El Riad es precioso, muy amplio y céntrico. Nos ha encantado, y el trato con Emmanuel fantástico, nos ha facilitado mucho las cosas.

La posizione è ottima. A 7 minuti dalla piazza principale. La struttura dispone di tutti i servizi. Host molto disponibile e gentile. Possibilità di accordare transfer da/per l’aeroporto.

Ambiente molto umido. In alcune stanze l’acqua non defluiva in modo corretto.

Le lieu géographiques est parfait, tout ce fait a pied autour du Souk. Notre Riad était très accueillant et tout équipé, même 2 bouteilles d'eau nous attendais. Séjour mémorable dans un Riad décoré a la marocaine.

Stosunek ceny do jakości jest nie do pobicia, a wad po prostu brak. To nie był zwykły nocleg, ale prawdziwe, magiczne doświadczenie Marrakeszu. Polecam z całego serca!

El Riad Mumtaz está muy bien ubicado para acceder a la plaza Jemaa el - Fna y a todos los callejones de la medina , así como a restaurantes y sitios de interés . También está en una callejón tranquilo y apartado de los ruidos y ajetreo de la ciudad. Muy bonito y con una decoración típica marroquí. Muy cómodo . Nos hemos encontramos muy a gusto .

Le Riad est magnifique et vaut à lui seul le déplacement. Tout est clean, beau, bien pensé… Il est idéalement situé et ses propriétaires sont à l’écoute de vos souhaits, répondent à toutes vos questions, bref ils remplacent un service de conciergerie car ils connaissent parfaitement Marrakech et anticipent vos besoins. Quant à la ville elle même… formidable ! Mais ne négligez pas les environs, ils méritent les excursions. Bref, un magnifique séjour…

Spacious, beautifully decorated. Perfect holiday home for families.

No availability of muslim showers in toilet. The place is central to all the main attractions but the parking has to be done with some assiatance from street supervisors who can ask extra cash.

Tout d'abord, Emmanuel nous a apporté beaucoup de renseignements avant et durant notre séjour et s'est montré très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Le riad est très bien situé au cœur de la Médina dans une impasse très calme, proche des principaux centres d'intérêt. Il est spacieux, confortable, bien équipé et très bien décoré, idéal pour 6 personnes. De nombreux services sont proposés : taxi, petit-déjeuners, repas. Nous avons réservé les petits-déjeuners qui étaient délicieux et servis avec gentillesse et discrétion. Le roof top est très agréable.

Rien, nous avons juste eu quelques dysfonctionnements du jacuzzi.

We think it was best place to live in Marrakech. Not so far from djamaa al fanaa. Emannuel was in contact during our whole stay. Saidi and Faiza were also nice. They served us mint tea upon arrival. The boy next door was so nice he helped us so many times. .

They just need to fix the hole in the sheet on the rooftop. And also the outer door lock which we found difficult to lock in the beginning

Ce Riad est vraiment exceptionnel ! Tout a été pensé pour nous, que ce soit dans l'agencement du lieu ou des équipements, tout est parfait ! Un riad rien que pour nous avec trois chambres et chacun sa salle de bain à l'étage + un étage au dessus avec une très grande terrasse et un grand jacuzzi, une pergola avec une banquette confortable et des transats, le top ! En plus, les matériaux, la déco, l'éclairage et le nombre de prises électriques sont bien pensés et tout est très beau, on s'y sent chez soi dès l'arrivée, dans cette petite ruelle bien sympathique, à l'écart de la foule et du bruit, mais proche de tout, la place Jemma El Fna est à 5 minutes à pied. La fontaine murale et le jardin intérieur offrent un apaisement après le tumulte de la ville. Un petit oiseau s'invite de temps en temps dans la fraîcheur de l'air conditionné qui fonctionne parfaitement, même dans les chambres. La dame qui s'occupe du logement sur place est venue à notre demande pour remplir le jacuzzi et elle a même (sans qu'on ne le demande) vidé les poubelles et rangé la vaisselle qui était restée sur l'évier. Le propriétaire, qui habite à l'étranger, a été très réactif et a communiqué à toute heure par Whatsapp pour nous donner toutes les indications, réserver un taxi à notre arrivée, nous envoyer la dame de ménage, etc. Bref, un logement au dessus du lot à Marrakech !

Ubicación perfecta, tal y como se muestra en las imágenes. La comunicación es perfecta. Tuvimos pequeños incidentes pero fueron solventados muy rápidos. Perfecto para grupos o familias grandes.

