Răspund foarte greu la mesaje, aplicația nu funcționează, stăteam în fața ușii și încă nu aveam codul de la ușă, l-am primit abia la ora 15:12. Fonul din baie funcționează doar câteva secunde și după aceea se stinge, având părul foarte lung, l-am uscat 2h, iar pentru fonul meu nu era nicio priză europeană și niciun adaptor.

Before our stay here we were staying in 4star hotel close to the airport but we did not experience the same feeling as we felt here. The staff were very helpful. Especially both the housekeeping staff. The location was good with my supermarkets around and we were within one km from airport. I will strongly recommend this hotel to everyone. Loved it

Automatyczne meldowanie. Mimo wprowadzania poprawnych danych pojawiał się komunikat o złych danych, co było nieprawdą. W końcu link się zablokował. Pomógł dopiero telefon do obiektu. AI ale oddzwoniła już osoba mówiąca po polsku. Szkoda jednak godziny nerwów. Poprawcie to koniecznie!

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Studio spacieux, équipement conforme. Il y a ce qui faut pour cuisiner des petits plats (uniquement au niveau ustensiles). C'était une chambres qui était aménagé (douche, WC), pour personnes à mobilité réduite. Je ne sais si toutes les chambres sont identiques.
Sur le site il manque l'information essentielle qu'il faut télécharger une App pour pouvoir accéder aux chambres. De plus, il n'est pas compréhensible quelle chambres on a, ni l'étage. Le numéro de tel. indiqué en cas de questions ou problème est un IA qui vous donne de fausses informations. Les stores sont entièrement électriques et ne peuvent pas être réglé individuellement. Soit tous fermer soit tous ouvert.

Tutto!!! Dopo 5 ore di treno, sono arrivata stanca morta alla stazione di Zurigo e, al mio arrivo, non avevo ricevuto alcun link o informazione utile per poter accedere alla camera. Dopo moltissime telefonate e messaggi, sono finalmente riuscita a ricevere il link, ma mi veniva comunicato che la mia prenotazione non risultava. La cosa è assurda, considerando che avevo ricevuto la conferma della prenotazione direttamente dalla struttura. Ho continuato a chiamare e a mandare messaggi, ma a un certo punto la struttura ha smesso completamente di rispondere. A quel punto sono stata costretta a contattare l’assistenza di Booking.com. Solo dopo che l’assistenza ha sollecitato la struttura, lo staff mi ha finalmente contattata, comunicandomi che erano in overbooking e che non avevano una camera disponibile per me. Come se non bastasse, mi è stato anche detto che avrei dovuto cancellare personalmente la prenotazione. Non l'ho fatto, perché in questo modo avrei rischiato di compromettere il rimborso. Dopo avermi lasciata senza alloggio e senza alcuna soluzione, hanno quindi anche cercato di farmi cancellare la prenotazione a me. Una situazione davvero assurda e, oltre che poco seria, anche molto scorretta. È una vergogna totale e una mancanza di serietà davvero inaccettabile. Una struttura non può confermare una prenotazione, lasciare arrivare il cliente fino a destinazione e poi scoprire che non ha una camera disponibile. Sono rimasta in stazione fino alle 19:30 di sera, senza un posto dove andare e senza sapere dove avrei potuto dormire. Dopo un viaggio di 5 ore, trovarsi da sola in una città straniera senza alloggio è una situazione estremamente grave e stressante. Non si possono lasciare le persone senza alloggio dopo aver confermato una prenotazione. Mi aspettavo professionalità, organizzazione e soprattutto rispetto per il cliente. Purtroppo non ho ricevuto nulla di tutto questo.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Leider standen die Probleme und Unannehmlichkeiten im Vordergrund. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft OK.
Wir haben 2+3 Schlafplätze gebucht und bezahlt aber nur 2+2 bekommen. Folglich war der Schlafkomfort nicht gegeben. Die Klimatisierung war nicht ausreichend, aber zwischen 24:00 und 06:00 konnte man zumindest das Fenster öffnen, da keine Starts und Landungen waren. Der Online Check-in und die Schlüssel App sind nicht selbsterklärend und verzeihen keine Fehler. Der Telefonsupport ist gegeben aber sehr teuer. Die Bewertungen auf Booking.com reflektieren leider nicht die Realität.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026In Laufdistanz zur Bushaltestelle, Ventilator ist vorhanden, sauber und alles vorhanden, was man für eine Nacht benötigt, ich wurde nach Problemen mit der Zimmerfindung und Check In per Whattsapp kontaktiert
über Booking wurde eine Zimmernummer kommuniziert, leider war diese nicht richtig und ich konnte das Zimmer nicht öffnen. Die angegebene Telefonnummer war nicht erreichbar. Zum Glück habe ich vor Ort eine Reinigungskraft gefunden, die mir die korrekte Zimmernummer mitteilen konnte. Auch die Links in den automatisch generierten Nachrichten sind nicht vorhanden, oder können nicht geöffnet werden. Wenn die richtige Zimmernummer kommuniziert worden wäre, hätte das Self-Check In super funktioniert, so habe ich leider viel Zeit verloren.

