We had a wonderful family stay at Vaishnavam Homestay. The place was comfortable, peaceful, and felt just like home. A special thanks to the owner for her kindness and understanding during an unexpected situation. When our vehicle broke down, she was extremely cooperative and allowed us to extend our stay by 8 hours without charging anything extra. This gesture truly meant a lot to us and reflects her genuine care for guests. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm and supportive homestay experience.

The host and the parents was very friendly and easy to comunicate

The current storage water heater is not very practical when multiple guests use it. It would be better to upgrade to a direct (instant) water heater for continuous hot water and better guest comfort.

Hot water was the issue for the property they didn't have 24 hour hot water facilities in two rooms.

The stay was perfect. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The house can comfortably accommodate 7-8 people. It was extremely well maintained. A steal deal for the price. The host can arrange transportation and restaurants also deliver to the place.

The water was not always hot in the bathroom, but this was only a minor inconvenience.

very neat and clean area of the house inner and outer. looks like a new house. easily can access the nearby shop, hospital, site seeing etc. very silent environment. but not suitable for group of friends and bachelors.

we missed some appliances mixer grinder, Refrigerator, and Air Conditioner, otherwise all ok.

One of the best homestays of thekkady. Everything was arranged very neatly. We had a very comfortable stay and specially the house owner was very polite and nice. They arranged everything in a excellent manner. Anyone going to thekkady should definitely book it rather than booking hotels especially when going with family.
