Praticamente tutto: l’accoglienza, lo stile e la pulizia. Come molti Riad, all’esterno sembra un appartamento piccolissimo una volta varcata la soglia è come entrare in un altro mondo sia come aperto che come dimensione. Lo stile è curatissimo ed è molto caratteristico. Il personale attento e sempre pronto ad assisterti. La prima colazione ottima e in quantità adeguata, non eccessiva come ci era capitato altrove

Breakfast was great on the first day but it was the same breakfast on the day 2 and day 3 as well. I was expecting little different breakfast like omelette instead of boiled eggs. Also , the shower faucet should be charged since it was very difficult to change the settings. These few little things could easily be improved to make the staying more comfortable.

The riad has a lot of potential. It's a good property in a convenient location, the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the breakfast is abundant (though the hours could be extended a bit).

I've visited other riads in Marrakech, and this one needs significant improvements regarding service standards. The shower had no curtains or doors nor soapdish. There are no proper closets in the room. Check-in was rushed and not particularly welcoming. There was noisy construction work after 10am during my stay, and no notification was given. No notice was given that the staff went to sleep after 11 p.m., so if you return late at night, you risk being locked out if you don't knock the door several times (you have to ask for the key, but of course you cannot know it if no one told you). One day, the room wasn't cleaned because the room keys had to be left at reception, a condition that was never explained. It feels like many details have been overlooked.

Väga maitsev ja mitmekülgne hommikusöök. Vaikne asukoht, samas keset linna ja kõik vajalik oli lähedal. Noormehed olid sõbralikud ja abivalmis.

Vannitoas ei olnud šampooni. Taksoga juurde ei pääse. Kui ise ei soovi kohvreid vedada, siis saab palgata kärumehe.

Décoration soignée, propreté, bonne localisation.

Oreillers durs (sans alternative), personnel non francophone, bruit ambiant élevé (forte agitation quand nous y étions, raffut dès 07h30 du matin).

La ubicacion es complicada, el taxi te deja como 10 min a pie del lugar, pasas en medio de todos los puestos, es muy concurrido pero pasando la calle concurrida, entras como a callejones que es donde estan los riads y estan super solos, sumado a que la ubicacion no te la marca bien el google maps. Yo no me volvería a quedar en esa zona

Staff amazing, room was immaculate and the complimentary breakfast set us up for the day.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, and we had an amazing stay! Mohammad at the front desk was so accommodated, welcoming us with tea/pastries, bringing our suitcases to our room for us, and he even worked with our tour group to set up our pick up our location. He also woke up earlier than normal breakfast time in order to provide us breakfast ahead of our early tour departure. The breakfast spread was amazing, filled with eggs, local spreads, and great coffee/tee. The raid is located a short walk away from the center where there are plenty of shops and food options. Overall, had an amazing stay and would recommend booking here!

Not necessarily something we did not like, but more of a tip- the Raid was difficult to find on our own. Therefore, we'd recommend contacting the Raid to have them walk to pick you up at the closest road to avoid any stress.

L'emplacement du Riad est top, l'accueil est parfait et le petit déjeuner fabuleux surtout lorsqu'on le prend en terrasse. La chambre était propre et décorée avec soins.

La chambre "suite familiale" pour 4 personnes est plutôt petite. Elle est peut-être adaptée pour une famille avec enfants mais pour 4 adultes c'est assez compliqué, il y a très peu de places pour circuler dans la chambre à côté des lits et manque de rangements.

Tanto el alojamiento en sí, ya que todo era precioso y estaba cuidado, como la amabilidad del personal. Tuvimos un problema personal por el que tuvimos que volvernos a España antes, y nos ayudaron en todo momento y modificaron la reserva de última hora sin ponernos problemas. Les estamos muy agradecidos.

L’emplacement du Riad est idéal car positionné dans la Médina, et entre les places Jamaa El-Fna et Ferblantiers. C’est un lieu vivant où l’on trouve les commodités, boutiques et restaurants à proximité. Cet emplacement facile également les excursions qui proposent toujours un départ d’une de ces places. Le Riad est dans une petite rue en retrait, assurant le calme. Il est propre, chambre magnifique et le personnel très accueillant.

