The breakfast on offer was substandard; bacon cooked in the oven and it was dried out, scrambled eggs tasteless, no mushrooms. If you’re having a hot food buffet you should do it right. Could not fault the continental fare except that it was in a tiny area. There a big space that everything could go into, and it’s abandoned. The bedroom has ridiculous wallpaper, no good lighting for makeup in the room, and all of the extra shelves serve no purpose. Looks like a warehouse. We would like to have had a tea/coffee in the hotel when we arrived, but the coffee kiosk has nothing in it. The bar was also closed. We were told we could go out to the coffee hut and bring it in and drink it in the lobby. Imagine not being able to even get a tea or coffee in a hotel.

Limited parking near the entrance. Main parking lot is a bit far around and behind the building, so need to drop luggage first in front. No fridge in room

Restaurant staff and bar staff were very pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping staff were very friendly.Beds were comfortable and we all had a good night sleep.

Die Ausstattung war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Vom Frühstück waren wir etwas enttäuscht. Es gab nicht viel Auswahl, der Geschmack war nicht überzeugend und leider war es recht dreckig.

Dog foul beside door entrance fo a couple of days. No blue badge on cars parked at disibility spaces. The breakfast was bland. Too many things to do before you can sit and eat. Bring back servers. No cold water getting into the shower, therefore it was too hot.

Priority parking is given to Tesla and EV cars resulting in a six minute uphill walk with luggage to the car park Rooms are not cleaned - I alerted reception to my room not being serviced by 3:30 PM and was told to vacate the room whilst it was tended to . After 70 minutes I returned to the room - a new towel had been placed in the bathroom . The room had not been cleaned . Day two and three was the same with a towel being replaced but the bathroom was not cleaned and the room was not hoovered . Photos available . Fire evacuation safety information was not displayed in the room. Breakfast slots have to be booked - I arrived 5 minutes before my booked slot and was told I was there at the wrong time .

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Great location. The property is very well maintained and welcoming. The lobby/reception appears recently renovated. It’s fresh, well appointed and comfortable, flooded with natural light, and teaming with guests. The double room was spacious, contemporary, and comfortable. The corridors are clean though a bit dated in comparison to the lobby and rooms. Didn’t frequent the bar though it was busy.
The staff in the breakfast buffet were plentiful though not attentive or friendly. The coffee/tea bar in the lobby wasn’t open in the mornings.

Checking in was a complete mess. Very poor organization. Checking in was 4 and didn't get checked into after 5 o clock. For people that were traveling, coming a long way. This doesn't suit. Little tip for the hotel, check people in at any time and take details etc etc. Tell them their number and when they room is ready all the have to do is come back to reception and tell them name and number of the room. Instead of checking everyone in at same time. I felt very sorry for the girls working at reception, as a lot of people i was talking to were very piss off.

Das WLAN war leider kaputt. Der Ort ist recht klein und hat wenig zu bieten. Allerdings kann die Unterkunft da nichts für:)

Requested a travel cot for baby but we had no cot in the room, when they arrived to room with the cot late at night they threw it on the floor and I had to assemble and dress it myself
