Good service from staff and general cleanliness.

Room size could be bigger, better choices of breakfast items could be added.

Breakfast was good good staff

The only thing i was not happy about was there credit card machine was not working the normal staff didnt understand but once i explained to the manager fatima she was very supportive and then it took 5 days to resolve but fatima gave 3 rooms in the evening the day i arrived

We loved the room, it was comfortable, spacious and nice. The bathroom was clean and nice. The breakfast was really good. The walk to haram pretty okay (wasn’t too far) - it was close to jannatul baqi. Also Amna was really accommodating, she was kind and lovely to us.

The view wasn’t the best. We requested for a room with a view which we were promised to be given on the second day but we didn’t get, and we were too busy to check about that on the lobby as well. So we left it as it is

The reception staff were extremely professional and very welcoming and helpful to a level I haven’t seen around in other hotels in the region. They also greeted guests with refreshing welcome drinks which was nice

The price is a bit steep for this type of hotel for similar services and standards

The breakfast was excellent. The location is very convenient for men as its close to where they pray. The hotel is located very close to the gate of the Rwadah as well.

Is bit further from the women’s area for prayers and we had to trek longer distance back and forth between prayers

The breakfast was really nice, you have lots of varieties to eat from, I never missed it every morning

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was courteous. Near haram. Breakfast options were reasonable.

Not a lot of good eating options nearby.

The hotel is very close to haram, rooms and bathroom very clean. Breakfast is superb! The staff are welcoming and they serve chill drinks for free at the reception.

Great location and rooms are spacious and clean

Location was perfect. Facilities were exceptional. Very clean. Hotel staff were very welcoming.

Everything about the hotel is excellent.

None

Location is the best. Few steps to gate 365.

Size wise room was small specially bathroom is very small.

The hotel is nice, clean, and beautiful inside. The reception team are lovely and very welcoming. We had a wonderful experience!

I really didn’t like the breakfast at all. I asked if they could make pancakes or crêpes, but they said they don’t do them and only offer small pancakes. There was also tea and coffee, but I was expecting a proper coffee machine. Unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast and wouldn’t recommend it. The hotel itself was lovely, clean, and beautiful, and the reception team were very nice, but the breakfast was a disappointment.

Orjwan was very attentive and checked on us every night. She made sure I could use the business room for an urgent video call. The checkin was easy and called the day before to confirm our needs. The service staff was good and helpful. The Egyptian laundry gentleman was amazing and made sure I had my items quickly. the housekeeping on day staff on the 8th floor made sure daily that we were had everything we needed.

Very nice and convenient minutes walk to alharam. Very welcoming staff specially Arjwan follow up on WhatsApp and Fatma Omer on the reception they are fabulous helped to check on early overall the stay was great will definitely be back ISA.

Location

It was excellent hotel.

The services and support of the staff

Our stay was excellent. The hotel treated us as if we were staying in a five-star property. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. We will definitely return in the future and would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Nothing

had an excellent stay at Jayden Hotel. The location is fantastic—very close to the Haram, making it extremely convenient for prayers. A special thank you to Orjwan, who regularly checked in to ensure I was comfortable and that everything was going well throughout my stay. I also want to recognize Masra, who was professional, friendly, and always went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The entire staff were welcoming, courteous, and provided exceptional hospitality. Their kindness and dedication made my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Jayden Hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Jayden is very good hotel in Madinah, very close to the Haram, clean and good breakfast; the staff were exceptionally good and professional especially Orjwan Albashawri, as well as all the reception team. I use the hotel every year and have never been disappointed. In shaa Allah, I will there next year and will always recommend the hotel.

I cannot complain about anything, before the hotel was opened 4 years ago, I used to say Pullman Zam Zam Madinah which is in close proximity to Jayden, since I switched to this hotel, I had no regrets.

I found a lovely and tidy spot right near the Masjid

It seems like the fridge isn't cooling our water properly.

Friendly and courteous staff. On hand 24hrs to cater for your needs

The breakfast was very good and my family were happy with as this was their first time to Madinah and they loved it the hotel staff were very good and well spoken and nice especially the ladies at the reception desk very happy
