La struttura era nuova e molto pulita, la posizione era perfetta per raggiungere il centro di Fira, la colazione abbondante e intercontinentale e lo staff gentile e accogliente.

La proximité avec le centre ville. La taille de la piscine privée et la température parfaite de l'eau. L'insonorisation des chambres

L'expresso et le chocolat chaud payant au petit dej. Vu le prix des chambres, cela pourra être inclus.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de 5 nuits ! Le personnel était vraiment très agréable et nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir choisir parmi 3 chambres (nous avons donc été surclassés sans aucune demande de notre part) Idéalement situé à 5 min à pieds du centre de Fira et d'une supérette très pratique Pour le séjour, nous avons loué un scooter à proximité ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement pour découvrir toute l'île Nous recommandons absolument de séjourner à Neo Suites :-)

Μείναμε 1 βράδυ με τον σύζυγό μου και η συνολική εμπειρία ήταν κατώτερη των προσδοκιών μας, ειδικά σε σχέση με το υψηλό κόστος της διαμονής. 1. Θεωρούμε απαράδεκτο και δείγμα έλλειψης σεβασμού προς τον πελάτη το να ζητείται προκαταβολικά εγγύηση 150€ (για 1 βράδυ) για πιθανές ζημιές. 2. Το κάγκελο στη βεράντα ήταν εξαιρετικά χαμηλό (κάτω από το γόνατο), δημιουργώντας αίσθημα ανασφάλειας αφού οποιοσδήποτε θα μπορούσε εύκολα να περάσει στο χώρο μας τη νύχτα. 3.Η «ιδιωτική» πισίνα δεν προσέφερε καμία ιδιωτικότητα, καθώς οι διπλανοί είχαν άμεση οπτική επαφή όποτε τη χρησιμοποιούσαμε. 4. Τα πάντα χρεώνονταν επιπλέον από τη θέρμανση του νερού στην πισίνα μέχρι και έναν βασικό πρωινό καφέ. 5. Δεν υπήρχε ούτε καν ένας ολόσωμος καθρέφτης Συνολικά, η ποιότητα των υπηρεσιών και το επίπεδο των παροχών δεν δικαιολογούν σε καμία περίπτωση την τιμή του καταλύματος. Δεν θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά.

La localisation très proche du centre de Fira avec un parking très proche de l’établissement et un emplacement très au calme. La piscine particulière au top et la mezzanine pour notre fils ado. Le personnel très accueillant et agréable.

Neo to fantastyczne miejsce na wypoczynek dla par. Świetna lokalizacja blisko centrum- mimo tłumów kilkadziesiąt metrów dalej, w obiekcie było cicho i spokojnie. Super zaprojektowane apartamenty i tarasy zapewniające duży komfort i prywatność. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja i dobrze wyposażony pokój.

Excellent location - very helpful staff in reception and housekeeping!

Rooms can be small but the outside space makes up for it - breakfast could do with a warming tray to help keep hot food warm.

Bardzo przyjemne, kameralne, czyste i piękne apartamenty. Wspaniały 11 dniowy pobyt w Neo Suites. Pomocna, życzliwa obsługa, która pomogła nam w transferze i zorganizowaniu atrakcji. Napoje dostępne cały dzień. Porządek w pokojach. Ciekawe śniadania. Dostępny dobrze wyposażony minibarek. Możliwość dostawy jedzenia przez pobliskie restauracje. Dziękujemy Penelope i Maria za wszelką pomoc.

Potrzeba powrotu do domu! Zostalibyśmy tam jeszcze dłużej :)

Great communication from the reception staff from the start of our stay. Local bus station and Fira caldera 3-5 minutes walk. Quiet location and excellent staff. The daily housekeeping was fantastic and the plunge pool was excellent. The staff Maria and Penelope were the best. They made us feel welcome and it felt like home. Great experience will definitely recommend and stay again. The view from our sea view room was amazing watching the sun rise.

Dejligt ophold på Neo. Stedet, beliggende og personalet levede mere end op til forventningerne. Vi var samtidig glade for at bo i Fira og hotellet lå perfekt i forhold til livet i byen.

Le petit déjeuner était super et très complet. L’endroit était très agréable avec la piscine et le matelas pour bronzer. L’hôtel était très calme et reposant.

Posizione a pochi passi dal Centro di Fira ma comunque fuori dal trambusto dalle vie principali. Suite arredata con gusto, pulitissima e con moltissime attenzioni al cliente (menù cuscini, room service). La colazione a buffet era ricca e varia. Nota di merito per Maria della Reception che è stata sempre disponibile per consigliarci al meglio!