Tout était au top, ils sont au petits soins. Le déjeuner était copieux et très varié. Nous avons des super souvenirs avec notre grand-maman qui à adoré le voyage et le personnel.

Struttura bella, pulita e in ottima posizione. La nostra stanza era spaziosa. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, colazione abbondante fatta sulla terrazza con vista sulla città. Tornerei sicuramente in questo riad.

L' accoglienza,la gentilezza del personale,la cura nei piccoli dettagli..come il dare una bottiglietta d'acqua e della frutta fresca appena arrivate, nonostante l'orario tardivo..il sorriso e la prontezza ad esaudire ogni tipo di richiesta.. L'estrema pulizia della struttura,la colazione super completa e con prodotti freschi..il bagno superaccessoriato,con perfino il phone con il diffusore!consigliatissimo!!

A localização é muito boa uma vez que fica dentro da Medina, a 5 min da Praça Jemaa el-Fnaa. A 1.ª vez é difícil de encontrar (tem de se ir a pé) mas a disponibilidade dos funcionários é total e foram ter connosco à Praça Mellah mesmo tendo nós chegado depois das 10P.M. e à nossa espera estava uma receção com o tradicional chá e bolinhos. O Riad é muito bonito e bem cuidado. Os quartos são muito confortáveis mas o melhor de tudo é mesmo o pequeno almoço. Simplesmente divinal

The location is a prime one. Close to the Medina Walking distance to the souks and many other shops. Muhammad came out and walked me to the hotel. Upon getting to the hotel, I was greeted with mink tea and pastries. At 5am Muhammad (a 2nd Muhammad) walked me back to the Mellah for my tour. Such gentleman and superior service. They love the work they do. Highly recommend

At night time the hallway lights turn off. I needed a charger at the front desk and wanted to go out. The hallway was so dark Possibly to save energy but a little scary, especially for a solo traveler But once I got to lobby, they turned it on.

Our stay at this riad in Marrakesh was absolutely wonderful. The riad itself is beautiful—charming decor, spotless throughout, and full of character. Our room was lovely and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel special. The highlight, though, was the staff. They were truly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. We loved everything about Riad Aslal. All the details, the magnificent room, and the incredibly attentive staff. The terrace was very peaceful, swimming pool was a bonus in hot days and we were truly delighted with our stay. We are simply grateful that our short visit turned out to be unforgettable. We had a fantastic stay! The breakfast was delicious and came with an amazing view. After the June heat, the air conditioning and pool were absolute lifesavers. The bed and sheets were incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful night. If you get the chance, definitely stay here

We had a room for three persons and it was a bit crowded. However, the riad has plenty of space outside so it wasn't an issue.

Excelent breakfast. On arriving they came to receive us on the nearest square once it was not possible to get there directly by car. Always kind and available in every situation. Helpfull in all our needs

They should improve the wi-fi conection in the first and uper floor.

Absolutely stunning property! Gorgeous roof terrace. Mohammed’s were fantastically helpful and knowledgable. Comfortable room. Great base for exploring the medina and is to find your way back to once landmarks explained. Simply wonderful :)

Compared to other riads we’ve stayed in this was a little noisy very early in the mornings with cleaning/kitchen staff talking/phones going. I don’t think they’re being loud, I think the sound really carries in the property.

Friendly staff and cleanliness

Beautiful riad with amazing decor and a pool that looks just like the photos. Very comfortable and relaxing. The best part was the staff — both Mohameds were incredibly kind, welcoming and warm, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

A couple of small suggestions: closing off the kitchen a bit more could help reduce noise, and some soft background music would keep the atmosphere calm. Also, breakfast would benefit from a few more savory options like ham or sausages.

The property was beautiful, the Mohammads were extremely accommodating, the breakfast was lovely, everything was clean, the location was perfect for exploring the Medina. The shower was hot with excellent water pressure. The rooftop was beautiful. We arrived very late (1am) greeted by Mohammad at the traffic circle (taxi can’t drive to property door) and he brought a large bowl of fruit to our room for a very late night snack. My only complaint (not my friends) was I thought the beds were very hard, she loved it. Would definitely stay again and for a longer visit.

