Toallas insuficientes, para cinco días es necesario alguna toalla de ducha más ya que no hay lavadora y una toalla de lavabo. Es un sitio con bastante humedad por lo que el olor a humedad se percibe en el ambiente y en la ropa de cama y toallas, aunque tienen dispositivos para la humedad en la casa.

The communication is easy and direct. The hosts are quick to respond and solve the issues that you would have. The location is good, well connected to the city centre and the airport. You get everything you need for a shorter or longer stay. All the amenities work well. Grocery shops and food spots are nearby.

The noise from the tram depot and a busy street. There's no A/C, so pack your heavy-duty earplugs for warm seasons. Also, the linens smelled weird and, after the change, were heavy with detergent. From the bed, you can see the half-naked neighbour watering their plants on their balcony :)

Tiszta, jól felszerelt. Tömegközlekedéshez közel van. Időben kaptuk meg a bejutáshoz a kódot. Az ágy roppant kényelmes!!! A belváros 10 perc villamossal!

Kicsit zajos a környezet. Második éjszakán már nem jelentett gondot. Hiányoljuk a légkondit, kissé meleg volt.

The location is great. But because of the proximity to the tram line and tram dipo, you need to ok with sleeping with some noise level. The host kindly provided earplugs.

El apartamento tiene una ubicación excelente. Por otra parte todo responde exactamente a las imágenes de la reserva. Estaba muy limpio y todo funcionó correctamente. Llamamos por una falla de la cerradura y respondieron inmediatamente.

Nada que ver con el Apartamento ni sus administradores, la gente de Zurich con la que circunstancialmente tuvimos contacto nos pareció muy fría y distante.

Good straightforward communication with the host. Great location that's easily accessible by tram and only 10 min away from the train station. Really clean cozy place of great value, especially in Zurich.

No AC but the room was equipped with a fan.

Sophia was very helpful and the kitchen amenities were good.

The bed was not very comfortable, the location is not too central but there were stones and restaurants within walking distance.

Parking was horrible and tight. Once you park your car in, you need to leave it for the duration of stay. The power plug is type j, I have used type c and f all over switzerland . The bathroom vanity and bathroom are very tiny

We loved the way the fan was turned on before we arrived and it smelled fresh. The host kept everything stocked such as tea, coffee, etc. The place was tidy and very close to the tram stops. The host responded quickly to all our questions and concerns.

N/a Suggestion: keep charging adapters that are suitable for all :)

Il rumore dei tram è veramente forte

Estaba muy limpio, tiene un patio privado con una mesa y dos sillas que puedes aprovechar para desayunar. La cama era grande y cómoda y estaba equipado con todo lo necesario. Tiene varias paradas de tranvía cerca. Es una zona muy tranquila.

Al ser un bajo tienes poca intimidad, pero como da a un patio interior, es bastante discreto.

La posizione è ottima, vicino all'Università a Irchel Park come serviva a me. Il centro è a 10 minuti di tram, letti comodi, e ventilatore necessario dato il gran caldo che c'era in città. Proprietari disponibili e sistema di accesso con la chiave digitale piuttosto semplice.

Manca un armadietto per riporre i propri effetti personali, e c'è rumore, comunque sopportabile, soprattutto dalla strada principale, mentre quello proveniente dal deposito dei tram è sostanzialmente inesistente.

The cleanliness and prompt response of staff was really good.

The persons who are coming here for the first time, do know that how hot the summer will be here. You should keep atleast two fans in the property for two persons. It was hard to share the fan as it was really hot here.

Piccolo ma accogliente appartamento ma con tutto l’occorrente per un breve soggiorno. Buona posizione sia per muoversi con l’auto che con i mezzi pubblici.

La mancanza di aria condizionata in piena estate si è sentita, non è servito a molto il piccolo ventilatore presente. Mancanza di poter pagare il parcheggio in contanti o su un app ma solo con bonifico che, dall’Italia per la Svizzera, prende un sacco di commissioni.

Communication could have been better. I asked for early check in and they were going to write to me when the room was ready. On arrival at 3pm, the cleaners had started cleaning just then. Clearly the person managing the property did not communicate with the cleaners.

The place is so near to the city.

In the hot season it is good if it is have a air conditioner.

