Their place is bad ,they lie when you book the place,, first I was booked a room but I was sleeping in a cold tent

Their food nothing gives you interest to come back to

The food was cooked to.perfection. The music at the bar was controlled. The bed was amazing...so big. The service was great and friendly staff. The spa bath was of great use.

No bedside mats next to the bed. When you get out of the bed,your feet are met with the cold tiled floor. The bathroom also did not have a bath mat. The shower head can definitely be upgraded.

Staff were incredible, Spa treatments were top class, food was amazing, Room was very comfortable, loved the fireplace, patio and jacuzzi bath.

The property feels a bit tired and needs some investment, the noise levels of builders (I think) during our spa treatments was a bit frustrating. It would have been nice to have some bottles of water in the room.

Customer service from the Receptionist lady Itumeleng was so perfect she helped us when other guys failed to help with the Netflix.

There was no bottled water in room, so if one wanted to make tea, you have to use water from the bathroom basin. They need to add a kitchen cabinet with utensils and a small microwave for visitors to use.

The place needs updates, the towels are old, stained and torn. The toilet brush was disguising… I’m sure they have never replaced it since they opened that place… and the food was expensive but didnt meet my expectation. Cleaning staff… that guy was rude, very rude felt like we were catering for him not the other way around.

Please have tissues , and microwave in the room .

The dinner was delicious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable and warm, making for a very relaxing stay. One suggestion for improvement would be to consider heating the private pool during the winter months, as this would allow guests to enjoy it comfortably throughout their stay.

I would recommend that breakfast be included as part of the accommodation packages, as this would enhance the overall guest experience and provide better value. In addition, for the chalets with private pools, it would be beneficial to provide two bathrobes (one for each guest) as a standard amenity to improve comfort and convenience.

The staff was friendly, and special thanks to Mdu. Overall, the experience was excellent, including all the services provided.

What an amazing time, impromptu visit resulted in us receiving 5 star service by a team that catered to us on the most amazing level.

The tents are horrible cold! no aircons, they are very close to each other, u can here someone talking from the next tent..the couple booked next to us was coughing thee whole night and i couldn't sleep at all.

I was not impressed at all - this place needs serious maintenance! The location was also such a turnoff. the floors of our tent were dirty, the lights were going on and off. and then at some point only the floor lights were working.

The security guard at the gate. At first when we were checking in we waited for a long time and had to call reception for the gate to be opened and the receptionist was shocked that security wasn't there. Second, they let a man in who claimed to be my partner after I had told the security not to let him in and he was following me. Those tents don't have locks, that stranger could have killed or raped me. Why would you let someone in after I specifically asked him not to and the person didn't have a booking in the premises. When I asked him why he did that, he laughed. I was booked 27 Feb 2026. That security that was on shift isn't safe at all.

From start to finish we were welcomed like family. We were 3 hours early, travelling from the UK. Ita in reception took us to our cabin straight away which was exceptional with its own pool. Msudwese and Happiness (Chelsea ) looked after us with food and drinks and made the most amazing cocktails. Ida and her husband the owners had a drink with us on our last night, exceptional people and we honestly can't wait to go back.

Honestly no negatives. If we were to be super picky a sun lounger by the pool of our cabin would have been great.

I just didn’t like how they treated my boyfriend arrived later to check in because he was driving a motorbike and assumed he was there to deliver. Bartender must please keep condiments for cocktails in fridge or containers that close as the lemon and oranges where lying around with flies, I even took a video… Linen was torn , one of the bathroom towel was worn out and torn all around, it looked more like a cleaning rag….out door furniture wasn’t cleaned. Corners had spider webs. I don’t want to lie, the place is great and has lots more potential, it just requires a bit more attention to detail and maintenance

The rug is dirty, fridge was not working, the mashed potatoes I had was rubbery and smelled off. The place is not worth the amount we paid.

The parking unpaved makes it difficult to enter the car when it rains . The Sitelite TV is not working throughout the stay , and worse, no smart TV No air-conditioner, only a ceiling fan which was not working properly . No cleaning services during my 2 nights stay(Thursday to Saturday) Food is a bit pricey

Liked the staff, very helpful,the food was amazing. The bathtub was awesome had a blast in it.
