Reviewed Sep 16, 2026La struttura è un negozio magazzino che è stato adibito ad appartamento. Nulla di male, a parte il fatto che la seconda camera matrimoniale è in un sottoscala dove non vi è nemmeno una finestra. Piuttosto insalubre. La parte principale Invece si presenta carina, a parte il fatto che è tende servono a coprire la serranda abbassata che affaccia sulla strada. Letti scomodi e cuscini scomodi.

La habitación del sótano tenía muchísima humedad, la limpieza podría ser bastante mejor, el espacio del WC es casi insuficiente para cerrar la puerta. Y las escaleras para bajar no son aptas para personas con vértigo. Dato importante: el tranvía pasa justo al lado (se escucha bastante). Pero por la relación calidad-precio, viendo las demás ofertas de la zona, no está mal.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Muy buen sitio, apartamento amplio, con camas suficientes y bien distribuido. Cómodo y tranquilo. Bien equipado y completo. Instalaciones correctas. Cuenta con un patio en el que se está muy agusto.
Solo dan una llave, para grupos grandes se echa en falta al menos una más. En la habitación de abajo hace mucho calor.

Reservamos este apartamento porque tenía dos cuartos de aseo. Al llegar nos recibieron telarañas y unas ventanas con persianas muy sucias. La planta baja se comunica con una planta sótano con unas escaleras de acceso muy empinadas y un olor enorme a humedad y hongos. No pudimos hacer uso de la habitación del sótano, hubiésemos enfermado seguro. El cuarto de aseo de la planta baja, tiene una bañera altísima, cuesta entrar y salir. El inodoro está separado en un cuarto tan estrecho que chocan las rodillas en la puerta. La limpieza es muy mejorable y las sábanas igual. Las televisiones y el wifi no funcionan Está al lado de las vías del tren, vibra y se escucha mucho ruido en cada tren que pasa. El motor del frigorífico también hace también mucho ruido.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Fuimos una noche y solo a dormir. Temprano seguimos con el turismo. Correctísimo para descansar. No le dimos más utilidad que eso y ducharnos. Estuvimos bien. Las instrucciones para la entrada genial.
Estuvo todo bien. Volvería y lo recomendaría a amigos y conocidos.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026La chica que nos atendió fue muy simpática y amable. La terraza muy agradable. El espacio suficiente para el grupo. Tiene dos baños, eso ha facilitado mucho nuestra estancia. Facilidad y seguridad para acceder al alojamiento.
No tener aire acondicionado. Las fotos no identifican que la otra habitación queda en un departamento abajo y la escalera no muy segura y sin ventilación. Y cortina en baño en general no es cómoda y ni higiénica.

The early morning train noise is startling. Plan to rise early (6 am) but from there its all incredibly easy to walk to great landmarks and eateries in great neighborhoods, day or night.

Useful to know but not necessarily a problem: Very step narrow steps to basement bedroom (not suitable for less able people) Train line runs beside building so you can hear/feel trains going past (but they're not overly frequent or disturbing) Only 1 key (difficult if group split) Very little natural light in main living/kitchen area due to being ground floor so where the front window would normally be is shuttered and cutained off. But the back bedroom was bright and we could keep the door open to light the kitchen. Might seem a little odder in summer though to have curtains permanently closed. Obviously no natural light in basement bedroom Bad smell in common entrance hall (possibly from drains)

È praticamente attaccata ai binari del treno, quindi si sentono treni passare ad ogni ora del giorno (e anche della notte). Se avete un sonno leggero non fa per voi. Io sinceramente non ho problemi di questo tipo e quindi do un 8 come value generale, ma è giusto sottolinearlo.

La verdad es que nos hemos muerto de frio, los calentadores no calentaban nada, el agua de la ducha salía tibia, no hemos estado cómodos en ese sentido, en la habitación de abajo tanto toallas como ropa de cama y el baño no estaban limpios, y sin decir nada del tren que pasa el lado que se escucha bastante. Si tuviese que dividir el piso en dos partes, la planta alta es un 7 y la parte de abajo un 4.

