Palladium APART Hotel

Tout est absolument parfait. La chambre est moderne, la propreté irréprochable, la literie excellente, l’éclairage aussi, la salle de bain a tout ce qu’il faut, l’accueil est chaleureux, et l’emplacement est parfait, à quelques minutes à pied de la Mosquée Bleue, et des autres attractions principales. Le tout à un prix sympathique.

Дуже приємний і гостинний господар,чудово говорить англійською і проблеми не виникло. Пішов нам на зустріч і заселив навіть раніше ніж вказаний час заселення, без доплат. Блекаут штори дійсно блекаут і сонце вранці не заважає. Гарне місце розташування, можно весь центр пішки,а до Т1 трамваю хвилин 10.

Чайник в номері не вимикався автоматично,приходилось вимикати з розетки. Трохи не зручні подушки ,але це суб'єктивно.

Posizione molto strategica vicina ai luoghi di maggiore interesse e alla partenza dei traghetti (15/20 minuti a piedi), stanza molto pulita (pulizie vengono fatte tutti i giorni) e accogliente (non manca nulla per un soggiorno confortevole), il proprietario è stato molto gentile, disponibile e flessibile nel gestire sia il check-in sia il check-out. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Nelle vicinanze eccellente trattoria con cucina casalinga (Ziya Baba Türk Mutfağı) e deliziosa caffetteria a conduzione familiare (Rumeli Tatli ve Borek Evi). Eccellente scelta!

La chambre très propre, bien conçue et confortable. Indéniablement, la vue sur la Petite Sainte Sophie au réveil ! L’emplacement est très pratique, et notre hôte adorable.

The location was great and the owner was very kind. He also found a parking spirt for us in front of the hotel, which is quite hard in that neighbourhood. The owner’s recommendations for eating out were excellent.

Понравилось абсолютно все. Как только забронировала номер, со мной связались, ответили на все интерисующие вопросы, скинули подробную инструкцию как добраться. Отель маленький, всего несколько номеров, наш был на самом верху. С балкона номера открывался великолепный вид на море, сам балкон очень уютный и просторный В номере чисто, постельное и полотенца тоже, есть все необходимое. Удобная широкая кровать, спать вдвоём было отлично В отеле очень тихо, хотя находится он совсем рядом с достопримечательностями и вблизи оживленных улиц Хозяин отеля встретил приветливо, оставил свой номер для связи, если что-то понадобится В следующий раз, когда буду в Стамбуле, остановлюсь здесь ещё раз

Это не минус, а скорее ньюанс, номер с балконом высоко и подыматься надо по крутой лестнице, это может быть затруднительно для людей с проблемами со здоровьем и маленьких детей

Очень чисто, уютно. Хозяин очень внимателен и всегда поможет. Ежедневная уборка! Бывала ранее в отелях по соседству, там не в курсе что это такое)) расположение топ! Рекомендую 100% этот мини отель! Обязательно приеду ещё! Так как цена и качество 100 из 10

Понравилась чистота и размер номера, есть всё необходимое. Есть плотные занавески и удобный шкаф. Душ тоже просторный Месторасположение супер и очень приятно по цене. Рядом центр и улица с огромным количеством кафе (есть удобное кафе для завтраков All day breakfasts за углом и очень вкусный ресторан Dimbil для ужинов)

Great stay again in this apartment, definitely recommended for other people visiting Istanbul!

Das Hotel war super. Die Lage war perfekt - 10 Geh-Minuten von der Hagia Sophia und der blauen Moschee und in der Nähe von vielen verschiedenen Restaurants. Der Hotelbesitzer war super lieb und immer für uns ansprechbar. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ich würde das Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen und bei meinem nachten Istanbul-Trip wieder buchen.

Alles war perfekt. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden.

Billy is an amazing host, a lovely man who really takes care of you during your stay. Our room was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was powerful and the location was superb, located near attractions and plenty of great, cheaper places to eat.

