Die doch von anderen sehr verschmutzte Couch…. Und sehr hellhörig, der oberer Gast war nur am Kaufen und man hört jeden Schritt….

Großzügiges Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern und kleiner Küche, jeweils Bad und Toilette im Apartment. Unsere Motorräder standen sicher im Innenhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeit fußläufig erreichbar, schöner Biergarten mit Restauration (Fuxn) ebenfalls. Bushaltestelle für Fahrt in die Altstadt (Linie 21, 15 Minuten, mit inkludierter mobility-Gästecard kostenlos) unmittelbar vor der Tür.

Локация… ужас. Далеко от центра города. Нужно было еще минут 20 на автобусе проехать. Нигде, никто об этом не пишет!!!

Leiligheten så litt gammel ut på første blikket, men var likevel ikke så ille til slutt. Beliggenhet var bra. God seng.

Dårlig med utstyr på kjøkkenet. AC'en stod i gangen og det ble ikke så mye luft inn til rommet. Det var varmt til tiders om natten.

Baya baya 1+1 daire ve çok iyi kocaman geniş. Hiç otel çalışanı resepsiyon vs yok. Anahtarınızı size gelen pin kodu ile bir kutudan alıyorsunuz. Ev temizdi içinde yemek yapmak için eşyalar da vardı. Kahve ve çay da vardı. Konumu çok iyi değil merkeze çok yakın değil ama önünden 21 kodlu otobüs geçiyo indiğinizde direk otelin önündesiniz zaten.

Keşke terlik olsaydı çok iyi olurdu.

דירה חמודה, נקיה, יש בה דברים מינימליים להכין אוכל. יש מקרר קטן. הצ'ק אין והצ'ק אאוט עצמאי ככה שלא פגשנו עובדים של המקום בכלל. על המיטות חיכו לנו שקיות ארוזות יפה ושם שמפו וסבון ודברים לטיפוח עצמי. מאוד נחמד. המיקום נחמד, יש חניה.

ביקשנו מיטת תינוק ואמרו לנו שאי אפשר להביא והיינו צריכים לבקש לפני שהגענו. הגענו ללילה אחד ככה שזה לא ממש הפריע לנו.

מיקום הדירה ממש על תחנת אוטובוס למרכז, יש חניה בחינם, הדירה בנויה בצורה נוחה, מטבח קטן ומאובזר, המארח היה מאד נחמד וענה לכל שאלה ובקשה מאד מהר, בשביל לילה אחד הדירה מספיקה.

היה ריח לא טוב בדירה, במיוחד בשירותים, והרצפה לא היתה לגמרי נקיה, המיטות לא נוחות

Grosse sehr schöne und helle Wohnung mit guter Anbindung an ÖV, Haltestellen direkt vor dem Haus.

In der Küche hatte es ausser der Sitzbank keine Stühle. Dies ist nicht förderlich zu viert am Tisch ! Grosser Balkon, leider ohne Sitzgelegenheit. Die Sitzgarnitur im Wohnzimmer hätte ich schon lange ersetzt. Schade

We stayed during a heatwave and the bedrooms did not have ac . The property manager was lovely and brought fans but I would not recommend staying there during a heatwave wave if you are uses to sleeping with AC. The AC in the main living area worked very nicely

Śmierdziało kanalizacja z łazienki, łóżko w salonie bardzo niewygodne, klimatyzacja mimo włączenia nie dawała rady z mieszkaniem

Parking close to apartment. From my perspective good spot close to highway and close enough to city center. Apartment was clean and big enough. Exactly as advertise on website.

I would suggest to add more dishes to the kitchen

Außergewöhnlich waren vor allem die gut isolierten Schlafräume. Selten kann man in Ferienwohnungen so ruhig schlafen. Von anderen Wohnungen hörten wir auch nichts. Auch die Nähe zur Bushaltestelle ist perfekt. Zum Vermieter hatten wir gar keinen Kontakt, aber es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.

