Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Dies war unsere erste Station auf unserer Reise und fühlte sich sofort nach einer perfekten Unterkunft an. Die Ausstattung geht weit über das normale Maß hinaus und stellte in vielen kleinen Döschen und Schachteln alles für den täglichen Grundbedarf bereit. Der umgebaute Keller war für die Jahreszeit am Boden zwar etwas frischer, aber absolut heimelig und man hat sich sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Das Frühstück wurde für uns zubereitet und zur vereinbarten Zeit in die Unterkunft gebracht.
Ehrlich gesagt kann ich nur über das Wetter am Morgen klagen - und das liegt nun wirklich nicht in der Verantwortung unserer Gastgeber. Was bleibt, ist maximal die Durchfahrt zum Gästebereichen, der gerade beim noch frischen Seitenwechsel des Lenkrads etwas mehr Geduld fordert, als normal. Trotzdem kann man es problemlos meistern.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Stunning rooms equipped with well-thought-out conveniences. The owner and her staff are incredibly friendly and attentive It is a truly cozy guest house where we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location serves as a perfect base from which to explore the Panorama Route.
All pillows are firm and bulky, would have loved a softer option. A lil suggestion for lady guests: a small table in the bathroom to put vanity case would have been highly appreciated, other than that all was good. Thank you so much.

Nessuna critica, semplicemente a livello informativo: l'appartamento (come molti altri in questa zona) non è isolato, quindi ad Agosto è un po' freddo, ma ci sono le coperte elettriche, una stufetta elettrica e una stufa a legna per stare al caldo anche di notte.

Tutto è curato nei minimi particolari, tutto è al posto giusto e c'è tutto l'occorrente in cucina e nel salone per fare il barbecue. La casetta era pulitissima, il materasso e i cuscini comodissimi. La colazione buonissima e abbondante. La proprietaria di casa gentilissima e molto accogliente. Ci ha consigliato anche un ottimo ristorante per la cena. È stato davvero un soggiorno speciale a Graskop. Con le indicazioni fornite da google maps si arriva facilmente alla struttura.
Parcheggiare l'auto per chi non ha dimestichezza non è molto semplice, ma con le indicazioni della proprietaria ce l'abbiamo fatta. La casa è un po' fredda in agosto, ma abbiamo superato la notte grazie alle coperte elettriche e al condizionatore.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Wir haben zwei Nächte im Cozy Guesthouse in Graskop verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Alles war genauso, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten – wir hatten wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Das Frühstück, das Erika jeden Morgen zubereitet hat, war sehr lecker und ein toller Start in den Tag. Die Unterkunft ist außerdem der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für die Panoramaroute. Ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert ist der Graskop Gorge Lift mit seinen verschiedenen Aktivitäten und dem beeindruckenden Blick in die Schlucht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Even the minor details are thought of - White sheets, white towels, with dark coloured towel for makeup removal. Really appreciated the host going out of their way to help us with laundry, and the amazing breakfast provided. Plus the humour and 2 lovely dogs! I noticed the hosts have truly been listening to their reviews, prior reviews mentioned trouble getting an iron, and breakfast needing improvement and both these have been addressed.
Body wash was provided, however there was no shampoo. Also the driveway is pretty narrow so if you have a large car may have some trouble getting it in.

Reviewed May 16, 2026Although a flight delay prevented us from staying the night (we couldn't hit the road to Casa Leito afterwards), we were still able to drive there the next morning. Since breakfast was included in our booking, we went to enjoy it, and it was truly delicious! The host was extremely kind and incredibly welcoming. On top of that, they provide great information on what to do along the route and inside the Kruger. A wonderful place with amazing hospitality!

Reviewed Mar 6, 2026Sehr herzliche Begrüßung vom Gastgeber. Man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Das „Beach House“ im Hinterhof hat alles was man brauch und das Auto konnten wir auch im Hof parken. Lage, Preis, Leistung hätte nicht besser sein können. Da wir früh los mussten wurde uns ein ausgiebiges Frühstück für die Fahrt gerichtet.Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und zeigt nochmal die Gastfreundschaft!

Erika was extremely friendly and accommodating. The driveway is indeed quite narrow, but if you take it slowly, it’s perfectly manageable—even with an SUV. We would happily come back!

El desayuno es variado, bueno y abundante y el propietario te lo trae hasta la habitación. Es un lujo!!!! Finalmente la propiedad merece una mención especial...Gracias por la acogida.

Abbiamo potuto parcheggiare all' interno della proprietà, i proprietari sono una bellissima coppia, molto gentili ed ospitali e la colazione è ricchissima e molto gustosa, letto comodo, molte prese di corrente, addirittura erano presenti gli adattatori; bagno molto spazioso, davvero un ottimo posto.

Die Gegend ist sehr sicher, wir konnten zu Fuß zu einem leckeren nahegelegenen Restaurant gehen. Einen Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor der Unterkunft. Erika ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, sie hat uns mit wertvollen Tipps für unsere Reise ausgestattet. Am Morgen hat uns Erika ein sehr leckeres und üppiges Frühstück zur Wunschuhrzeit in unsere Wohnung gebracht! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Since it was winter it was really cold in the appartment, but there were heating blankets provided.
