Very convenient locations, close to the village and shops.

Everything was perfect, Generally area is very cold in winter, there was electric blanket on the bed and fireplace with a lot of wood, me generally like toasted rooms in winter.

This is our second stay in this amazing apartment. The reasons are obvious... wonderful location, beautiful decor, comfort, and spoiling guests with great snacks on arrival and for morning coffee. It is our 'go to' place in the Midlands.

The relaxing decor and amenities. The hosts truly thought about everything a guest may need. The welcoming bottle of wine and snacks after a long drive, a lovely bubble bath, electric blankets for the cold, the list goes on...

Our stay over the weekend was absolutely wonderful. The space was beautifully appointed, impeccably clean, and with great attention to detail. It was spacious, comfortable, and felt inviting and homely. The central location made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area, while still offering a peaceful retreat. The host was exceptionally helpful with any requests we had. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a high-quality stay.

Beautiful modern apartment in the heart of Gowrie/ Nottingham Road. Was super central for us and also a great walk to the Village Kitchen for breakfasts. Felt very safe inside the estates which requires an access code to enter. Sam was an amazing host, providing all the amenities (even down to make up wipes and Panado) as well as a bottle of wine on arrival. Would highly recommend for a stay in the Midlands and we will definitely be back

Apartment only has a bath and not a shower and get a bit hot middle of summer without aircon! 100% not deal breakers though for the beauty and price point of this apartment

The host was absolutely friendly. The facilities were amazing and totally exceeded our expectations. It was like a home away from home with some added extras.

Delighted with our stop over at this adorable quaint apartment in Gowrie Farm with a short walk away to the Village Cafe bustling with locals feasting on a delightful fresh and deliciously served breakfast to all. Such a special nights stay in Gowrie Farm. We will be back👏

We loved everything about the place. The place was amazing. Kids loved it too.

The apartment was beautiful and well stocked with everything I could have needed. Sam went above and beyond and was helpful with all the information I needed about the town, the weather and sights to see in the area. The fireplace was an instant hit!

Although I do enjoy taking a long luxurious bath, but having the option of a shower would have been great. Also the WiFi could have been stronger, however I am still happy with what I got.

Some nice touches... wine, chocolates, selection of teas, and coffee.

Loft accommodation is awkward and unsuitable for taller guests. No climate control/heating for cold winter weather. The.wood fire is unwieldy, but ok for evenings. Limited catering facilitates. Small refrigerator. Poor streaming spoils tv entertainment. Very limited wifi

The location suited us well. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. Special items, like sachets of cappuccino and some cold beverages were provided. The decor is beautiful, the interior well appointed, the bed very warm and comfortable.

I loved every single detail of the apartment, great color combinations, aesthetics and facilities were really a 10/10. Our host, Sam, was great. She contacted me in advance sending me instruction for check-in which was smooth. She also packed some nice treats in the apartment and firewood. The location is top-tier, village is conveniently location near a local Spar and plenty of restaurants within a 6 mins drive. Truly an unforgettable experience of Notties.

We stayed here because we attended a wedding at the Fordoun hotel and it worked very well. The host is thorough and knows exactly what travellers need. The place is taken care of very well. Just be careful it does get misty if you drive in the evening.

It is a beautiful place to stay. The directions were very easy to follow. The restaurant recommendations from the owner were excellent. The bed was comfortable with good linen, Very clean apartment. Thank you for the bottle of wine, but our time was too short to use it. Good selection of coffee and tea, fresh milk, and a lot of other amenities. The Internet was good, Safe parking. Thank you for a lovely time. We will visit again.

Take note that if you are a very long person the low ceiling near the bed might be a problem. Other than that everything was perfect.

I like showering but there is only a bath tub. But nevertheless if you get here, you might just want to bath coz of how cozy the place is
