The security at the gate was a little too relaxed, anyone could enter and exit by vehicle. Also the sliding door couldn't lock at all.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026We had a wonderful stay! The property was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was warm, welcoming, and communicated with us throughout our stay. Although we experienced a power outage one morning, it was resolved so quickly that it barely affected us. A special thank you to John, the security guard, for his friendliness and exceptional hospitality, he truly made us feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
Nothing, I recommend the location, it is also very convenient, with easy access to many of Pretoria's attractions, shopping malls, stadiums, and entertainment venues.

Didn't like that the gardener came in before 8am twice. The garden is very small so he was right there by the porch.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026Overall, we had a good stay here. The unit was easy to access and centrally located. The host was responsive - we had an issue, but it was resolved quickly, which was great. The decor was nice.
There was no shampoo, no dish soap, no sponges. We found the lack of these basics a bit surprising, especially because we were self-catering. There was also no fan and it was particularly hot since there is no air movement in the unit and it was summer. Although the host quickly provided us with 2, which was much appreciated, and made our remaining nights a bit better.

The apartment is basically next to the Brooklyn Mall, so we had all the restaurants and shops really close by. We felt very safe (there are security guards 24/7). With 100% I can recommend this lovely apartment!
