location of entrance to property hard to locate, as behind entry road and hard for taxi driver to also locate, need more and clear signage

Wry quiet neighborhood. Streaming services, wifi, air conditioning.

Sofa bed in living room. Wouldn’t stay in sofa position and slid into bed mode only.

The house is ok, nothing special

Poor service, I booked this place with breakfast and one way taxi service. I spoke with the host and organised everything weeks bfore the arrival, and then the host suddenly cancelled the breakfast on the same day of our arrival and the taxi didn’t arrived.So we end up getting a taxi for our selves.

Floors were beautiful, breakfast was good ( fresh fruit). Good morning juice and coffee. Price was 1/2 that of hotel down the street…

The facilities were excellent the property was of a high standard and was very clean

Just the 1 cockcroach bit was quickly delt with by the caretaker when we arrived

Modern place with small kitchen and appliances should you want to cook. There's Good WiFi, TV, AC and of course hot tub. Area is quiet away from the main roads.

There's a small church service right nextdoor that seems to open every day around 7 or 8pm for service. It's not a massive disturbance but some could find it annoying.

Too small,water color brown we all had skin allergies due to dirty water.my car had a lot of cement staineds dahil may ginawang bahay across the road and very narrow drive way (street.) and there is a lot of restrictions (rules) signages everywhere.

I loved the location, kitchen, bedroom, and jacuzzi. We will definitely be back.

Far from convenience stores. But sari-sari stores are in the nearby subdivision.

Good quality finish to the homestay. Very fresh and modern. Bed is super comfy. Kitchen is functional although we didn't use it and small sofa/tv area also.

Water pressure could be temperamental surging but we could fill the jacuzzi and shower ok. WiFi was having problems connecting the first night but owner sorted the issue out with the service provider for the following morning.

Totally worth it given the facilities and amenities available. You forget you're still in the city.

Quiet and a good place to relax and chill. Has a specious garage where you can park your car or do activities. A place in tacloban if you have large dog pets.

A little far from stores. Transportation is limited to tricycles if you don’t own a car.
