It was clean, good quality, and in a good location.

The blinds would automatically open up after some time. No easy instructions for how to fix it. There was no knight stand on 1 of the sides of the bed and there was no table or stand to place the luggage on. The floor seemed a little sticky. Also I could not fit into the outlet the adapter plug next to the bed since the plug for the light was in the outlet. So if I wanted to charge my phone I had to get out of bed and go to the kitchen counter. Not a big enough garbage can. There was only 1 tiny one in the bathroom. I had issues getting in in the beginning since I did not have internet connection in a foreign country. I had to go to a local grocery store and even there I could not get on their free WIFI since to register i had to send a text message to my phone and did not have foreign phone service yet. Luckily a friendly person let me use their hotspot on their phone.

The location is great, you can walk to the city center

The towels seemed to be very used, they might use a replacement. Also they had a strange smell from the stuff they were cleaned with

We enjoyed the comfort of bed, cleanliness, location to public transport.

The couch was very uncomfortable and bathroom quite small.

The accommodation is modern, clean and comfortable and within walking distance of the train station. Also the self check-in was very straightforward.

Where this accommodation falls short from being a ‘must stay’ is in the details. There were no oven gloves or kitchen towels making the oven tricky to safely use, and there was a general shortage of crockery. The accommodation, despite being clean, had a very strong smell of curry which we couldn’t get rid of during our stay and was quite unpleasant. A small thing, but there was no oil or dishwasher tablets provided which we’d experienced at a prior accommodation with a similar setup and a lower price. When opening out the sofa bed, there were kids toys and a sock found and a used sheet on the mattress, which suggested this hasn’t been checked from a previous stay. None of these things would necessarily deter me from staying at Liv Suites, but wouldn’t necessarily make it the first choice of accommodation in Zurich for me.

Clean and large, bright room at the top of the building. You get to see Pilatus from the balcony. Very safe, quiet and convenient surroundings, bus station right in front of the door (5 mins to Luzern Bahnhof), 2 supermarkets (coop and migros) across the street, walking distance to the city center. Washer/dryer in the bathroom. Full kitchen with fridge.

It takes around one minute to open/close the window blinds (and you have to press the button all the time). Shower water pressure not strong enough. No luggage storage service after checking out so I had to use the paid storage in the train station.

Beautiful large space, full equipped kitchen, wonderful balcony. Great location.

It was a little frustrating having the bathroom downstairs and the bedroom upstairs.

Extremely clean, close to everything in Lucerne. Right across the street from small grocery and bus stop. 10-15 minutes walk to lake and old town.

Los horarios del check out no coincidieron con lo pactado en la reserva. Acá decia 11 am, en la conserjería virtual 11.30 am y ese dia me mandaron un mail que debía dejar el departamento a las 10 am.

Everything. Great property, very spacious, clean and plenty of cupboard space. Had everything we needed and the staff, even though they weren’t on site, were very accomodating for early check in and responses were quick. There is a coop directly across the road and the hotel is only a short walk from the city centre

The room was a little hot, and what appeared to be an aircon remote for the central aircon didn’t quite cool the room down, but we did have two fans, and when it cooled down. We just opened the windows. Hotel is still fantastic

The apt is close to public transport in a good area of Luzern. It’s a comfortable, spacious, well equipped apartment, quiet and well insulated. Ultra modern kitchen, but perhaps a coffee maker and a tea pot would complement its facilities. Host very attentive and polite.

There are no negative comments to make.

Location was perfect next to a bus line that takes you into central lucerne. The apartment is clean and comfortable and has everything you need. A supermarket and bakery are both across the street for your convenience.

1. Would've been nice if they included a Nespresso machine with some coffee pods instead of some instant coffee. 2. Summers are getting hotter and A/C is becoming a necessity. Sorry Europeans, bite the bullet and install a split unit. Climate change sucks but we gotta deal with it. 3. There's a gym down the street that the property recommends we use, but they charge like 40 bucks for a single day entry fee which is kinda insane.

Dining table too small for three people and insufficient number of dining chairs. Had to keep putting the sofabed away in order to make space for the dining table.

Our apartment was very clean and on the quieter side of the building so little street noise. It stayed cool in a very hot week in Lucerne. There was no air con but there were two large fans if needed. We lowered the large outside blinds each day as we left the apartment and they kept the room cool.

The apartment had a very odd lay out. There was a door in the lounge that we thought was a store cupboard but then realised it was the neighbouring apartment. The door was locked so it wasn't a security issue- but it was a noise issue. The door had the sound insulating qualities of a sheet of paper! So when the occupants got up at 6.30am to put the tv on & rattle every piece of crockery in their apartment we heard it loud and clear.