Es sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten, die störten. Es hieß, es wäre alles da, um Kaffee zu kochen. Tatsächlich gab es für jeden Bewohner pro Tag nur eine Alukapsel Kaffee..., und die Milchtöpfchen waren alle abgelaufen, manche seit Jahren. Auch der Snackautomat im Haus war schlecht gefüllt. Die Spülung in der Toilette ist sehr laut, aber im Schlafzimmer direkt daneben wohl Dank der guten Mauern nicht allzu störend.

Appartamento ampio e ben arredato. Situato a 20 minuti di bus dal centro, fermata del bus 21 davanti all'appartamento. Parcheggio interno riservato. Avevamo un kit a testa con minidocciashampoo, cottonfioc ,ecc Macchina del caffè Nespresso, tostapane e microonde.

Dotazione della cucina molto scarsa: un solo strofinaccio, no tovagliette/tovaglia, no presine Al nostro arrivo non c'erano sufficienti posate per tutti e non era stata buttata la spazzatura: sistemato dopo nostra segnalazione. Il frigo non raffredda a sufficienza, abbiamo dovuto buttare il latte. Non c'è lavastoviglie, ma nemmeno uno scolapiatti e con un'unica vasca è un po complicato lavare i piatti... C'è un unico split nell'ingresso per aria condizionata: se si vogliono avere le camere fresche non bisogna chiudere le porte.

Air conditioning was only in common area so room doors needed to be open to cool the rooms. It was a little noisy cause apartment on main public road.

The hotel is located ideally in the town. There is bus stops just in front of the building. The bus 21 goes to every famous places. We had no noise when we sleep even thought the room was next to the street. The APT is not that spacious for 5 person (including 3 year old boy) but it was okay we spent time mostly outside.

Just some part of the apartment need to be renovated as it gets worn.

Disposizione appartamento e parcheggio disponibile sono un plus. La possibilità di avere la carta trasporti gratuita permette di attivare comodamente in centro nonostante la distanza rendendo quindi anche la posizione buona comunque.

Il portone è d’ingresso viene spesso lasciato aperto per come è messo lasciando la struttura poco sicura. Avere un rotolo di carta scottex in cucina per asciugare dove necessario sarebbe stato utile così come avere del te disponibile oltre al caffè.

L'apartament era molt net i cuidat, l'accés és facil i està a prop de la parada de bus que ens deixava al centre de la ciutat.

El sofà llit era molt incomode i feia molt soroll. Hem trobat a faltar algunes coses bàsiques a la cuina: un fegall, un lloc per deixar els plats mentre s'escorren, només hi havia 3 forquilles...

Lack of maintenance, few racks for the clothing. No rack to dry the wet bath linen. Blood droplets on the washable wall. The refrigerator was mended badly. Only one key for four persons.

Firstly they say no smoking but clearly previous tenants were smoking inside the appt. The entire appt smelt like cigarettes was even worse when the air-conditioning was on. We had sleep with air-conditioning off, was a miserable hot sweaty sleep. We have a 1 yr old baby so it was not a safe situation. The shower has a timer says it's 2 minutes it lasts for a minute, u then have to press the water again but of course it comes out spanking hot. Try washing your body and hair, miserable experience

Was near Salzburg, near bus station

The lack of cleanliness, the smell in the house, the unchanged bed linen, stained with insect marks, the spiders in the corners, the noise, and the uncleaned air conditioning unit, which was no longer blowing cold air.

The host answered very quickly.

The apartment is extremely noisy, it’s like sleeping right on the street. The sofa is weird and creaks at every single move, meaning you have to sleep like a mummy without turning over at all. I didn't get any rest.

Apartamento cómodo y completo para una corta estancia. Habitaciones limpias y buena comunicación para realizar el self check in y check out. Buena ubicación para estar un poco mas alejado del centro y la zona turística. Muy cómodo para ir en coche ya que tiene parking gratuito. Tiene aire acondicionado.