再次感慨地理位置太优越了，离10路电车非常近，去火车站和机场都可以直达，很方便。老板也非常好，有什么事情询问他，回消息很快，还很热情。

这个床垫真的是太热了，对于习惯夏天睡空调房间的人来说，电扇搭这个床垫会睡着睡着出汗😂开窗声音吵，关窗又太热

离10路电车很近，去火车站和coop都很方便，老板非常nice，我们第一次入住时现金拿不出城市税应给的金额，老板说可以再次回到苏黎世入住时一起付。厨房挺干净的，可以简单做点吃的，安抚下中国胃

有点热，虽然有电扇，还是有点热。卫生间外面的光很亮，关上门又比较闷

Great location, a metro away from the main train station. The kitchen is fully stocked (with salt, pepper, oil and all the pots & pans) making it easy to cook. Communication was very easy.

Multiple fan or a fan that could move side-to-side to spread air around a room would be better. A thinner blanket would help. Higher thread count on the bedsheet would be good too.

W pełni urządzone studio, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Dobre połączenie tramwajowe z centrum.

Brak klimatyzacji, niesamowicie gorąco przez co nie dało się spać. W nocy ponad 30 stopni. Z racji tego, że mieliśmy pokój na parterze nie mogliśmy nawet w nocy schłodzić pomieszczenia, bo strach było zostawić otwarte okna. Studio ulokowane pomiędzy ulicą a zajezdnią tramwajową. Do tego wszystkiego dzwony kościelne. Byliśmy uprzedzeni, że jest głośno, ale nie przypuszczaliśmy, że aż tak...

It was a really nice apartment. I like that thr owner has a different vibe for each apartment, I thought it was cool.

Lack of air conditioner. The owner did have a fan and a humidifier but they didn't do anything against heat.

Localização muito boa, com mercado próximo. Para pegar o transporte publico também é super tranquilo. Quarto excelente, muito limpo e organizado. Adorei o espaço e com certeza voltaria

Só para ter acesso ao quarto que é um pouco complicado no começo, mas depois que você entende como funciona o sistema fica mais fácil

Good location, near tram stations and few minutes to city center.

It was noisy, which was mentioned prior booking. Also, it was summer so the room is hot with only fan to cool the place. I was sweating all the time inside the room.

The location was ideal as I was working at Zurich University. Very easy to get the tram into the centre of the city as well.

Initially the app to lock and unlock the doors seemed a little convoluted but it worked well. It would have been nice if the apartment had a television.

Alles sauber bis auf die Badewanne. Viele liebevolle Kleinigkeiten und eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Ein Hoch auf den Ventilator!

Unglaublich laut, besonders bei der Hitze, weil man die Fenster nicht geschlossen halten konnte.

We had a great stay overall. The apartment is conveniently located near the tram, making it easy to get to the city centre, and it’s only about 20–30 minutes from the airport. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Since we visited during the summer, it did get quite hot inside, but aside from that, it was good value for the money. Pablo was very helpful and accommodating, especially when I needed assistance with the check-in. I wasn’t familiar with using the Bluetooth system to unlock the apartment, and he patiently guided me through it. We really appreciated his prompt support!

Vše čisté, pohodlné postele, stojanový větrák - velmi se hodil v horkých dnech. Možnost (po rezervaci, 15CHF/noc) zaparkovat u hotelu. Velmi vstřícný majitel - obratem zarezervoval parkovací stání po našem příjezdu. Výborná dostupnost veřejné dopravy.

Rušnější prostředí - na to je ale v popisu upozorňováno.

Нам очень понравилась локация , а так же можно воспользоваться кухней и есть капсулы для кофе и чай , очень удобная ванная , я рекомендую вам эту квартиру я обязательно осталась бы там в следующий раз 😍

