Everything you need for a stay in Sanur: clean, spacious room with good facilities, a pool, good wifi, good restaurant, laundry service, and very kind staff. The location is very central, so it is easy to walk to both north and south parts of Sanur.

The desk is not suitable for work. There's not enough room between the desk and the chair, so it's impossible to sit comfortably.

Hôtel très pratique et confortable, bien placé proche de la rue principale et de la plage de Sanur mais au calme. Personnel souriant. Piscine très propre et agréable. Je recommande.

Very clean friendly staff and very good WiFi made for an excellent stay.

Hard to find anything wrong with this property. The hot water tank seemed very small. Really hard to take a warm shower. Only two people. I didn't like having to ask for water to drink everyday. That's a human necessity that should always be provided.

Guesthouse toute simple mais fonctionnelle et qui a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes : propreté, confort de la literie, bon équipement, bonne insonorisation, calme, très bon petit déjeuner et personnel sympathique.

Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen, die Lage ist sehr ruhig und der Strand als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, man konnte zwischen drei verschiedenen wählen. Das Personal war super freundlich. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und es war alles sehr sauber.

Szuper, hogy a szállás és az étterem egy helyen van. Minden van a közelben ami kell.

Guest house de 8 chambres, bien située. Très récente et très propre. Bonne climatisation. Bonne literie. Belle salle de bain. Nous y avons séjourné pour une nuit pas loin de l’aéroport.

Peu d’eau chaude. Aboiement de chiens au petit matin . Accueil minimaliste, la chambre était située à l’étage et pas d’aide pour les bagages.

Extremely clean room, close to the best restaurants in Sanur, easy walk to beach front, will definitely stay there again as a solo traveller. Only negative shower ran out of hot water too early and included breakfast a bit lacking in quality and quantity

The guest seems to host the stray street dogs who were prone to barking in the early hours of the morning, woke me up and became quite annoying

Les chambres sont récentes, confortables et propres. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. Le personnel est sympathique.

Les serviettes sentaient l’humidité, ce qui peut être incommodant. Le petit déjeuner est basique. On entend les chiens du quartier aboyer, il ne faut pas avoir le sommeil léger.

La chambre est confortable, y’a une clim fonctionnelle et une salle de bain top. L’emplacement est idéal, pas loin du centre ville, 12 minutes à pied de la plage Pantai Sanur. Le personnel est top. Le petit déjeuner copieux et bon. On a pu avoir un taxi pour l’aéroport demandé le jour même qui est venu nous chercher directement à l’hôtel.

Les aboiements de chien du quartier entre 22h et 2h du matin, tant qu’il y a des passants... il n’y a pas assez d’isolation du bruit, mais c’est comme beaucoup d’endroits en Indonésie.

Struttura a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal mare e ad una ventina di minuti dall’Icon Bali. Zona tranquilla, camera piccola, graziosa e molto pulita. Colazione tradizionale molto buona.

Sebbene la colazione tradizionale inclusa nel prezzo sia abbondante e gustosa, si potrebbero migliorare le quantità e la scelta delle proposte americana e continentale. Ad esempio, è prevista solo la marmellata di fragole in abbinamento al pane e anche la proposta di bevande potrebbe essere ampliata.

Kutus Guesthouse was perfect for us. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! It was within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops.

Very good value guesthouse in great location. Only a short walk to restaurants and cafes. The swimming pool is small but lovely to cool off.

The fan was very noisy so couldn’t have it on at night. Had to use aircon.

Probably the only thing I could find is there is no safe in room but not really an issue.

Everything was amazing. The beautiful ladies working there, the cleanliness, everything. I worked from my room 2pm to 11pm every night and they even brought dinner up to my room! They clean the room daily while you're out exploring. There's a fridge which is so useful and has a great aircon and wifi. WiFi started a bit slow but after I asked about it, the speed was perfect for work and video calls. It's a 5mins walk to the main road which is safe and quick. As a solo travelling woman, I really felt safe. Highly recommended!

Great hospitality. I was leaving earlier than breakfast was served and they made me a take away for the next morning. I love the attention to detail.

Congested property with an outdoor mini pool. The area smells of cooking gases since the facility doubles as a restaurant. The included breakfast is sparse.