Bardzo ładny obiekt, duże miejsca parkingowe, w spokojnej okolicy. Polecam kupić Salzburg Card i jeździć komunikacją miejską za darmo. Wygodne łózka, klimatyzacja. W obiekcie winda, łatwe otrzymanie i zdanie kluczy, w hotelu sporo ulotek informacyjnych o atrakcjach.

Trochę ubogi wyposażenie kuchni, brak większej ilości szklanek i tylko 3 talerze.

Mažoka erdvė duše. Radome šiukšlių po lovomis ir keli indai prastai išplauti. Yra aplūžusių detalių. Apartamentų kaina net Salzburgui didoka.

Cuisine sous équipée avec 2 couteaux dans un logement pour 4 Isolation phonique catastrophique avec des fenêtres qui ferment mal et vu que le logement est au pied d'une 4 voies passante même la nuit, c'est extrêmement bruyant. En cas de pluie, l'eau passe par les fenêtres qui ferment mal. Nos affaires ont été mouillées. J'ai contacté le propriétaire mais il n'a pas tenu compte de mon retour. Wifi d'une lenteur horrible. Même la 3G est plus rapide. Un peu loin du centre. Fuyez ce logement !

Apartament znajduje się w budynku, który działa podobnie jak hotel z wyjątkiem braku recepcji i stołówki. Lokalizacja doskonała dla osób podróżujących samochodem. Na terenie jest prywatny parking z ilością miejsc adekwatną do ilości apartamentów. Na przeciwko domu znajduje się przystanek autobusu komunikacji miejskiej, przez co łatwo dostać się do centrum zabytkowego miasta. W ramach noclegu nasza 4 osobowa rodzina otrzymała darmowe elektroniczne karty ma komunikację miejską. Jeśli jedziesz tranzytem, to lokalizacja gwarantuje szybki dojazd do autostrady. Na szczególną pochwałę zasługują dźwiękoszczelne okna, które skutecznie izolowały hałas z ulicy. Apartament jest dość dość spartański ale dość dobrze wyposażony.

Na małą uwagę zasługuje niekompletna zastawa (talerze i szklanki powinny być w ilości zgodnej do przebywających osób).

Le fait qu’il y ait la clim, la possibilité de se garer gratuitement et le distributeur à l’entrée.

Trop éloigné du centre. La salle de bain minuscule. Le freezer du réfrigérateur n’avait pas été nettoyé et était vraiment très sale. Les ustensiles de cuisine n’était pas suffisant pour 4; 3 cuillères pour 4 personnes.

Die Lage war gut, genügend Parkplätze und Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus.

Wir hatten für 4 Personen gebucht und es hatte nur 3 Gabeln und Messer. Da kein Personal vor Ort ist, kann man nicht kurz nachfragen. Der Tisch ist sehr wackelig und das ganze Apartment war spartanisch und lieblos eingerichtet. Für den Preis kann mehr erwartet werden.

Sehr großzügige Wohneinheit, gut klimatisiert. Sehr guter Zugang zum ÖPNV und kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit. Ideal für Familen.

Skvělá lokalita, u autobusové zastávky. Apartmán je prostorný, čistý, dostatečně vybavený a tichý (přestože se nachází u hlavní silnice). K dispozici je i parkoviště.

Rozkládací gauč byl dost proleželý a rozvrzaný.

Leider hat mir das Apartment nicht gefallen. Die Ausstattung war nicht zeitgemäß, sondern eher altbacken. In der Küche war das erste Glas, das ich benutzt habe, noch mit Lippenstift verschmutzt. Im Mülleimer befand sich kein Plastikbeutel, sodass ich meinen eigenen verwenden musste. Außerdem standen weder Seife noch Spülmittel für den Geschirrspüler zur Verfügung. Auch das Badezimmer war enttäuschend. Es gab nicht einmal einen Haartrockner. Das Apartment befand sich im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug, was das Tragen des Gepäcks sehr mühsam machte. Die Freundlichkeit des Besitzers würde ich als eher gleichgültig beschreiben. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Apartment nicht weiterempfehlen.

