Tutto bene… magari solo un pochino più attenti alla clientela chiassosa durante la notte! Giusto divertirsi ma se si rientra alla 2 di notte magari non si rimane a bordo piscina a fare rumore….

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Nuestra estadía en Golden Star fue realmente muy buena. El personal fue muy amable y atento, y la habitación estuvo súper cómoda. Mi hijo se divirtió muchísimo en la piscina. La ubicación es excelente, ya que está muy cerca de la estación de buses de Fira, desde donde puedes llegar fácilmente a diferentes puntos de la isla, como Oia, el aeropuerto, Perissa etc. Como recomendación, si vas con maletas pesadas, el camino desde la estación de buses hasta el hotel puede resultar un poco incómodo por la bajada hacia el hotel. Un gran plus fue que después del check-out pudimos dejar nuestras maletas y seguir utilizando la piscina. Además, cuentan con un baño donde puedes ducharte. Mi vuelo era a las 11 p. m., así que pude aprovechar el día, disfrutar de la isla y de la piscina antes de ir al aeropuerto. Sin duda, una muy buena experiencia y una opción que recomendaría.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Excelente estadia!Localização era ótima, mesmo no centro da cidade. Existência de estacionamento. As camas eram bastante confortáveis. A piscina era grande e sempre limpa. Limpeza da habitação foi excelente.Também destaco a simpatia e a amabilidade dos funcionários. Sempre foram muito prestáveis e disponíveis para qualquer tipo de ajuda. Ainda por mais tivemos um miminho no check-in, uma garrafa de vinho e cafés. Recomendo vivamente!

La struttura è molto bella, moderna, pulita, silenziosa e accogliente come lo staff, che all'arrivo ci ha anche fatto una panoramica su cosa vedere dell'isola. Consigliatissimo.

We especially appreciated the generous late check-out, which made our departure much more comfortable. The welcome wine was a wonderful touch, and we loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on a future visit to Santorini!

Nous avons été très bien acceuilli, ensuite la chambre est très joliement décoré et pratique avec une petite terrasse, lits confortables, la piscine est grande. L'ambiance est cool, conviviale et familiale. Cest très très propre! Et l'hotel est bien situé, à 5 min à pieds des rues piétonnes, et 5 min de bus . Et si vous avez besoin, on vous conseille, vous guide pour un séjour réussi Je recommande cet hotel!

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Really nice room overlooking the pool area, which was all well maintained and very clean. Room equipped with a really good fridge and air-con unit. Bathroom was nicely appointed. Highlight was the the enthusiasm and helpfulness of all of the staff, who were excellent from start to finish. Nicely located far enough from the centre to remain relaxed, but still very close if you wanted to go into busier areas.
It wasn't a problem for me, but it is downhill from the centre and the hill may be a challenge for some. Obviously, if you have a vehicle, it isn't an issue at all.

Todas las instalaciones estaban muy bien mantenidas, limpias y en excelente estado. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Además, el personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estadía. La pileta es un plus, la pudimos disfrutar unas horas muy buena!

The staff was warm and polite and helped us with our requests. We rented a car to travel around the island and as the hotel has a parking area, it was very convenient for us.

Location was perfect, could not have been better, only a short walk to the main bus station and the centre of Fira. Staff were very friendly and chatty, would 100% stay here again if we come back to Santorini.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026Hotel central from the town. Only 3 minutes walk and you right in the centre on the main town where you find all the restaurants and shops you need. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was luxurious and welcoming. A huge thank you to Anastasia at the front desk. She made as feel welcome with great advise regarding restaurants, points of interest etc. Went out of her way to organise a bbq grill for us ;-). Our room was spotless and featured a stunning balcony view. Big round comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with great shower. Room was serviced everyt day with clean towels and bedding. Must compliment the cleaning staff for the towel figure on the bed every day. Alwasy a surpriseto look forward to. Wifi was great and free. Guest parking which was easy accessible. The Verdict: We will definitely be back!
Missing meal fascilities but don't this stop you as restraurants and delivery services very accessible.

At this day and age charging for tea/coffee seems ridiculous. We stayed for 5 days and 1st 2 days nothing was in the room. And then on day 3 provided 3 coffee pods and mentioned anything more that that is charged. This i think is ridiculous. Specially if someone is staying for more than 2 nights. The pool wasnt filled and as it was start of the season, they should have informed us. Which they never did

Il servizio navetta a pagamento è molto comodo e sicuro, per esempio oltre che per gli spostamenti dall’aeroporto all’hotel e viceversa, noi l’abbiamo usato anche per raggiungere altri posti più lontani nell’isola. Per quanto riguarda la camera ha superato le nostre aspettative, comoda, spaziosa, confortevole e con vista sulla piscina che era sempre pulita e poco affollata. Infine, la posizione dell’hotel era perfetta per poter raggiungere a piedi il centro di Fira

Reviewed Nov 16, 2025We loved everything. A beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. Easy walk to everything yet a little away from the busyness of the tourist centre. Perfect! Fabulous facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful room. Amazing view. Incredible pool. Would stay again and again.