Sporco, niente staff perché tutto automatizzato. Igiene non pervenuta, il bagno pieno di peli e il WC sporco di escrementi. Insetti ovunque e biancheria non pulita. Lo staff delle pulizie è entrato in camera alle otto di mattina per pulire senza avvisare, mentre io ancora dormivo.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Die perfekte Lage zum Flughafen, verbunden mit einem fairen Preis war unschlagbar. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Bett top.
Es war ob der extrem hohen Außentemperatur auch im Zimmer sehr heiß. Mit offenem Fenster in der Nacht war es ok, aber auch ziemlich laut. Ab 23 Uhr bis 6 Uhr gehen keine Flieger, was hilfreich war.

Il sistema di accesso alla camera. Ho dovuto telefonare per farmi dare il codice di accesso in quanto nonostante avessi fatto la registrazione il giorno prima ed avessi inviato 2 messaggi di richiesta di assistenza non ho ricevuto alcuna assistenza fino a quando ho telefonato poco prima di arrivare. Inoltre la prima parte di telefonata mi è sembrata essere stata gestita da IA. Attenzione non c'è aria condizionata, solo ventilatori.

If you read any review make sure it’s this one. Check in was unnecessarily difficult. You need to download an app and wait for a code (which never came for me so I had to contact the hotel and even then it took them 10mins from me talking to them for them to send a code). They have no staff on site so you have to call a number and talk to them assuming the problem you have can be solved remotely. My biggest problem however was the lack of air conditioning in the room. It was uncomfortably warm and basically impossible for us to sleep. Even with the window open it was no help not to mention that there was lots of noise from the cars on the street below. If you’re ever thinking of staying here, particularly during the summer months I highly advise looking elsewhere.

Nous avons été aidé par un monsieur du restaurant attenant. Notre code de réservation n’a pas fonctionné. Apres appel téléphonique, le code d’accès qui nous a été envoyé ne fonctionnait toujours pas. Re appel téléphonique , présentation de notre bouille sur cam de la réception vide . La plaisanterie a duré 40 minutes avant de pouvoir entrer dans notre chambre. Honteux. La propreté de la chambre était passable. ( cheveux et poussière au sol) Chaleur accablante et étouffante dans la chambre, pas de Clim, pas de ventilateur , impossible de dormir fenêtre ouverte car c’est une avenue en dessous ! Et dessus pas mieux, première loge pour voir et surtout entendre les avions atterrir ( juste au dessus de nos têtes) . Nuit d’enfer. Notre pire expérience d’hôtellerie.

Self check in (and later opening doors) possible only from one device which is very inconvenient. The apartment was not very clean, which makes it less comfortable. Loud noise from airplanes, but this was to be expected so close to the airport.

Man muss Flugzeuge schon sehr mögen, um durch den Lärm der landenden und startenden Maschinen nicht gestört zu werden. Im Zimmer war es leider sehr warm, da die Jalousien offenbar nicht genutzt wurden, um die Sonnenstrahlen außerhalb des Zimmers zu halten.

It was dirty - shower head was even stuck and blocked, drainage was clocked, the toiletry was a small bag of douche soap - hardly enough for the face, the balcony overgrown and very untidy. There was not even a bottle of water with 30° outside, no air-conditioning and no place close to get refreshments ... ... and be aware - wake up time is 6 o'clock in the morning by 8 planes within 20 min almost crashing the roof by passing over your head, shaking the whole place. The whole building seems to be an old normal living house refunctioned into Hotel rooms. I cannot imagine how or why this place has got the standard of 'very good with 8.3 ratings' ☹️ Especially as it's announced to be good for business travels - this is far off!

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Le séjour s'est bien passé. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. La présence d'une cuisine est un vrai plus, car elle permet de préparer ses repas sans être obligé d'aller au restaurant.
Il y a quelques points négatifs. L'hôtel est situé à proximité de l'aéroport, donc dès 6 h du matin, les avions passent régulièrement et le bruit peut être gênant pour dormir. De plus, il n'y a pas de climatisation. En période de canicule, la chaleur dans la chambre rend les nuits très difficiles.

Det var även en ganska frän lukt av mögel i hela lägenheten som sedan satte sig i kläder och all packning. Rätt så säker på att det var mögel i badrummet. Dessutom väldigt jobbigt att det inte fanns någon personal på plats och att det krävdes nedladdningar av appar för att komma in i rummen. Tänk om mobilen haft slut på ström eller om vi inte haft surf? Hur skulle vi då ta oss in?

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Nice modern apartment, bedroom, living room with kitchen and bathroom accessible with elevator. Shops and bycicle rental nearby. Quiet area and the apartment has lots of light. I would go there again
The check in is fully digital and there is nobody around to help if you have issues. I needed help the first day at around 22:00 but nobody picked up the phone. Friday night there was a loud party in a park in the neighborhood