Jeg blev skuffet over beliggenheden, troede billederne indikerede at det lå med smuk bjergudsigt. Jeg blev skuffet over at billederne viste det var en sofa med en stue og altan. Det var der overhovedet ikke. Jeg troede det var en lejlighed jeg havde lejet.

Geräumiges Apartment mit Terrasse, zwei Bädern, drei Zimmern, Küche-Wohnbereich. Klimaanlage ok. Der Parkplatz ist praktisch. Busstation gleich in der Nähe, gute Frequenz der Busse zur City. Self check-in hat unkompliziert funktioniert.

Die Bezüge der Sofas im Wohnbereich sind schon sehr fleckig. Fenster kann man nachts nicht offen lassen, da die Straße so laut ist, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Straßenlärm hörbar.

방 두 개에 침대도 편안하고 답변도 바로 해줘서 좋았습니다.

주방에 전자레인지를 다른 곳에 배치하면 좋을 거 같습니다.조리 공간이 좁았습니다.

自助入住方便，房间宽敞，有空调，环境干净。

不知为何，厨房的锅都没有锅盖。 位置有点偏，不过楼下也有车站，城市本身也不大，走去火车站20多分钟，带行李不太方便，周边没有超市，小卖部， 吃饭的地方。

Praktische Lage auf der Durchfahrt.

Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrigen (zB aufgeplatzte Bierflasche im Kühlschrank). Der Getränkeautomat war fast leer, was abends in der Lage ohne ein einziges Getränk in der Wohnung schwierig ist.

Big space, the bus stop is right outside. Easy check in. Kitchen facilities had everything. Bed in the bedroom comfortable.

The Aircon is in the hall so the rooms were very hot but I asked for 2 fans and I got them. I slept on the Sofa bed was uncomfortable. On a main road so gets very noisy with traffic. Could do with some blinds or heavier curtains. For 2 nights it was fine.

الشقة كانت بنتهاوس كبيرة ووسيعة وفيها بلكونه وتجهيزات جيدة للمطبخ والحمام. المكان مميز عنده محطة الباص ويوديك للداون تاون والمولات. الخصوصية عالية فيه، ومكيف سبيلت في الصالة يبرد الشقة كاملة. السعر اشوفه مناسب

العمارة على شارع وفيه ازعاج لو تفتح الدرايش. ايضاً فيه مطعم قريب بعض المرات تدخل الريحة . مافيه كواية، بس لما طلبناها عطونا المكواة بس بدون الستاند. الدرج حق الشقة متعب شوي خاصة اذا فيه نقل عفش.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Kurzurlaub und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Trotz eines Buchungsfehlers meinerseits war der Chef unglaublich freundlich, verständnisvoll und äußerst zuvorkommend. So viel Hilfsbereitschaft erlebt man wirklich nicht überall – dafür nochmals ein großes Dankeschön! Das Apartment war sehr sauber, modern und bestens ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, alles war vorhanden und liebevoll vorbereitet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier großer Wert auf Qualität und das Wohlbefinden der Gäste gelegt wird. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und kommen bei unserem nächsten Salzburg-Besuch sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

客廳、餐桌、廚房流理台都擠在一個很小的空間裡；以五人團的房客來說沙發變成沙發床之後幾乎沒有多餘空間可以坐下來吃飯 沒有附調味料、附上的咖啡開起來很廉價但是這家小公寓收費並不便宜

Great location, walking distance to main train station. There is also a bus stop directly out the front to go in and out of town, though it’s not that far to go. There is the free mobility pass thing for tourists which the apartment organises so the bus is free. The apartment we had was two rooms with large double beds and as we are a family of 5 we used the sofa bed. All very comfortable. There is air conditioning. A small kitchen. Toilet and separate shower bathroom. Very clean and tidy. Nice artwork in the walls. The process to collect the keys was very easy. Staff were also responsive to questions via booking.com.