Very spacious and well appointed. Fantastic location very walkable to many parts of the old city. The owners were very helpful and checked on us. They also helped with navigating the city and have lots of helpful tips. Very enjoyable stay. Loved having the open terrace for cool mornings and evenings.

Emmanuel is a great host, he waited for us with a traditional (and delicious) morrocan tea mint. We've gotten all the help we needed with recommendations (restaurants, places to visit, print shops). He even arranged an airport pickup for us! Rooms look amazing, the terrace is a great addition. Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable. The location is really close to all the souks and good restaurants as well as most meeting places for activities in Marrakech. We didn't use the jacuzzi.

There is a lot of dust in Morocco and, as the roof is covered with a tarp, some gets inside the Riad.

We communicated excellently with the host through Whatsapp. He responded very fast and was always keen to help us. The breakfast was delicious, and the girls who served it were very sweet. All in all, we had a perfect experience staying in this Riad and would hands-down suggest it to everyone.

The jacuzzi did not work.

Great location and plenty room for the whole family. Owners were very responsive via Whatsapp and gave brilliant advice and information to make the most of our trip.

Hot tub could have been cleaner.

The living room has a lovely atrium that gives a sense of space and each of three bedrooms come with an en-suite. All amenities you may think of are there, in addition there was a basic food selection to make you comfy tea or coffee. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We ordered breakfast for one morning, which was waiting for us by the time specified and was lovely. Location was very convenient, on one hand close to the Jemaa el-Fnaa (the main market square) and Bahia Palace, on the other, just a short work from a taxi drop-off (as opposed to many other places hiding deeper inside the Medina - you can imagine you wouldn't like having to push your big suitcases through narrow cobblestone roads, especially amidst a Summer heat).

We loved everything. I only gave reduced score for comfort because in one of the rooms we couldn't manage to get a hot water in the shower (what wasn't a big deal for us, since we could use other bathrooms). Also, although the property is generally kept very clean, it might be difficult to keep the ground floor tiles immaculate, so I wood recommend wearing shoes or sleepers, while on the ground floor.

Everything

The property is located in a perfect location, close to Jamaa el Fna square, Bahia palace and the famous Medina streets. It is clean spacious and it has everything you need to feel yourself at home. It gives you the worm welcome with a very spacious living room with a beautiful and well equipped kitchen, 3 quite large and elegant bedrooms upstairs and a very nice rooftop terrace. It is amazing everything 😊. The host is extremely helpful and kind , and is like talking to a friend every time. He also provides a lot of information about places and how to make your stay very pleasant. Thank you Emanuel by being an amazing host 🤗😘. Everything is like in the picture even better when you see it. It totally worth the price and the nice experience there. I totally recommend it for couples families or groups. So sorry we couldn’t stay more but definitely when we return to Marrakech it will be the same place we want 🤗😊

Lovely and spacious. Very comfortable. AC / heating worked well. And help throughout our stay with anything we needed. Emmanuel was amazing.

Everything perfect.

Riad Mumtaz is a beautifully decorated and well equipped home. It felt like a home-from-home experience with a working kitchen and welcoming cosy interiors. The home is perfect for families due to the cleanliness which was important for our family of three children 8, 5 and 1 who enjoy playing on the floor most of the time and Mumtaz is very spacious for this. The kitchen facilities are excellent. A lifesaver for doing the laundry (when you've got messy children) and the stove allowed me to cook and try the local Moroccan produce for myself. It was also very handy when the baby wanted hot milk at 10pm or I wanted to warm up some food. I actually cooked some curries because I knew we'd miss home-cooked food and it was a good decision. The beds are comfortably firm and offer great support after a long day. A loo and shower in every room is very useful! The rooftop has lovely views all the way to the Atlas Mountains plus a hot tub for the evening! However before I end, I must give credit to Emmanuel, the homeowner and the lovely family Saida, Faiza and Ahmed who housekeep here. Emmanuel is accessible via WhatsApp all the time and he is a treasure trove of knowledge. He was our person who advised, arranged, liaised and checked up whenever and whatever I needed before and during our stay. The communication with him made me feel secure and confident about booking his home. Our stay was tailored for us and very kindly altered by Emmanuel when we had flight trouble. We will not have had this personal experience and communication if we had booked a shared Riad anywhere else in Marrakech. For that we are deeply thankful. In addition the housekeeping family are so lovely and welcoming. They got to us in 5 minutes when we called them about something we couldn't work out at midnight! Much love to them, I felt my family were well looked after but also we had the privacy of a home to ourselves. The best of both worlds.

I can't fault anything; we felt looked after, any issues were dealt with and great care was taken to ensure we were comfortable here.