La cama era muy comoda y la habitacion bastante silenciosa. El personal excelente. Esta al lado de la mezquita y a 10 minutos de la tranvia por lo que tiene una ubicacion excelente. Aviso, no tiene ascensor y las escaleras son empinadas. A nosotros no nos ha importado pero a muchos os puede interesar.

La almohada no nos ha parecido muy comoda.

Das Hotel liegt echt super. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Der Besitzer hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und war sehr hilfreich. Danke dafür!

Der Blick aus dem Fenster reicht vom Bosporus bis hin zu einer nahegelegenen Baustelle. 😏 Das Treppenhaus ist etwas schmal – mich persönlich hat das nicht gestört, aber größere Gäste sollten das wissen.

Owner very kind and nice. We arrived late due to flight delay but it was no problem for him. Room with a view. Small but comfortable enough for two. Good location.

Just to warn people that they need to do a good few flight of stairs. We had no problem at all.

Lo que más me gustó fue el trato por parte de Billi (el encargado del Hotel) y la limpieza de las instalaciones. El cuarto estaba IMPOLUTO. Todos los días nos hacía la habitación, la cama, nos cambiaba las toallas, los jabones... la verdad que llegar por la noche después de todo el día visitando la ciudad y encontrar todo perfecto... fue una sorpresa y un gusto. La ubicación está bastante bien y la zona está llena de bares, tiendas... hay de todo. Pero sobre todo agradecemos el trato por parte de Billi, las recomendaciones y lo atento que estuvo de todo. Mil gracias!

So nice, really made everything so easy for us

The hotel is amazing 10/10. We arrived early and the owner check us in in 10AM in the morning without any additional taxes. The room is in quite street so you are in the hart of the town but it's not noisy at all. So just incredible. Just be careful if you are old person +65 and you can not walk because there is no elevated and also a lot of stares to the room. Another plus is that is super clean, comfortable, close to the center and the owner answer extremely quick when you call or text him. Just perfect place you are not gonna get wrong with it.

Ми зняли номер на верхньому поверсі з балконом, тому мали гарний вид на Босфор. Готель виходить на сторону Мечеті малої Софії тому було дуже тихо. Ми були дуже задоволені ремонтом та станом кімнати, чистоті, та відношенням персоналу до гостей. Важливо що прибирання було щодня, чисті рушники, та нове мило. Власник готелю Bilal, це прекрасна людина. Він дуже привітний, допоміг нам у багатьох питаннях. Ми рекомендуємо цей апарат готель усім, хто подорожує у Стамбул. До того ж кімнати повністю відповідають фотографіям на букінгу.

Relación calidad-precio excelente. El lugar estaba muy limpio, cambiaban las toallas todos los días y la cama era grande y cómoda. La ubicación es a menos de 10' de Santa Sofía y demás atracciones, lo que hacía muy fácil moverse por la zona.

Właściciel był bardzo miły i uprzejmy, czekał na nas aż do północy, ponieważ nasz lot był opóźniony. Bardzo blisko do centrum i najważniejszych atrakcji. Pokój był codziennie sprzątany i codziennie wymieniane były ręczniki. Cisza i spokój. Wygodne łóżko.

Amazing honest and hard working owner. Great value and short walk to many sites and restaurants. Get recommendations from him cause many tourist traps in area. He went above and beyond to help me when I had to work and with laundry.

Wifi cut out a bit but only for a few hours first day.

Bilal was very thoughtful and kindly waited for us until after midnight, as our flight was delayed. He also assisted with the payment facility, as we had overlooked the payment arrangements. The room was very clean and a good size for the two of us. He provided great tips for exploring Istanbul, which allowed us to experience the city like locals!

It would be great to consider adding a point-of-sale card terminal in the apartment for added convenience.

Bilal is a very friendly and helpful host. I can highly recommend the accommodation. Very clean every day, comfortable bed and close to all sightseeings. Teşekkür Bilal for the warm and nice welcome. We would definitely come back here, if we visit Istanbul again.

