Great location, walking distance to local mall, great Air conditioning, mini fridge works well, large and easy to use shower.

Quite a few ants around the place, especially in the bathroom and internet at property was very hit and miss at times, almost being out for 12 hours on 1 of the days.

The surroundings of the stay is bit weird and the reception is very very hot… otherwise without any issues

Fast transaction and they are easy to talk with. Very friendly staff and securities.

The extra bed is like a folding bed. I hope they will find a way to improve.

El tamaño de la habitación y las zonas compartidas muy limpias y amplias en las que poder descansar si, como yo, llegas demasiado tiempo antes del check-in y con mucho sueño. Buena zona; aunque no está cerca, se puede llegar caminando al centro y otras zonas de interés. Mi recorrido por distritos fue Paco, Ermita, Intramuros y Binondo. Cerca del aeropuerto en taxi.

Al llegar y salir de madrugada, había un portero, pero apenas me crucé unos minutos con la persona que creo que era de recepción. Para dejar la maleta antes del check-in no hubo problema, pero al irme necesitaba alguien que me consiguiera un taxi de madrugada y no lo encontré, teniendo que descubrir contra reloj como descargar y usar Grab (tipo Uber).

In the begin takes a week we cannot watch tv while relaxing but good enough they had changed to a new one but that day when we received the new tv we are nearly going home or checking out

Only the kitchen were already closed and we cannot get accessed to do reheating our food. Also where we stayed, the entrance of the bathroom/toilet is very annoying coz it is too high to step in not good for seniors thats room number 3.

Bed is uncomfortable, cushion is hard. There is a step to the bathroom and toilet. Location is quite far from Makati CBD and traffic is bad.

Location and no wifi or cable tv! I would not walk around this place at night - looks like squatter area, no wifi during my stay and the tv depended on wifi for the youtube and Netflix to work - recommend Starlink,

The location was good and the staff was nice and helpful.

The room smelled weird and it was not possible to change rooms. That was a problem for us but we had to deal with it. The pictures were also a little misleading, because they gave the impression that we had a living room but it actually was a common room intended to be shared with other guests.

Very beautiful and well kept apartment. The owner and staff are very kind. It’s very clean and the caretaker is very kind as well (and she is an amazing singer!) Wish there was provision for coffee in the apartment. Rest all great!

great location , minutes away from " cash and carry mall " room is spacious . what really bother me is the host , the check out is 12:00 and they wake me up at 8:00 to make me extend my staying and confirm my payment , so unprofessional, for sure i won't recommend this place.

Just what we needed, close to the shopping mall and the 7-Eleven. Property was very clean.

- Beds were comfortable - Staff was nice

- It was hard to get to by car (roads were closed in Makati) - European prices for Philippines quality - The AC was as loud as the plane we travelled with

All. From easy flexible Check in to check out. First time we saw a condominium that was free from cockroaches, super clean and huge room, well maintained, comfty beds and towels, and near to cash and carry. the security guard is very helpful and very friendly, we felt secured as well. the owner is always around to help with our needs. parking area is also available. Thank you so much Mr. Bryan for accomodating us on our most special days. Kudos to all staff also!

Stuff & room size. They are very kind and nice. Even offered to put on my room mini refrigerator. Helpful with everything we asked, like cutlery, water, laundry. Even we asked our deposit back for a day in the middle of our stay and they accepted. Thanks.

Overall only thing is not that good is the location of the place. Be prepared to call a taxi every time you want to go somewhere. But cab is cheap in the Philippines so that was not that big issue.
