Vinhomes Riverside Luxury Condo

Had no issues arise though out my 3 week stay and host as responsive when requesting to have the rooms cleaned. Had previously stayed in the building and will look to stay there again on my next trip

I’m bald headed, and there was long hair everywhere in the bathroom!! And dirty/stained linen in the top part of the bedroom closet

The room is perfect and clean with amazing views. The apartment complex is right next to a small convenience store. I would recommend here.

房东特别友好

J’ai écrit des pages entières en profitant de la sérénité de l’appartement

L’ambiance parfaite pour écrire

Do not book from them. It is false advertisement. They will give you another room different then the one they post. We would accept that different room if it was okay, but no, the room they gave us was very dirty and nasty, door handle rusting, there was hair on the bed, refrigerator has really bad smell, the ceiling light has a thick layer off dust on it, there was also cracks on the wall and baseboard, etc. ultimately, I would not even stay there if it was free.

The units were not the same as described online. Need to pay more attention to the maintenance of the property. Not all areas were cleaned and the fridge stinks

I rent this property many times. However, this time it provided very poor service. No access to the Gym and swiming pool and they demand 300000VN dong to precess finger print. The cleaning service is provider after 3 days only.

The room was not cleaned. The washer has mold and the dryer rack was dirty. There’s also ants running all over the rooms. The property has beautiful view of the area but it is the only thing good.

Very bad management system. We paid for the rooms in advance through Expedia but was asked to pay again when checked in. The floor for all 3 units were dirty. The couch in the living had 3 legs broken so it’s not safe to sit on it but nobody told us when checked in. The other room couch was damaged but blamed us for it. The elevator wasn’t working properly most of the time but when we seek help from the security guard. They didn’t even look up from their phone and told us to use different elevators without pointing the directions. The other elevator is on a the other side of the building. We will never come back to this property again.

You need to find your agency local cellphone # prior to check in. You must have your local cell phone number. Otherwise, no one at the building knows your booking. This is a Condo for rent.

It's dirty. It is not clean as picture.

The room was clean, but they need the bed sheet and the sofa more clean

Best location. Beautiful view. But most importantly service is at its best. Thank you very much for your excellent service and a wonderful stay!

Worst communication ever. No toilet paper in the unit or laundry detergent. Location was convenient, but that was the only good thing about our stay.

Room not clean.

I didn't receive any VIP access, I have to wait until 2 pm to check in

Ok to stay

There is nothing to like about this place except the location. Don’t be fooled with the photos. If there were minus point, I would have given it minus. The place is so dirty, broken shower door, mould in the washroom…etc. if we could upload the photos, we would show you how disgusting it is. I would not recommend it.