La ubicación es estupenda porque tiene parada de tranvía a menos de 5 minutos a pie que te conecta con el centro y, muy importante, directamente con el aeropuerto. Línea 10. Nos alojamos en apartamento L'Alma. Para entrar puedes hacerlo con el teclado numérico que hay en la puerta o con la aplicación Nuki que funciona con wifi o bluetooth. Unos días antes de la llegada Pablo te envía todas las instrucciones. La atención de Pablo fue extraordinaria por whatsapp desde mucho antes de llegar. Te responde rápido y está siempre disponible. Muy amable. El apartamento tiene de todo, cocina completa con todo lo necesario, cama cómoda, smart tv de gran tamaño, amplios ventanales y perfecta ventilación cruzada ya que tanto el baño como la cocina también tienen ventana. También tiene un pequeñito balcón que da a un jardín con árboles. No tiene aire acondicionado pero al llegar había un ventilador funcionando (no es de techo). No pasamos nada de calor y las noches fueron incluso frescas. Obsequios de bienvenida como caramelos y bombones. El ambientador huele genial. Hay jabón y champú para un par de duchas. También un supermercado Coop a 5 minutos a pie, así como cafés, una heladería y restaurantes muy cerca. El parque Irchel está al lado del apartamento y es muy agradable para pasear o correr a primera hora de la mañana (hablamos del mes de julio),

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, aber leider nicht für die Hitze geeignet. Die Gastgeber haben das Problem verstanden und sehr gut darauf reagiert. Ich hoffe, dass für die nächsten Hitzewellen eine Lösung gefunden wird.

Cercanía al centro de Zurich, utilizando el tranvía, en apenas unos minutos. La amabilidad del personal es excelente. Pablo te ayuda en todo lo que necesites. La comodidad del establecimiento, teniendo todo lo que necesitas. Totalmente recomendable.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis für Zürich.Gut mit Bus/ Bahn angebunden. Sehr netter Kontakt mit guter Erreichbarkeit.

Telefonisch zum Zeitpunkt nicht errreichbar und etwas fragwürtige Antwort da die Wohnungen waren nicht offensichtlich angeschrieben. Wenn ich nochmals eine Anfrage starten muss mit den nötigen Angaben ist es nach einem intenstiven Arbeitstag mühsellig.

Breakfast was not an option. location very good being adjacent to a tram line directly linking the city centre and the airport. The unit was well presented and well equiped. It was nice being able to access an outdoor area. A comfortable bed

The unit was on the smallish side and there was no space for a comfortable seat. When we booked we were made aware of the closeness to a busy road which we didn't find a problem. No cafe's or restaurants in the immediate area

It’s such a nice place to stay in Zurich, worth your money! I loved the place, really calm and close to tram so we could move easily. You have everything you need in the apartment, from kitchen tools to bathroom appliances, the bed was comfortable and had a nice table to eat. We arrived early to Zurich and they helped us to get the Airbnb ready way earlier so we wouldn’t be around the city with our luggage. Everything was nice

I liked everything

The room was very clean and made up, fan was already on when we arrived which was lovely as it was very hot outside. We had a bowl of starbursts waiting for us too. Location was near to different tram spots and not too far from a local corner shop.

The noise of the traffic, however this is advertised and given the price completely understandable. Nothing else apart from that.

Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! 😊 Tolle Lage, nahe am ÖV. Alles ist tipptopp sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und melden sich immer sofort zurück. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

La ubicación. No está en el centro, pero es que tardas 15 mon o menos en llegar. Tiene varias lineas de tranvia que lo conecta super bien con cualquier punto de Zurich, aeropuerto incluido. Por otto lado el apartamento es exactamente como en las fotos. Los anfitriones nos dejaron aceite, café, té y muchos otros detalles que se agradecen. Para pasar un finde, es genial!.

La aplicación para abrir el apartamento. Nosotros usamos el código y la llave física porque Nuki no nos funcionó nunca. No está muy bien insonorizado, pero nosotros pudimos dormir perfrctamente sin ningún problema.

Bathroom was refurbished and whole studio flat was clean,easy access to public transportation,3 tram stops to Migros supermarket(not bad),host communication was good fast response to my emails It was easy to find appointment even at 10pm because I got excellent direction from Sonia

I have seen reviews mentioning noises but I couldn’t imagine it’s that bad trams and cars past by flat almost non stop,church few blocks down the road have 3 bells Ringing loudly several times a day some time nonstop for 15 minutes(unbelievable)it was very hot so we had to open the windows which make the case even worse,the host need to provide even small air condition instead we got ear plugs!! Chair and table outside pretty banged up(useless) 2 very uncomfortable dining chairs but bed was nice and comfortable