Lovely clean modern fully equipped apartment, comfortable bed, good comms with owners. Bus stop outside to connect you to all public transport, or alternatively a 20 min walk down to the lakeside attractions

For stays during a Swiss summer, all rooms need aircon. At time of booking I missed the fact it never. For £250 per night I just asssumed it would have as a modern stlyish apartment.

How close it is to coop and migros (grocery stores)

10 a.m. checkout was a bit early, especially after being out the night before to watch the Swiss team win their World Cup match

Clean, modern flat. Excellent shower. Good sofa bed in lounge. Good sound insulation seeing it was on a main road. Co-op right opposite which was convenient.

No bedside table, lamp or powerpoint by bed. Could not turn off main light from bed - switch did not work.

Location was decent, quite central, housekeeping staff were quite friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious

Check in took a full hour, the number we were given was for the wrong property so we had to call to activate our virtual check in. Would not recommend. There was no shutter in 1 of the rooms so light came in the morning at 5 am so we could not sleep. Charging ports were awkwardly placed in the room.

Everything! Excellent location - walkable from station and opposite a small Coop but quiet. Clean and comfortable and we were provided with everything we could possibly need - tea, coffee, milk powder, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, toilet rolls, shopping bag, umbrella etc etc ………. Check in procedure very easy and lots of good communication from the host.

Superb. Right by a bus stop, 10 mins to train station, less to town. An easy walk in, too. The apartment was lovely. Spotless, well equipped and comfortable. Recommended.

Todo! Es un departamentito que tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días cómodamente. Es tal cual lo muestran las fotos. Los espacios son amplios y están gratamente decorados. Su localización no es muy central pero la distancia es caminante y si no quieres caminar, tienes al frente la estación de buses que te llevan y traen a cada momento y no demoras nada. Además, hay un café exquisito para tomar desayuno o comprar para llevar. Al frente, también, hay un supermercado para comprar lo que necesites para tu estadía. El sistema de códigos para entrar no fe tema, muy fácil seguir las instrucciones. Muy recomendable!!

Solo una sugerencia, sería bueno un poco más de información sobre el transporte y los lugares más turísticos para visitar. Me demoré un poco en aprender a trasladarme en bus, pero una vez que entendí cómo funciona, no paramos de utilizarlo, y es gratis!!

Everything was very nice. I only found out there was a courtyard on the last day which was the only disappointment. It would have really helped to have a shady space to relax in outside the property.

Estaba muy limpio y muy bien decorado. Detalle de agua para todos los alojados. Pastillas de lavavajillas y de lavadora, papel higiénico de cortesía. Todo estupendo y muy cerca de todo. Supermercado cruzando la calle.

Location was great.

I did not like the process of providing key information. I received several emails from Liv Suites asking me to provide my email address in order to receive the door key details. I had been told that the booking platform would not share my email with Liv Suites, which made the situation feel suspicious. This process caused unnecessary stress. Even after replying and providing my email address, I did not receive confirmation from Liv Suites and instead received another email requesting the same information again. I was genuinely worried that I might not be able to access the accommodation, especially since I had already started my trip and Liv Suites was my third place to stay during a long journey. On a positive note, all the equipment provided in the suite was of very good quality, except for the kitchen knife. I was expecting a sharp, Swiss-made knife in a Swiss suite, not a very cheap IKEA knife.

The property is great, very convenient to everything in the city. Easy digital entry, I liked not worrying about a key. There are two grocery stores and a bakery right across the street. The lake promenade is close, about a 10-15 minute walk. The room is fully equipped with everything you need. The queen size bed is very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer. You also have access to a washer/dryer combo (we didn’t use) and a blowdryer. Handy tip: If you go to the digital butler button located in the check-in email, you can access operating manuals for all the devices. We really enjoyed our stay and would reserve again if we are back in Lucerne.

The location was excellent, very close to the lake and main attractions. The self check-in was smooth, and the apartment was clean upon arrival. The building is modern and the neighborhood feels safe and quiet during the day.

There was significant noise during the night, especially from what seemed to be a washing machine or dryer operating in another unit between around 23:30 and 02:00. This disturbed our sleep on multiple nights. Clearer communication about noise rules and better insulation would improve the stay.

Appartamento veramente carino e dotato di tutto il necessario per un periodo di soggiorno. Posizione molto comoda, davanti alla fermata del bus. Il centro di lucerna e la stazione si raggiungono in 10/15 min a piedi. Non c’è il personale all’accoglienza ma per qualsiasi dubbio lo staff risponde subito alle domande. I prezzi sono in linea con i prezzi generali della città

auf der Schrankseite im Schlafraum war zwischen Bett und Schrank viel zu wenig Platz; die Schranktür ließ sich nur unzureichend öffnen - zudem waren auf dieser Seite weder Nachttisch noch Lampe vorhanden.

