The room was untidy and full of dust and hair on the floor . We reported the uncleanliness of the room and no one bothered to clean the room . They did not even keep dustbin covers despite reminding them. The swimming pool just had soiled towels used by previous guests . They did not provide new towels despite asking for fresh towels and waiting for 30 minutes . The drinking water provided had rusted caps and we had to show the rust in the caps and request for different bottles , which they brought after cleaning the rust . No refill of water bottles or tea bags , clearing dustbins, room cleaning , changing towels .

Monsoon Weather messed up the plans, there's nothing Thekkady if Jeep Safari & boat rides shut down. Plan carefully! I needed peeling off to Kodaikanal for a day due to this.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Wonderful place to stay in Thekkady beyond green garden. Very nice swimming Pool. Awesome, clean and spacious rooms, the beds are so comfortable. The restaurant offers a lot of delicious típical Kerala dishes, the buffet breakfast is so good. The service and attention of the employees is excelent they help you with everything you need. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026The staff were my favourite. All the receptionists were great. Receptionist kalpana was incredible. Even the ones at the restaurant alive was extremely courteous to comply to our customised needs. The staff were my favourite.
There were few stains on the bed sheets which covered our extra trolley bed. Even the pillow covers which covered the pillows on the main mattress were not white. It was light brown. A let down. The extra bed/mattress was in poor condition. Both the sides of the mattress was in poor condition, heavily stained and the room boys tried to cover it hastily while setting it in our room. It was funny though. Please make and maintain the extra beds decent 🙏🏼. We were given room no 606. We were hearing people putting and working with heavy objects over our rooms. It was noisy and we were having heavy thuds on top of our rooms. It was going on till 11pm or even late i think. Cleanliness and the disturbance were the only let down.

The food is good, but if you prefer spicy dishes, it’s best to inform the chef in advance as most meals are mildly spiced.
