VISIONAPARTMENTS Glattbrugg - self check-in

Good location

Good place shop is near staff help full good price 👍

Zeer onhandig.

Alles, super Lage, sehr sauber, alles was man braucht. Besonders das Personal ist tip top.

Zimmer ausreichend.

Cleaning frequency to be increased

Check out timings are very strict

Customer service didn't help at all. Door code was not working in the stairwell. One day, the access to the guest laundry was broken. Nobody would help - I couldn't get to my clothes inside the guest laundry room. Reception was not available despite being advertised so.

Location and clean

Please give the locker on toilet door.

the secure entry system. the check in process. i love the location: accessible by tram/train airport/city vice versa. the room is of good size and high ceiling. the toilet/shower of decent size. the almost 360 view from the 7th flr restaurant. the area has loads of shops/grocery.

limited breakfast choices . the open plan living/ kitchen/ dining area a bit cramped. kitchen top space small. kettle cord a bit short that you have to put it on top of the huge bean to cup machine. dining table with 4 chairs should be minimalistic as it uses loads of space. microwave needs cleaning. toilet tap noozle too long. no aircon.

The rooms in the apartment were nice, clean and modern. Kitchen was small, but equipt enough. Eventhough it is very close to the airport, we weren't hearing too much noise. Breakfast was tasty.

We didn't get any information reguarding the breakfast, neither through the messages or in the hotel itself. So we had to figure out where is the restaurant serving it and guess the timing. Personal there was also not good, they were extremely slow (e.g. when I asked for a knife, bc they were missing, it took them about 2 minutes to bring it, and didn't care to refill the rest of the cutlery box) and not polite. It felt like they were doing it as a punnishment.

There is an access code to enter building and rooms.. staff are very supportive .. nearby bus stop and train platform.. nearby shops and restaurants .. self Landry

Limited options in the breakfast

Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Location

They didn’t even allow an hour early check in which is ridiculous for international visitors especially to a country like Swiss

Very clean and modern

The bathroom is not well isolated. It can be very uncomfortable.

Not a single fry pen how to make food ?

The shower was great and staff were a highlight so friendly.

The bed was uncomfortable and pillows were very bad so thin and cheap. Windows requires a better blockout curtain too much light comes into room in morning. Coffee in rooms would be a nice touch.

Tiene gimnasio i sauna

Very private and neat

Parking was a hastle to download an app to purchase your spot, input license plate...only for.it not to work . Thankfully they let me in with an access code and it went smooth after that.

Lage zum Bahnhof. Unkompliziertes Einchecken. Preis-Leistung passt.

It was very close to what was advertised

Nothing.

No smart TV, very very small kitchen. Only good for 1 person really. Smelly toilet that is next to the bed. Fire alarm woke us up at 5 am.

Very very close to train station. Trains to airport and Zurich main station are available frequently. Food stores are just across the road.

Location

Room is very small

Place was really nice

Less space