Very noisy with passing trains. Noisy heating system. Main window in living room behind a shutter. Smell of drains/damp in entrance hall. No window in basement bedroom. Waist high mirror in basement in basement en-suite, rendering it practically useless.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025Apartamentul este mare, curat și bine dotat. A fost mereu cald și am avut apă caldă fără probleme. Zona are acces bun la transport, ceea ce a fost util pentru vizitat orașul.
Noaptea se simt uneori vibrațiile trenului care trece în apropiere, dar nu a fost ceva deranjant. Singurul minus: scările interioare sunt abrupte, deci nu recomand pentru familii cu copii mici

Reviewed Nov 21, 2025The apartment is very large, two levels, two toilets and baths, and there's a small courtyard where you can have breakfast on the terrace. The apartment is within walking distance of the European Parliament and Luxembourg train station. There are lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops around. I highly recommend it.

Bear in mind that location is righte next to railway tracks, so noise is rather serious. Also second bedroom located in basement, with rather steep stairs.

One dormitory is literally in the basement. We had also found a bed bug in that dormitory. It was dead, fortunately. Checked the whole apartment immediately - seemed clean. But the owner did not answer my message about this topic, I asked if they recently came through an infestation. Had to insist after 2 days and someone finally answered my message stating that it is absolutely impossible for us to had found a bed bug. I did left the gross insect in a glass box on the kitchen table so they can see it and convince themselves. Not a nice attitude!

Tanto rumore e vibrazioni, la struttura è vicino alla ferrovia. La seconda camera è ricavata in un piano sottostante, per accedere la scala è ripida (non adatta a bambini o anziani). Il bagno di questa stanza è cieco e l’odore non è piacevole. Inoltre c’è molta umidità.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2025Posizione con possibilità di spostamenti in tutta la città con i mezzi. A una ventina di minuti dal centro a piedi. A due passi dal parlamento Europeo.
Il treno passa molto vicino, si sente soprattutto nella camera del piano di sotto ma non compromette un buon riposo. Uno dei due divani letto ha le molle molto rumorose ma si può comunque usufruire dell'altro. Dalle foto non si evince che l'ingresso per il piccolo cortiletto esterno è dal bagno del piano terra e che la tazza dello stesso bagno è in un piccolo piccolo locale adiacente.

Reviewed Aug 1, 2025La limpieza, el mobiliario y la terraza. La ubicación, aunque no está en el barrio de Bruselas, está junto al parlamento europeo, hay buenas comunicaciones de transporte público y es un paseo agradable hasta el centro de la ciudad.
Las vías del tren están cerca y vibra el suelo cuando pasan los trenes. La basura se pone en la ventana del apartamento (a pie de calle) y parece que es la única que no se ha recogido en todos los días que hemos estado.

There could be more thought into guest comfort. The stairs to the lower bedroom and bath were very poorly made, steep and tilt outward and away. Towels had stains and were not soft and there wasn’t any way to actually wash the dishes (just 1 sponge for cleaning everything?). The basement bathroom was in rough shape, extremely small and the mirror is crotch-level.

Some notes though they did not bother us: - The stairs leading to the bedroom below are very steep, so not appropriate for young children - The access to the private terrasse is through the bathroom! But what really bothered us, is the sound of a certain (maybe water?) pump. It was really annoying and kept us from sleeping until it finally stopped at around 02:45 AM!

Reviewed May 12, 2025We had a fantastic stay at the Design Europarlament Apartment. We were there as a family of five. We really liked the location, it was only about 10 minutes by car to the city center and the area itself is very pleasant. The private terrace is a great bonus, especially in summer or spring! The host was always immediately reachable and communication was very smooth and the place was clean. Absolutely recommendable!