Nous avons adorés la piscine privé, ainsi que l’hôtel ai un très bon emplacement 😊

J’ai trouver pour ma part les coussin de lit trop dur mais le reste était parfait. Peut-être aussi il faudrait ajouter une petite fontaine à eau dans les chambres pour que ce soit plus pratique pour éviter les aller retour pour la carafe d’eau. 😊

Tout le personnel est souriant et très attentionné, la chambre était juste merveilleuse et des l’entrée on se sent bien. J’ai séjourné 3 nuits avec mes 2 enfants c’était parfait, tout est proche, bus, centre ville, petit Market, location de quad… vraiment un séjour inoubliable.

The location was a stone throw away from the caldera. It was spacious, modern and clean. We loved the plunge pool.

La chambre était parfaite, la petite piscine et la terrasse privatives étaient formidables et nous étions en toute intimité. Le personnel de l'hôtel est vraiment hyper serviable et d'une gentillesse.

J'ai trouvé la literie un peu molle, je préfère les matelas ferme mais c'est un choix personnel.

The hotel was very nice and modern, and Maria was extremely helpful and kind throughout the stay. The only downside was the location. On the map it appeared quite close to the main center, but in reality you have to walk along a somewhat isolated road to get there. It felt a bit unsafe, especially early in the morning and at night when there weren’t many people around. I also would have loved if the jacuzzi had been cleaner. There were flies in it, so I wasn’t able to use it during my stay.

The location was superb, so close to Fira. Our room was lovely overlooking the sea. Our bed was comfortable. It was lovely having the hot tub. And we used both air con and heating in the room as nights was chilly. Breakfast was plentiful.

It needed a general waste bin in living area. The hot tub could have been a bit warmer as the weather was rather cold and that affected the temperature of it. Could do with a facility too keep hot breakfast choices warmer.

Would probably have preferred that the accommodation was on the other side of the town/hillside.

L'amabilité et le professionnalisme de Penelope : le fait de recevoir un message la veille via whatsapp nous a rassuré, elle nous a donné des adresses pour dîner, des informations sur les sites à découvrir et elle est francophone. Ce qui nous a touché est la petite attention portée pour l'anniversaire de notre fils.

Facility was very modern and clean. It’s located in a very accessible area to Fira city center and the central bus station. Hotel staffs were very friendly and kind. They were very helpful to checking us in even though we booked just a few hours before arrival. They were always helpful and cared about our stay and our trip. Breakfast was so delicious and the room was very comfortable with nice silence for the fact it’s located in right next the city center area. Definitely, we’d love to come back again!

We liked everything from Neo Suites. We had an unfortunate experience from originally booked accommodation and had to book everything in a last minute decision. Neo Suites staffs were making sure our checkin process and everything worked so smoothly. We really appreciate their flexibility and hospitality.

Wonderful stay. We travelled as a family and had the benefit of two bedroom suite with amazing sea views. This looks to the east of the island rather than the west caldera view. Perfect for watching the sunrise in the heated plunge pool. Location is great. A short less than 5 minute walk to the centre of Fira and 8 min walk to the main area with a caldera view. We had a car and there is free parking right outside. Maria and Penelope were exceptional hosts and made us feel really at home. Nothing was too much trouble. They reached out before our stay with recommendations for restaurants and 5 hour sailing cruise and were so kind and responsive to any questions we had. All recommendations were great experiences. Maria was also so helpful getting my phone back when I left it on the vehicle transfer to the sailing. Thank you Maria! Breakfast was delicious and varied each day with a range of meats and cheese, sweet and savoury pastries, Greek yoghurt, fruit bowl, cereal. You can also have eggs cooked fresh including amazing omelettes with a range of fillings. I could not recommend Neo Suites enough. It's small enough to feel really personal but big enough to have all the luxury you enjoy from larger hotels such as great breakfast, housekeeping, mini bar, gym and spa. If we are back in Santorini we certainly be looking to stay again.

Amazing staff, always able to help us with any questions we had! The room was perfect, what we needed and the breakfast was also great with daily changes that were always very yummy! Great location close to the heart of Thira :)

The location is superb, very close to the central bus station. We were upgraded to a better room, with improved privacy at no additional cost, and we received great tips from the host of places to eat and beaches to visit.

Amazing location. Private pool and courtyard areas made this a standout property for us. Comfortable and big beds. Very clean.

