Noahs Ark Oceanscape Mirissa

We liked the comfortable room with the air con. There was a lovely outdoor seating area.

The lack of communication about price. Someone took our food out of the communal fridge.

Definitely we’re not prepared for my arrival as the bathroom was very unclean, I didn’t see a member of staff until the morning when she took my payment and then disappeared with my change. Didn’t feel safe at all and I understand that I was the only guest but if they couldn’t prepare the place ready for my arrival they should’ve been honest. The bed had bugs all in it and the sinks were filled with dirt. I understand that this was a cheap however it’s not maintained at all!

The room was clean and matched the photos. It was comfortable for a short stay, and the host was responsive and helpful when contacted, even though they weren’t physically present.

There was no drinking water provided, and basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, and body wash were missing. The property is located on the upper floor of a house, with the landlord living downstairs. Unfortunately, the landlord was not friendly — he even shouted at us once, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Due to these issues, I ended up leaving after just one night, even though I had booked for two.

Posteljina nije cista, jastuci tvrdi. Mravi i zohari u sobi..

Friendly manager, clean bathroom.

Good location, easy check in and big room with good air conditioning. Very reasonable price.

Room was dirty especially the bathroom. Note other reviews don’t state this so was unexpected and may be a one off. We raised it with the owner who said he will look into it and speak to the person who cleans it so hopefully gets rectified.

Spacious room with AC and big bed.

Bed sheets and towels were missing from the apartment. The bed mattress and bathroom was unfortunately quite dirty which wasn’t very pleasant.

Spacious and Well-Maintained This room exceeded my expectations! It was much larger than I anticipated and had all the amenities I needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was modern and clean. The staff was also super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Cozy and Comfortable Stay I had a fantastic stay in this room! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless. It felt warm and inviting, The location was also perfect—close to restaurants and attractions. Highly Recommended

Perfect for a Relaxing Getaway Such a peaceful and quiet room! The bed was soft, and the blackout curtains ensured I got a great night's sleep. Everything was well-maintained, and the WiFi was fast, which was a huge plus. I appreciated the thoughtful service from the staff as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Big room, nice and clean, one of the best accomodations I’ve been in Sri Lanka. It was very good to have a kitchen and a fridge Nice and quiet location, walking distance to anywhere :)

Nothing, it was very good

Exceptional Stay The room was spotless and well-kept, with a cozy ambiance that made us feel right at home. There was great attention given to detail and cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and the owner was always in touch over the phone for any inquiries we had.

Perfect for Relaxation The bed was super comfortable, and the room was very well kept clean and spacious. . A peaceful and pleasant stay couldn’t have asked for more. Its the perfect place in Mirissa for the price / facilities you get. Highly Recommended!

Highly Recommend The room was fresh, tidy, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, making my stay smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely book again! The staff are always available for any assistance you need.

Owner is helpful and accommodating to required needs. He is very responsive.