All good.

Couch could be bigger for 4 persons. Overall very good place, location, accessability, public transport. 5-6 stops to city centre. Thank you for the experience.

حقيقة اول ما وصلت وادخلت رقم الكود لاجل اخذ المفتاح صاروا مرسلين الرقم الخطأ وارسل لهم بالايميل ولا احد رد وبعد حضور عاملة بالسكن لم تعرف الطريقة وذهبت واتصلت بالرقم 3 مرات خلال 10 دقائق او اكثر وبعدها تم الرد ويعتذر ان الرقم المرسل خطأ

Apartamento muy amplio, salón, baño y habitaciones muy grandes. Está todo muy bien conservado. Te proporcionan un pase para viajar en bus al centro que está cerca. El bus tiene parada en la misma puerta. La estación de tren también está cerca. La zona es tranquila y agradable

קבלנו את מה שהזמנו , שני חדרי שינה זוגיים גדולים, מטבחון ופינת אוכל עם ספה נפתחת ליחיד היינו לילה אחד וזה התאים ממש , החדרים נקיים , מיטות נוחות , לא השתמשנו במטבחון התקשורת עם ההנהלה היתה טובה וסייעו לנו עם הקוד היה מזגן בסלון מה שהיה מאד נוח בימים החמים

המטבחון וחדר המגורים קטנים וצפופים, מרגיש שמתאים למי שלא מבשל או לשהייה קצרה ולמשפחה קטנה יותר. יציאה קצת לא נוחה מהחנייה לכביש

Il nostro soggiorno nel residence è stato davvero eccezionale, eravamo un gruppo di sette persone e ci siamo trovati tutti bene. La comunicazione con la struttura è stata sempre chiara e professionale. I letti sono davvero comodi, mentre gli spazi all'interno dell'attico sono molto ampi e permettono a ognuno di ricavare il proprio piccolo angolo di pace, se desiderato. La terrazza è magnifica.

There were ants in the bedroom. AC was near the bathroom but not in bedroom and living room so it was getting slightly warm. Very far from central station and other tourist destinations

Free parking available at the hotel. Billa plus (supermarket) is just 5 mins drive away.

There is strange smell in the room and the air con is not cold enough during our stay since it is the summer time.

Great location. Bus stop right outside connecting you to the main areas. Very clean and well maintained property in a quiet neighborhood.

It did not matter to me but it should be noted that the apartments are not wheelchair accessible. So for people of determination it will be challenging.

기대했던것보다 더 깔끔하고 넓었습니다. 주방도 잘 갖춰져있어요. 교통패스를 줘서 편했습니다.

수건과 커피캡슐이 한세트만 있어서, 다음날 더 줄 줄 알았는데, 안줬네요. 숙소 앞 버스 배차간격이 길어요. 소파베드는 좀 불편했습니다.

Beds were very comfortable. The parking was a big plus.

It was clean and as described. The air conditioning was so very nice since we were there during the heatwave. It was close to the bus stops.

Sehr geräumige, saubere Unterkunft mit funktionierender Klimaanlage, was an einem heißen Sommertag wirklich von Vorteil ist. Check-in war dank Schlüsselbox sehr unkompliziert und für Fragen waren die Gastgeber telefonisch gut erreichbar. Wir bekamen das Guest Mobility Ticket ausgedruckt in der Unterkunft und konnten dadurch gratis und schnell mit dem Bus die Innenstadt erreichen. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Ease of entry. The location was good for a one night stop.

The AC unit in the room made an odd loud rattle every 5 mins.

Housekeeping staff was so rigid our check out time is 11 but they are not even allowing even to wait for 5 minutes though it's not 11 am they are forcing us to Vaccat the room .. so ridiculous We have baby with us they should understand this ..