ישראלים תקשיבו, מלון הצגה! קרוב מאוד לאיזור המרכזי (5 דק ברגל) סוויטות נקיות מאוד! כל יום שירות ניקיון! היינו חמישה לילות, נהננו מכל רגע! לקחנו חדר עם בריכה פרטית מחוממת והיה כיף ברמות. הצוות נחמדים מאוד,ממליצה לכם באמת לסגור.

הארוחות בוקר על הפנים, אין מבחר בכלל וזה הארוחה הכי לא מפנקת שתראו, לדעתי קצת בושה לעומת המחיר שמשלמים… למי שזה לא קריטי (אנחנו אכלנו ארוחות בוקר בחוץ ..) אז לא יפריע יותר מידי.

On a passé 5 jours moi et mon conjoint dans l’hôte, pour notre lune de miel, et franchement je m’attendais pas à ce que l’hôtel soit si bien placé, proche du centre ville, proche de tout, on a passé un agréable séjour , je tiens à mentionner ,Maria et Pénélope qui se sont très bien occupé de nous, elles sont très à l’écoute et très serviable,deux femmes formidables, on a bien mangé le buffet avec beaucoup de choix très bon petit déjeuner. Si on devait revenir en Grèce c’est avec plaisir qu’on y retourne. Merci à vous 🥰

Les lit fait un peut mal au dos😅

Výborná poloha blízko centra aj autobusovej stanice. Pohodlne prístupné autom. Menšia, dizajnovo zariadená izba, ktorá ale úplne postačuje. Vyhrievaná vírivka s výhladom na východ slnka. Menší výber jedál na raňajky, ale zato všetko čerstvé a chutné.

V priebehu dňa väčší hluk z ulice, ktorý je ale daňou za polohu v centre mesta.

The location is perfect, near the bus station. Free parking is available nearby, and the hotel also offers affordable car rentals. The entire hotel is a work of art, and every photo is breathtaking. Rooms even have private pools.

There were too many fruit flies on the fruit at breakfast so I only ate the covered food, the rest of the food was delicious.

Location. Very central to restaurants etc. wasn’t charged for late check out. Our room (executive) had complete pool privacy.

Shabby/tired. Poorly maintained for somewhere only two years old. Broken bathroom light. No robes or slippers, Breakfast very basic. No other mirror (and not full length) anywhere except bathroom which made getting ready challenging! Extra charges applied for towels - see photo.

Spędziliśmy naszą podróż poślubną w Neo Suits w Fira i był to doskonały wybór! Apartamenty położone są w świetnym miejscu – wystarczy krótki spacer, aby znaleźć się w centrum, a sklepy i restauracje są dosłownie na wyciągnięcie ręki. Pokój był w sam raz, z bardzo wygodnym łóżkiem, a największym atutem okazał się taras z basenem, gdzie mogliśmy naprawdę się zrelaksować. Obsługa hotelu była niezwykle sympatyczna i zawsze chętna do pomocy. Spędziliśmy tu cudowny czas i z całego serca polecamy to miejsce. Dziękujemy za wszystko!

מלון קטן חדש ונקי קרוב מאד למרכז ובכל זאת באזור שקט, לחדר יש מרפסת קטנה עם מיטת שיזוף פינת ישיבה וג’קוזי שנעים להשתכשך בו בסוף כל יום, החדר מעוצב בטוב טעם, יש מקרר קטן ומכונת קפה, מיטה נוחה, מזגן,והוא נקי ונעים לשהייה,קבלת הפנים היתה טובה קיבלנו הסברים עוד לפני ההגעה בווטאפ והסברים מפורטים בהגעה, ארוחת בוקר בסיסית אך משביעה ביקשנו שיכינו חביתות והם הכינו, יש חדר כושר קטן,ומחוץ לחדר אוכל גם כן פינת ישיבה נעימה,המיקום של המלון בקרבת מרכז פירה 5 דקות הליכה אך עדיין באזור שקט,צוות העובדים אדיב ומסייע בכל שאלה ובקשה ויש חנייה.

בחדרים ששהינו אין נוף כלל ( ממול רואים בניין אחר)למרות שלדעתי יש חדרים עם נוף נחמד יותר, הארוחת בוקר בסיסית ביותר ( לנו זה הספיק) אך בהחלט ניתן לגוון ולהוסיף, עמדת הקבלה מסתיימת בשמונה בערב ואחרי התקשורת היא רק בווטאפ, ביקשנו החלפת מגבת נקייה ודרשו תשלום ( החלפת מגבות כל יומיים) אין בריכה במלון רק ג׳קוזי במרפסת עם מים נעימים, מלון קטן אין פינות ישיבה מחוץ לחדר, וזרם המקלחת חלש.