Super happy about our stay. Exceptionally clean room, quiet at night, comfortable bed so we had a good sleep. Very convenient location, walking distance to the main attractions and tram stop. A lot of places to get food around. The owner was really helpful and easy to reach. Great value for money.

Everything. First of all, I have to say that Billy was an amazing host/staff, he is someone who cares about his guests. He helped with everything, such as traveling and places to see, answered quickly if we had any questions, cleaned our room every day and even changed the bedsheets each day! Needless to say, the room was clean and well equipped, including the bathroom, which had a hair dryer, soap, shower gel and shampoo as a plus. The heating in the room was really nice as well, we even had to turn it down, because it warmed up the room so well, even though the temperatures outside were 2-5 degrees Celsius. The location was also perfect, near the Blue Mosque, Haghia Sophia and many more attractions within 10-15min walking distance.

Perfect location to visit Istanbul. Our host Bilal was very friendly and ready to answer all our questions and inquiries. Room was well equipped and cleaned every day. One should keep in mind that this is a small authentic building, with no elevator.

Bed cover was a little bit too small for 2 people, but not a disaster since there was an extra cover in the closet.

Nice hotel in the middle of the old city of Istanbul. Very comfortable to explore this part city. Silent street, with no noise from cars. On each floor 1 room. Vey clean and comfortable rooms. Good beds. The staff is very friendly and provides help with bags and tips. On the room еlectric kettle, AC, heater. The room size is not so big, but for 2 people is enough. Clear small bathroom with shower. Near the hotel, a lot of cafes and restaurants, have 24/7 shops and markets. The hotel provides transfer from/to the airport. The price for the transfer is ok +- same as a taxi.

For me, it was not a problem, but for some people, stairs can be a problem. But the staff provides help with bags. Need to understand what it is a typical historical building, in the center of the old city of Istanbul

We recommend this hotel to everyone. We stayed with a family of 4 adults and a child of 14 years old for 2 nights, rented 2 rooms. The rooms are very clean, cozy, and have everything you need. The rooms are stylishly decorated, bright and comfortable. One room was specially rented with a balcony, which has a table and chairs, it is very convenient to have dinner with the whole family in the evenings. The balcony is glazed. In the morning and afternoon, the balcony offers a magnificent view of the Bosphorus. The location of the hotel is convenient, close to the main attractions. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel. He was always in touch, kind and reliable. We have already been to Istanbul several times, but we liked this hotel the most, we will only return to it.

The stairs made for a good exercise.

Billy the host is very friendly, allowing us to check out late. The location is excellent, only a few minutes' walk to main attractions like Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia yet tucked away from traffic noise. The room is a bit small but large enough for two persons and is very clean.

Balil (Billy) was so helpful. He allowed us to have an early check in and carried some of our bags up to the 5th level. He also let us store our bags after check out, and carried them all down. The room is small but very comfortable and extremely clean. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was good. The view from Level 5 was excellent. The seagulls kept us entertained. The location was perfect. The restaurants and cafes around the apartment were significantly cheaper than what was around Hagia Sofia and the Hippodrome.

The stairs are scary as they're narrow and steep. We got used to it after a few days but I wouldn't recommend this place for families with children or older people with issues walking up or down tiny, but many stairs.

The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the Blue Mosque, yet on a quiet and safe street. Rooms are bright, spacious, and immaculately clean (no bugs). Bilal is extremely friendly and incredibly helpful.

The hotel is in Sultanahmet very close to the main attractions. Room is cleaned everyday with fresh toileteries and slippers changed everyday. Bed was very comfortable which is important after a long day spent wandering in the city. Bilal is a fantastic host. He ensured that everything went well during our stay. It was my first stay in Istanbul and the hotel is the best location to explore all the main attractions within several minutes walk. In the evenings it was very nice to walk to the sea for the promenade and playground for my kid. The location is full of cafes, restaurants, shops. The tram station is nearby too. The hotel is ruled excellently, it’s always clean and tidy, you’re always in touch when you need. And one of the main attractions for me was the sea view from our upper room!