Riad Aslal is extremely clean and the staff Mohammed 1 and Mohammed 2 were amazing. We had a lovely stay.

First of all a big thank you for Riad Aslal and the two Mohammed for all their services! I had a long research before booking this Riad and it was one of the best decisions made for this trip! Riad Aslal is probably the best Riad in center Marrakech. Everything was great, from the location which is 5 minutes walking to the main market and from there to all touristic attractions, to the space it self, sparkling clean everything, quiet, comfortable bed, great rooms, the best breakfast ever which one can not eat everything they bring, the welcome teas and sweets, and so on. This is definitely a recommendation when visiting Marrakech and for sure we will book again the same plece if we will visit again beautiful Marrakech. Special thanks to the two guys, as we were celebrating our relation and they beautifully decorated our room with candles, rose petals and balloons! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Keep providing the perfect services you are having now!

Location, very quiet riad, we slept so good every night! The service from both Mohammed was amazing! Breakfast from rooftop with Atlas mountains panorama was the best way to start the day. The room was cleaned every day.

The Riad Aslal is beautiful in both architectural features and decoration. It's all cream earth tones which is so relaxing and a great contrast to the overwhelming assault on the senses of Marrakech. Mohammed communicated really well before we arrived, responding quickly to my questions and requests. The Riad is located in the south of the Medina in the heart of the souk, so we asked for a taxi to collect us from the airport. We arrived at the gate to the medina where Mohammed was waiting for us with a porter to carry our luggage through the maze of alleys in the Souk to the Riad. We were so glad we paid a little extra for this excellent service. The rooms are standard Riad layout, facing inwards to overlook the pool. Our room was fabulous; so many beautiful, artistic touches from lamps to intricate moorish plaster mouldings. The beds were firm but comfortable. The bathroom had intricate tiling and a very good hot shower. A highlight of each day was the fabulous, extensive breakfasts, which kept us going until dinner. Daily yogurt plus fruit platter, pancakes, hot flatbreads, other breads, cake, eggs, (boiled most days, but omelettes and fried eggs also available), a wide selection of conserves, butter, cream cheese, cheese spread and Nutella. This was served with coffee and traditional mint tea. All the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to be helpful; such good hosts. A real asset is the roof/sun terrace. We made good use of it everyday. Comfy sun-beds, big parasols and sofas. Plus tables, which I did some water colour painting on plus we played cards at every day. Lots of plugs upstairs to charge devices. Mohammed recommended local restaurants and places to visit and was always a great help. I hope to return to Riad Aslal as it was fabulous.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Felt safe, there is a ring button to be let in as the riad is in an alley way like all others. It is hard to find and one of the owners came to get us from the taxi right away. The owners were very kind and respectful. Always had a delicious breakfast ready for us. Would definitely be back. 100% recommend this property.

Absolutely perfect stay. Went on a girls trip and this was the best choice of accommodation. Room was gorgeous. All the venue was stunning, rooftop lovely. Breakfast incredible! The staff (both called Mohammed) made our stay, so lovely and welcoming. We had Moroccan tea every night when we came back from a day exploring. Highly recommend this Riad. We can’t wait to come back again. Thank you so much!

The staff at Riad Aslal could not have been kinder and more attentive. Carrying our heavy bags up 3 flights of stairs to our rooms, helping us with awesome restaurant recommendations, serving us a delicious breakfast, getting our bags from the riad to our airport transport, and so much more. Riad Aslad is beautifully appointed, and centrally located. Simply the best!

Best place I’ve ever stayed

The Riad was excellent, in a great location and hosted by 2 amazing hosts (Muhammad and Muhammed). A short walk and you were in the heart of Marrakesh and the excitement of the lanes and souks or to the main palaces. The room worked well for a family of 4 and every morning a wonderful breakfast was provided.

There was nothing I didn't like. As mentioned nothing I didn't like. Highly recommended to others.

Mohammad was very helpful and accomodating. Hotel and rooms were tastefully designed. Location is not far from central, and also not far from the road (place mellah) so you can easily catch a ride to other places.

Plumbing could be better as the draining of water is slow, causing water to collect in the sink and shower. Toiletries could be labelled so guests would know be able to tell shower gel and shampoo apart.