I was treated like family from the minute I walked in, which was late, due to a night landing. The owners stayed up until I arrived safely. The meals in the Warung attached to property were delicious, we ate there lots of evenings. It got busy for breakfast and dinner with people from other villas, goes to show how nice the food is and very reasonably priced. The room is absolutely gorgeous. Clean and relaxing. The pool, oh wow so clean and inviting. Easy access for everyone. Location was good, I enjoyed the walk down the gang. There are some nice places to eat and a wonder massage spa to the right as you go onto Tambalingan. I’ll be booking again next year for my whole stay as I enjoyed it so much. Thank you to my hosts and staff for a wonderful stay x

El personal del hotel se portó siempre de maravilla, a nuestro servicio siempre y con una sonrisa. Todo muy limpio y con cambio de toallas y limpieza diarios, además de las toallas de la piscina

Quizas que hubiese estado bien que tuviesen en el desayuno algo de bollería porque no la había, y un café con leche (aunque a mi me lo sirvieron todos los días con nescafé y no tuve que pagar nada). La zona de la piscina es un poco pequeña pero caben dos hamacas y normalmente los huespedes no pasamos allí el día, así que suficiente. Se podía ir andando a todos los sitos pero por la noche por la falta de iluminación nos movíamos en grab.

Krásné ubytování a ještě lepší majitelé. Využili jsme hned po příletu na Bali. Pokoj byl čistý, pěkně vybavený s lednicí. Snídaně byla moc dobrá a v jejich malém warung výborně vařili po celý den. Majitelka byla úžasná, pomohla nám zařídit výlety a dala mám zajímavé tipy na okolní procházky a výlety. Poloha ubytování je perfektní. Asi 5 minut na hlavní ulici a přitom v naprostém klidu, žádný hluk z ulice. Rádi opět využijeme

We stayed here for a total of 7 nights and couldn’t fault a thing. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows were excellent. The air conditioning and ceiling fan kept the room cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Not a huge room however did the job! A basic breakfast was included which was a bonus! The location was perfect , quiet and peaceful, yet only a short walk to the main street with plenty of shops, restaurants, and amenities nearby. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. If you enjoy spending lots of time lounging by the pool in the sun, there isn’t a huge amount of space around the pool area. However, the pool itself is perfect for cooling off, and there is a lovely small balcony area where you can relax and unwind. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended.

It was a 5 minute walk to Kerang beach and about 15min walk to Icon Bali.

Room & pool were on the smaller side. The staff didn't know much English so we didn't speak much to them.

Wayan and her family are amazing hosts. Their Warung has fabulous meals and the facilities themselves are wonderful.

They could put a notice in the room advising the guests that TV channels are not available and that the TV can only be used for Netflix, HBO etc.

Everything about this little home stay was quality from the bed right through to the onsite Warung , highly recommend staying at Kutus home stay 🙏

Als je minder goed loopt jammer van de lokatie maar met eigen vervoer goed te doen, er is 1 parkeerplek beschikbaar.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement. Le personnel est incroyablement sympathique et les chambres sont impeccables, comme neuves. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Tout. De l'emplacement à la gentillesse du personnel en passant par la propreté, la qualité du warung, petite piscine au top. Bouilloire et frigo dans la chambre. Nous avons adoré nos 5 nuits passées ici. Si nous devons revenir à Sanur sans hésiter c'est ici que nous reviendrons.

価格に対して、お部屋のクオリティが高い。 シンプルで清潔、オシャレな空間。スタッフが全員とても良い。ロケーションも、メインストリートから近くて最高。

2泊したが、2泊目の夕方から、洗面所のお水が泥か錆が混じって出てきて、流しても流しても濁ったままの水が出てきて、しまいには水がまともに出なくなり、歯磨きや顔を洗うのをペットボトルの水を使うことに…全てがパーフェクトなだけに 最後の最後が残念だった。

Great location which was quiet and off the main road, it was a short walk to the beach and shops. Breakfast was also included and could have in the room or at their restaurant. They also organised a transfer for us, making everything really easy. It was the perfect stay!

The guesthouse is on the edge of a quiet local area with many little restaurants catering to tourists. It is also close to a bigger road with supermarkets, hotels, massage places, upscale restaurants and a mall. Then a bit further there is access to beautiful Karang Beach where you can stroll on a promenade or chill in sun or shade. The rooms in the guesthouse are on the smaller side but clean, quiet and thoughtfully set up. Plenty of electrical outlets where you need them, a fridge and a wardrobe. The breakfast was very good and most importantly the hostess Wayan really got out of her way to get us some supplements that couldn't be found anywhere in Sanur. She ordered them for us on the internet with express shipping for a very reasonable price. Wayan also helps with organizing trips and arranging transport to the next hotels. Should we ever be back to Sanur Kutus Bali Guesthouse will be our first choice of accommodation.

Wayan and her family make guests feel very welcome and comfortable. Rooms are clean, and beautifully furnished, the pool is sparkling and the location is very convenient. It is the only place I stay in Sanur!
