Sa pananatili ko ng 8 gabi sa hotel, Hindi manlang pinalitan yung disposable sleeper, bedsheets, baso at madalas mamatay yung ilaw sa madaling araw at dun ako mas nagulat sa whole way kasi maiinit. Yun lang naman!

Everything, from its accomodating staffs and clean/great rooms to its more convenient and easy access for shopping and tourist spots nearby, also it’s near the airport.

I honestly don’t have any.

The room we booked is ok for the price, buffet breakfast is average, parking is ok because there is an exclusive slot for the guests though it is uncovered so the car gets so hot when it is parked for long

The housekeeping is not great, the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned, they just arranged the beddings, but the trash is not being taken out, the towels were not replaced for over 2 days and we had to call front desk to have it replaced, there was no floor mat in the bathroom when we checked in and we had to request for it on the second day, the body wash was not refilled even though the container is already empty so another request at the front office

The reception staff was very efficient and friendly. The bed were huge and comfortable. Location beside the Robinsons Mall and near the airport makes it a great choice.

Could be cleaner. I saw a lot of things that needed deep cleaning or renovation. Expensive for the rundown look of the hotel.

I understand your disappointment. The frustrating part is not just the ₱2,000 early check-in charge—it’s that after willingly paying the additional fee as a regular customer, you were given a room that was not properly cleaned and had a shower that did not function properly. That makes the experience feel especially unacceptable. You also made a reasonable effort to contact the Head of Front Office, Mr. Eugene Lim. Whether he has read the message or simply has read receipts/notifications disabled, the important issue is that you have not received a response.

The room needs deep cleaning specially the bathroom/toilet/floor. Would be a perfect space to stay if a thorough, and intensive cleaning will be done on this property

Location to Robinson Mall. Staff are great, welcoming and friendly. Rooms and beds are larger than expected. For Tacloban, it's a great hotel, safe and secure with everything you need close by. Airport transfer available for 200 peso per person

We had a great stay at the hotel. The food was delicious, and the room was comfortable, spacious, and better than those in many other hotels I have stayed in. It was also cleaned thoroughly every day, and we truly appreciate the housekeeping staff for keeping it neat and comfortable throughout our stay. Special thanks to Edward and Kevin for their excellent and attentive service. They were accommodating and made our dining experience more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is also very convenient since it is right beside a mall and close to basic necessities. Overall, we had a pleasant and satisfying stay.

Windows need cleaning, you can't hardly see the view outside due to algae and dust. There was no bath mat and hand towels provided in the bathroom.

This is one of my favorite hotel...from reception to housekeeping and security personnel. Everyone giving their warmth welcome to all guests.

Aside from giving us welcome offer 3 slices of cakes without cover...all was good.

Their is no Gard or even hotel staff to help unhelpful to assist my yong age kids when midnight check out due of midnight travelling to airport, Luck of assistance during midnight, kid's has to walk going to airport due of cannot find transport. The staff Need more training, to assist outside the hotel door same as other holtel on my experience, for transport or even hopefully had offered a car for transport, specially just young age kid's and teenagers.

The location is perfect. It’s right across from Robinsons Tacloban Mall and only a short drive from the airport, so getting around is super easy.

The bathroom had a strong bad smell, like mold or a sewage odor coming from the sink drain. It was bad enough to make us feel sick.

One of the best hotels I’ve tried in Tacloban, especially location-wise. It is close to almost everything.. malls, the airport, restaurants, and cafés. Having available parking is also a huge advantage. Overall, I had a good stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved. I want to commend the security personnel inside the hotel and in the parking area. They were very attentive to guest safety. However, there is a spot near the lounge café where I tripped a few times when I first arrived. I highly suggest adding a small ramp, safety marker, or warning sign in that area. I would also like to commend Michaela at the front desk for being very helpful. I truly appreciated the complimentary early check-in after almost 10 hours of travel, as well as the complimentary late check-out until 1:30 PM. That said, communication and follow-up from the front desk could be improved. I provided a local number and expected to be notified when my room was ready, but I never received a call or message. I also had a few confusing experiences, such as being told a driver had been waiting for me at the airport even though I had already cancelled the pickup in advance via email because I had a rental car. I also think guests should be better oriented upon check-in. Basic hotel information such as breakfast hours, gym, pool location, café hours, buffet options, pet charges, and other services should be clearly explained. Small details like these make a big difference. Another confusing experience was our request for a to-go breakfast. We requested it the night before and were told it would be based on the “chef’s discretion,” okay?? but no one asked about allergies, dietary restrictions, or preferences. We were also told to pick it up at the front desk in the morning, but my sister was later directed to the restaurant instead and told to eat there. A simple to-go breakfast request form with guest details and menu options would help avoid confusion. Follow-up from reception also needs improvement. I asked about a universal plug and was told they would check with maintenance, but I never received a follow-up. I also reported that the room hair blower stopped working after about two minutes, and although I was told maintenance would come, no one arrived. I stayed in Room 301 and could clearly hear staff speaking loudly, playing or shouting from nearby areas. I understand hotels can get busy, but guest rooms should still feel quiet and restful. The restaurant experience was generally good. The staff were warm and welcoming, and I appreciated how the hostess remembered our room number. The chef at the egg station was also doing a great job, and I liked that olive oil was used for the eggs. The breakfast options were fairly good, though the dried fish was not crispy and had excess oil. The dinner buffet had good options overall, but sanitation and hygiene should be monitored more closely. While preparing halo-halo, I noticed a large insect or fly inside the milk. To the staff’s credit, they immediately changed it after I brought it to their attention. Still, this should be prevented. The chicken satay and halo-halo were also the worst food items I tried and could be improved. I also hope the F&B team becomes more attentive and interactive with guests instead of gathering near the hostess desk. I noticed small issues such as incomplete food tongs and wet salad plates, which may seem minor but still affect the dining experience. Overall, this hotel has great potential and can definitely become one of the top hotels in Tacloban. The location, parking, security, helpful staff, and restaurant service are strong points. With better communication, clearer guest orientation, stronger follow-up, better noise control, and closer attention to food hygiene and service details, the guest experience could be even better. I would still come back, and I hope these concerns are taken as constructive feedback.

I like that its near Robinson mall and they have an airport shuttle that you can pay for a reasonable price. The Staff also is very helpful.

The hotel is perfect for the conduct of workshops and trainings. The rooms are clean and hotel staff are accommodating! The overall stay was perfect.
