Good location to mall, shops and transport routes. Friendly and friendly host. Great if you just need a place to sleep.

It mentioned a hot tub and mountain views. These were non existent. The bathroom could do with a renovation.

La pulizia lascia alquanto a desiderare, il check-in fa perdere tempo, bisogna chiamare per farsi portare le chiavi e lasciare una cauzione e richiamare per riavere la cauzione, perdendo molto tempo perche non arrivano subito. Va bene forse per chi fa periodi lunghi di soggiorni per pochi giorni non vale la pena.

Oda yeterince temiz değildi, çamaşır makinesinin içinde unutulmuş kıyafet vardi. Bir ocak ve mikrodalga fırın vardi ama eşim titiz biri olduğu için kullanmak istemedi. Mutfaktaki havlu yapış yapışti ve kokuyordu

Wifi çekmiyor yatakları inanılmaz rahatsız. Yeterince temiz değildi.tv kendi kendine kapanıyordu. Kaldığım en berbat rezidanstı.

The room is large and comfortable. The host was responsive when help was needed. Staff in the lobby and 1st floor shops were courteous and helpful. Great location in the KL City Center. Kuala Lumpur is a wonderful city, and this is a great spot to enjoy it.

Everything was fine. Nothing to not like.

ホテルの受付がなかったのでビルの受付？に聞くと、電話をかけてみろと言われてかけた。エレベーター前で待っててと言われてスタッフ？（服装もフォーマルではなく本当にホテルスタッフかもわからない人）にパスポートの写真を撮られて部屋に案内された。パスポート情報がどうなったのかこわかった。 チェックアウトもポストにキーを入れることを言われていたので指定されたポストにキーを入れたら、翌朝「キーはどこだ？」とメッセージがきてこわかった。電話して説明したが、その後何も連絡がなかった。（見つかったなら見つかったと言ってくれ）

I booked the room for 9 days, but no one has collected the rubbish. The area was also difficult to walk around. I informed the management to collect the rubbish, and they replied 'yes,' but no action was taken. The key suddenly stopped working, and I was asked to send a photo of the key.

They cancelled our booking with one day left! And refunded us but we had to find somewhere else within less than one day

The price is affordable but there’s a hidden charges surface when you about to pay. The location is strategic, great for travellers going for holidays around the city.

The property needs a serious pest control! ( so many tiny cockroaches everywhere. Bed was broken next day while I was just sitting there, mattress is totally abused ( it’s like lying on the springs, that goes for both mattress, queen and single on the side ). It’s not clean, I can smell previous guest from the pillow, the cleanliness of the bed and towels is questionable.

There was no breakfast available at the premises. The bed was comfortable.

Firstly, additional fees may apply was an understatement - the additional fees doubled the cost for my five night stay. There were no towels in the apartment when I arrived and I had to wait until 4pm the following day to receive towels. Nor were there any simple hospitality measures like tea bags or coffee sachets, or water bottles. There was no compendium in the room explaining the features of the apartment, and I could only get one electrical plug socket to work. The apartment was described to have a hot tub and mountain views. I was told a hot tub means a hot shower, and there must have been some mistake with regard to the mountain views. The room manager? was not a great communicator which added to the disappointment of the experience.

The lifts were good and we never had to wait too long, it’s good walking distance to sights.

Good location, everything you can find very easily. There downstairs have 2 shop 24 hours open. The bed was very comfortable.

- pleasant host - walking distance to twin towers - good rooms, decent size and comfortable bed

- hidden cost almost doubled the price of the room, unable to cancel due to hotel policy - had to move rooms each night for unknown reason, not practical for us - checked out of first room at 12:00 and new room did not start getting cleaned from previous guest until 15:40 (way after the advertised check in time) - new room did not have towels or toilet paper

距离KLCC比较近、公寓蛮大的。

我们总共住了五个晚上，第一个晚上不知道为什么？根本没有给我们两房一厅的公寓，而是给我们非常脏乱差的一房一厅，从第二个晚上才让我们搬到两房一厅。缺点是：开门只能用钥匙蹲着从下面打开，很不方便、沙发上有个洞、蟑螂很多到处爬、房间窗帘也是一边长一边短。

Annulation de mon appartement le jour de mon arrivé apres 16 heures d’avion sans avoir prévenu booking, l’appartement a ete remplacé mais d’un standing en dessous, personne a mon départ poir remettre les clefs, obligé de récupérer ma caution auprès de l’officier de l’immeuble, wifi inopérant....enfin a oublier
