Staff were terrible. I pre booked an airport pick up through Booking and no one came. Then I pre booked an airport drop off and they also forgot to schedule that. They couldn’t help me with any questions I had. It was a really bad experience

No towels provided. Smelly as it's a pet friendly hotel. Coffee facilities - no teaspoon provided. No hairdryer.

The room was clean however the sheets were stained. There was no fridge which was inconvenient. The area did feel a little unsafe for Australian women travelling on their own. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful! The bed was comfy, had the best sleep of my life!!

There was a cockroach on the bed, they didn't turn on hot water in the room, paid for all you can eat breakfast but the restaurant was closed 2/3 days I stayed, they delivered breakfast the days the resto was closed but it arrived late in the morning and service couldn't tell me when it would be delivered, they didn't clean my room the first day, the 2nd day when I asked for them to clean room, they forgot to leave towels, laundry service was late.. I asked when it would be ready and they said 3 hours.. it took 5-6hrs and I constantly had to call to check in, they never called me to update me.. location is far if you need to commute to see people... overall service was very apathetic and didn't pay for what was advertised. Would not recommend nor return

Rooms are so big and the area feels safe. Cafe was limited but yes Grab taxi and you’ll be ok.

Great space!

The price of the property was good and inexpensive. The staff was very professional and courteous. The gym and pool were great to use.

I had to request a new room when I found roaches in the bathroom and kitchen area. The restaurant seemed to be out of a lot of menu items. The y have some shops and restaurants in the ground floor but most of it looks like abandoned space.

The staffs are vety helpful and always smiling, never fails to greet you.

I would have given this 5 stars if not for the property not accepting credit card payments (only cash and GCash!) and the kitchen not having a microwave oven. I love that the family suite we got was very spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. Although the surrounding areas can get flooded, the overall vicinity (being near Okada and MOA) is nice and I suppose, safe as well. The pool was nice as well and the cafe good as well. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Shower head broken and if you look seriously enough the hotel is not very well built. It’s very windy in the area because it’s near the ocean but the staff keeps the door locked so it’s not very professional and it’s very inconvenient for us because we have to go to a dingy alley way to go outside. The staff aren’t very friendly, they don’t smile or greet you. The good thing was the bed and comforter.

Great staff and huge clean apartelle

we didn’t spent the full 4 nights here. On the very first day we looked for another hotel to stay and decided to go. The area feels unsafe and it’s like a secluded area. they Didn’t allow us to get any refund coz of the policy. Overall the experience is literally not the best. Wont recommend

Love the very spacious unit but needs a kitchen or even just a fridge and a microwave. Masters bedroom’s bathroom has a musty smell but no big deal. Would definitely recommend!

Property is a little far from the airport. Also, there are only Chinese restaurants to choose from and there was one Vietnamese restaurant. Three restaurants are very close to this hotel. You can easily and quickly walk to these restaurants. My wife and I could not eat inside any of the Chinese restaurants because they allow smoking inside while you are eating. We walked into two Chinese restaurants and immediately turned around and left due to the offensive cigarette smoke. As you may be able to guess, we do not smoke. I actually detest the smell of cigarette smoke. We inquired at the front desk about laundering my clothes, and there is a laundry service available. I dropped my soiled clothes at the front desk, and the clothes were cleaned and returned the next day. That was nice. I saw a couple of cockroaches in our hotel room.

Nice, clean and new. All round very satisfactory.

Breakfast was atrocious. Cold. And they didn’t give me tea with my breakfast. I had to pay extra for that. Ridiculous.

The area around is still undeveloped or unoccupied. The wind passes from the window, through the room, and into the hallway, making a loud sound when it is windy outside. The cleaning staff entered despite no sign. The cafe and their staff was fantastic.

We enjoyed the accommodations. However, the area around the hotel is not yet developed. Looks like it will be amazing one day, though. It is kind of in the middle of nowhere.

The Hotel and rooms are excellent only thing missing is a safe and a small refrigerator.

What an ordeal for our last day checkout! -1- I checked in earlier and was notified a fee 2500 pesos. (Advertised online for 200 pesos) I couldn’t charge it on my card because their systems were down. I couldn’t pay in $US money either. I had to collect PHP currency and pay cash… no receipt was given to me. -2- reserved a shuttle to the airport for 5:30am. We arrived at the front desk and was informed no shuttle that morning due transportation problems. (I’m guessing it’s too early in the morning). Lady at front reception scheduled us to be picked up by Grab. Two vehicles needed due to our luggage. She said the hotel would pay for it as per their airport shuttle service we’re down. When the Grab drivers arrived they were paid. But both drivers mentioned about the extra fees for the terminal Skyway. Everyone looking at us to pay it, stood outside for 10 minutes on whom should cover this… finally hotel will cover the fee (they should). -3- our suite did not have a fridge, first time I ever encounter this. We could keep our food and water chilled. So inconvenient. Overall, our stay was terrible. You get what you pay for.