Замечательная квартира! Расположена в здании, где одни апартаменты, то есть все вокруг такие же туристы, нет недовольных соседей. Идеально чистая (есть специальная сотрудница, которая работает в этом комплексе). Очень современная и удобная квартира. Заранее спишитесь с объектом размещения, чтобы получить на телефон QR, который работает с первого дня пребывания в городе, это Luzern Card для туристов, обеспечивающий бесплатный транспорт. От железнодорожной станции можно за 10 минут добраться до квартиры на троллейбусе 19, остановка Schlossberg находится прямо под окнами дома. Также Luzern Card даёт льготы в музеях и даже в некоторых непродуктовых магазинах. Напротив дома есть продуктовые магазины Coop, Migros и булочная, они закрываются очень рано. Если припозднились, то есть Coop на железнодорожном вокзале до 22 часов. Улица с оживленным движением по швейцарским меркам. Но даже если окна выходят на улицу, это не проблема, так как звукоизоляция окон очень хорошая. Квартира светлая, окна панорамные, но есть электроуправляемые полупрозрачные шторы, а также очень плотные обычные шторы, которые дают полный блэкаут. Удобная кровать с мягким матрацем, тёплые пышные одеяла. Есть табличка с QR кодом, он даёт доступ к сайту с очень подробной информацией обо всем, что есть в самих апартаментах, о приборах, их включении, а также об окрестностях – магазинах, ресторанах и прочем. Очень хорошо оборудована кухня – есть и микроволновка, и посудомойка. Редкость – есть стиральная машина. Насколько мы поняли, путешествуя по Швейцарии, стандартный вариант, когда стиральные машины расположены в подвале дома, а к нему у туриста нет доступа. Поэтому были очень рады возможности освежить одежду в жаркие летние дни. Бытовая химия для стиральной и посудомоечной машин была в наличии, есть раскладная сушилка и утюг. Вай-фай стабильный. До монумента «Умирающий лев» можно дойти пешком минут за 10. Старинная городская стена Museggmauer с прекрасными видами на город тоже в пешей доступности.

Self check-in is slightly imperfect, инструкция по заселению далека от совершенства. Даже если заполнил паспортные данные для всех гостей заранее, непосредственно на месте надо вводить несколько кодов. Мы заезжали в будний день в дневное время, поэтому могли связаться по телефону с администрацией апартаментов и получить кое-какую помощь (смотреть в инструкцию), но там не указаны очень важные нюансы, когда после цифр надо ввести еще какой-нибудь значок, типа * или #. То есть это был стресс, когда всё делаешь правильно, а оно не работает. А если кто-то приедет ночью, когда никого нет на связи, могут быть проблемы. В душевой кабине во время уборки могут сдвинуть внутреннюю деталь сливного узла, от этого нарушается водный клапан и в квартиру может проникнуть дурной запах. Всего-то надо придавить эту деталь на 2 миллиметра вниз и проблема решена. Сотрудникам надо это проверять, гости квартиры не обязаны знать, как устроен этот механизм. По правилам проживания check-out в десять утра, но уже в девять утра код на доступ в квартиру дезактивируется. Не могу сказать, что это швейцарская точность. :) В целом квартира заслуживает наилучшей рекомендации. Мы были очень всем довольны.

Sehr modernes, schönes, großes und sauberes Apartment. Der Check In über Code hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Es ist im Apartment alles vorhanden gewesen, was man benötigt. Schnelle Antworten bei Rückfragen.

Die Luzerner Gästekarte haben wir erst auf Anfrage erhalten. Dadurch hatten wir auch keinen Internet-Zugriff. Ohne Internet-Zugriff war es aber auch nicht möglich, an den Zugang zum WLAN zu gelangen.

Modern and clean in a good location with excellent bus links directly outside.

Not about the property but regarding the company. Had to chase them on a number of times for our Swiss Pass which is a free pass for tourists to encourage ‘us’ to use the public transport for free etc. Kitchen lacked a few basics, draining board for the dishes and a cutlery holder for the dish washer for example.

Cleanliness, location opposite Coop, about 20 minutes walk to Lucern train station and about 10 mins to old town. Even provided salt and pepper, aluminium foil etc. Good selection of teas given. Check in with the codes given via email was a breeze.

No coffee machine. The dryer didn’t dry the clothes well though using the highest heat and weight of clothes according to the instructions.
