This is my third time staying at the Jazz Hotel and it is my preferred destination for when staying in Nişantaşı. Its location is excellent, the luxury room is spacious, great air conditioning, comfortable and the rooms are clean and and fresh. There are 3 excellent Malls nearby, City’s, Lotus and Cevahir, which have great restaurants and cafes. Cevahir is across 5 floors as well, say you can spend hours there. You are 5 mins walk from Osmanbey metro, which takes you to the heart of Taksim in just two stop. The area of Nişantaşı where the hotel is, provides a fantastic location which is trendy, safe and filled with shops and cafes and restaurants.

There’s nothing about the property that I didn’t like. The only thing I’d mention, and this is due to the location of the property, is that the barriers to the small road leading up to the hotel close during certain times of the day. This means that taxis will sometimes have to drop you a 15-20 metre walk away from the hotel.

The hotel is extremely bad. You can't move around at all; it's very cramped and dark with no lighting. I got a deluxe room, and it was only one meter by one meter. The windows had no blackout curtains; the sun shone in your eyes. Honestly, this hotel isn't worth a penny. The main entrance has a narrow staircase, and I couldn't carry my suitcase. There was no one to help me with it.

Super Lage, direkte Anbindungen an den Nah und Fernverkehr, alles was man brauch zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Gute Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung. Das Personal war stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren sauber und hatten alles was man braucht.

Nous avons surtout apprécié l'accueil de la personne à la réception qui était à nos petits soins. Quartier Nisantasi très sympa . Pas trop touristique

Все было отлично, персонал приветливый, все просьбы быстро исполнялись. Расположение шикарное, хорошая развязка в любую точку города, при этом людей не так много, как в туристических местах.

De locatie, het personeel en de sfeer over het algemeen zeer goed. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en staat constant paraat.

Geen commentaar. Over het algemeen zijn er geen bijzonderheden om over te klagen.

Great little hotel, a great location, and great value for money. We have been booking this hotel many times during the last couple of years and it never disappoints us.

موقع المكان جداً مناسب ومريح والفندق نظيف ومرتب ، لكن احرصوا تاخذون الغرفه الوسيعه لان اللي غيرها صغيره وكتمه

Am meisten Preis Leistung und die Lage Zu dem gab es im Zimmer ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen und es war kein typischer Föhn der im Bad an der wand montiert war sondern ein Föhn den man auch irgendwo anders anstecken konnte :)

I didn’t like the fact that I choose to pay in the hotel but before I arrived they charged the amount from my card. If I had wanted to pay with my credit card I would have chosen that option and also pay less. At the end I paid more and charged from my card. That’s not nice and correct

They don’t clean every day and don’t change covers

Nice and quiet hotel, clean, comfortable beds and rooms, room service is excellent, staff are welcoming and friendly especially Adem who helped me during my stay. The hotel location is in quiet street behind the Lotus center, few meters to Osmanbey Metro station and Bus stations. Cafe and shops are all around the area. I recommend this hotel.

Todo.Está muy limpio, tiene aspecto de nuevo. El personal es muy amable. La habitación corresponde con las fotos publicadas. Está en una zona tranquila,se descansa bien. El aire acondicionado funciona bien. Nos encantó la temática jazz de todo el hotel. Cuando volvamos a Estambul repetiremos.

Bon hôtel en général. Trés bonne salle de bain, Un petit bémol pour la litterie ( matelas et oreiller ) et l'odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre.

Jazz Hotel 'de ikinci kez konakliyorum. Tercih sebebim konumu, atmosferi ve çalışanları. Otel otobus ve metroya cok yakin, hemen arkasinda Lotus AVM var, mahalle sakin, guvenli, yurume mesafesinde yemek yiyecek ve gezip gorecek pek cok yer var. Tek sorun bazen misafirlerin koridorda yaptiklari gürültü (denk gelirseniz). Resepsiyon gorevlileri gece 12den sonra gelenlere uyari yapabilirler.

Otelin konumu çok iyi, ana caddeye çok yakın, temiz ve güvenli bir mevkide. Oda güzel dizayn edilmiş, eşyalar yeni ve temizdi. Fiyat-performans açısından ideal bir otel. Biz sabah kahvaltısı yapmadık, bu yüzden kahvaltı için bir yorum yapamıyorum. Jazz efsanelerinin ismine göre odalar düzenlenmiş ve onlara ait fotograflar, bilgiler var. Hoş ve nostaljikti.

The Wi-Fi was very bad and they have a smart TV, but you cannot open Netflix or YouTube on the TV was in Turkish language and we cannot change the language

The Hotel is even better than we expected. The stаff is polite and helpful. They gave us a better room on the 3th floor, away from the street and it was very comfortable, clean, quiet and cozy. We left our car on the same street, maybe 200 metars away, on a paid parking which was very comfortable and safe. Thank you very much Jazz Hotel!

Zevkli ve akıllıca döşenmiş bir şehir oteli. Lokasyon muhteşem. Erişim çok kolay. Semt zaten harikulade. Odam geniş ve sevimliydi, kendimi dışarı atmak zorunda hissetmedim. Odalarda ses yalıtımı var ama asansör önü oda olunca aynı katta kalan diğer misafirin saygılı davranması gerekiyor (gecenin bir vakti asansör/koridor sesi geldi). Ayrica kapının altından sigara kokusu geliyor (kapı önüne yalıtım icin ince uzun yastik gibi malzemeler hazirlanabilir, otel buna çözüm getirmezse havlu koyabilirsiniz). Gece yatağın ayak ucundaki kolona ayağımı çarparak uyandım ama ortada yatarak bunu çözebilirsiniz. Resepsiyonist nazikti, bulabilseydi yağmurda şemsiye bile ödünç verecekti. Lobi cok sevimli. Otel temiz ve güzel kokuyor.

Clean, warm, spacious, helpful staff..sefa and abdul we amazing. They even made call for us to book tickets and foud local eoutes, bus routes .

Honestly, it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in in terms of price, location, cleanliness, and safety. The hotel is located in an excellent location next to all services. The hotel is safe and quiet. Honestly, I would like to thank Mr. Ahmed at the reception'He is very respectful and well-mannered and knows how to deal with customers with all respect and professionalism.