Nobody helped my parents unload the bags

The family room is spacious, beds are definitely our favorite, no coffee/tea they only have creamer and sugar they probably forgot to leave us some tea or coffee, there’s a little bit smell in one of the room and can be smell from the kitchen and there’s an extra toilet in the kitchen that probably somebody used it and forgot to clean, above all we like the bedrooms

New and clean property. Staff are friendly. Near airport with free hotel shuttle. The hotel is too far from downtown and limited public transportation. Grab works. Not walkable, but safe.

No room service No restaurant after a long flight we reached the hotel at 830pm to be told we couldn't get any food. Then to be told it isn't opening until 8am next morning we had to leave to go back to the airport at 730am no breakfast again our kids were hungry not a pleasant experience

Everything about the room and property was great.

The staff were friendly and helpful but the rooms has NO refrigerator to keep our foods and water.

No internet due to a mini typhoon hitting earlier so no tv. Limited dining options around and received the wrong room

Fantastic hotel! Amazing room and great view of Manila Bay! Pool area is clean and spacious! The massage treatments are incredible which made the long journey home a lot easier! Will definitely stay here again the next time I visit the Philippines!

A bit far and short cut to go over to okada is not possible coz one must have a sticker in a car

I’m very happy I chose this hotel. Breakfast buffet, excercise room, outdoor swimming pool is humongous and very clean, rooms are modernized and very spacious, couch, warm shower, sink, coffee and water in room, very quiet and dark when needed to sleep from a 24 hour flight itinerary, air conditioning works fabulous, free shuttle to airport, close to airport, can purchase lunch and dinner.. I would recommend a stay here…. I have no complaints..

Listing in expedia said 6 min drive from MOA but it was more like a 15 min drive and area is a little secluded. All 3 bedrooms in the suite were clean but one bedroom did not smell good. Both data and wifi connection were weak making internet access almost impossible.

Impressed with the size of the hotel room. The floor was still damp as it was probs just mopped...almost slipped as I entered. Also found 2 cockroaches on the kitchen floor. Otherwise, a 5/5. Nice view of Manila Bay.

First, the onsite restaurant said that it was open until 10:00pm and at the time it was only 8:30. We called for room service and there was no answer. We went downstairs and the restaurant looked to have been closed for a long time. We turned off the bedroom lights to go to sleep and the lights continued to randomly turn on and off from every 2 minutes to every half hour all night long. We could not sleep and this must have been a known problem with the room. Terrible!

In a very secluded area. Husband did not feel safe checking in when he went to the hotel. He decided to stay somewhere else. He lost the money he paid since reservation is non refundable.

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Location is great because the Mall and airport are near by and only minutes away by car. Nice outdoor pool and the 3 bedroom condo was very updated and modern.

Clean, comfortable, cool and quiet. Nice hot water for the shower... the only thing I would have wanted is a microwave and a small fridge. The restauraunt was always out of things we wanted to order. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out onto the city and the harbor, could've used at least one more chair though. Security to enter the area was good.

What is the meaning of "sound proofed"? That you even hear cockroaches dancing on the table? Or hear everything from other rooms doing their love-games? Or roosters and dogs from outside? And who really proofs that "sound proofed" is no fake? At this Hotel it is definitely fake and with all the very cheap interior and a 2 sqm bathroom - how is it possible to promote this as 5***** Hotel? Total Scam, and unfortunately HOTELS.COM is a part of that ugly daily business to deceive customers.

Reserved a 2BR executive room with balcony and city view. Sounded nice. Room size was fine but "city view" was actually looking directly across at other old, deteriorating buildings. Unit had tv but programming was ALL Chinese. This place is a bit "off the grid" I did not have cellular service until I drove 5mins to the main road.

3 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms, only wish we had more time to stay here. Complimentary airport shuttle saved my family of 5 $1300php! My phone died the day before we checked in so we were stuck taking a cab from the airport to the hotel.

Great place to stay in Manila. Very quiet and clean. Close to the airport and a short taxi ride to Mall of Asia. Definitely will stay there again.

In the middle of nowhere. Hotel itself is excellent. Great for a one night stay, for example- if you have a flight the day after and just need somewhere to stay that's close to the airport.

This location is out of the way from downtown core but provides seclusion, privacy and quiet. Convenience stores and walkable restaurants near by. Should you have interest in casino and events Okada Hotel is near by.

Overall, a good place to stay.

New hotel , definitely wasn't ready to be opened . Nothing in rooms that says was ..I rented suite and kitchenette ..no fridge , no stove, no dishes , nothing . Area is only Chinese, good luck trying to find any snacks most are familiar with ect. Drivers and taxi have very hard time finding it due to most of area under heavy construction ..maybe in few years it will be better , for now ...STAY AWAY

The property looked almost abandoned by the pool area and the breakfast area. The staff is always hospitable but they had a power outage during my stay and the power was gone for hours so I feel like I didn’t get to enjoy the stay at all.
