There are lots of animals (monkeys, frogs, lizards, mice), who can be really noisy at night.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Hatalmas villa a rizsföld közepén. 2 család (8fő) kényelmesen elfért. 4 szobához külön-külön egy-egy fürdőszoba tartozott. Nagy nappali, ebédlő és közösségi tér van. A kert és a privát medence gyönyörű, gondozott. Tökéletes helyen fekszik, minden 15-20 percre van autóval. Whatsappon este megírtuk a következő nap reggelijét, amit a kért időpontra házhoz hoztak. Délután teát és gyümölcsöket kaptunk. Lehetett kérni masszázst, reptéri transzfert, autót és sofőrt biztosítanak egy napos kirándulásra, mellettünk étterem is elérhető, ingyen kaptunk elektromos kerékpárokat. Esténként pár perces sétával több helyi warung is elérhető, amiket nem szabad kihagyni. A legfinomabb vacsorákat ezekben a helyi kis “éttermekben” ettünk. Az ellátás, személyzet, figyelmesség, tisztaság rendkívüli. Több szálláson is voltunk Balin, de messze ez volt a legjobb. Bármikor visszamennénk.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026Die Villa liegt an einem kleinen Tal, umgeben von Dschungel und Reisterassen. Die Aussicht vom Pool und Balkon war einfach atemberaubend schön. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet und in die Villa gebracht. Das Personal war unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Im Bad gab es keine Steckdosen und das Licht lässt sich nur zentral von der Eingangstür steuern.

Skorzystaliśmy z masażu i wycieczek organizowanych przez resort i możemy stwierdzić ze na prawdę warto. Jedynie trzeba liczyć się z pokonaniem wielu schodków, ale nie jest to bardzo uciążliwe, a tym bardziej dla takich widoków.

Reviewed Oct 1, 2025Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel , c’est tout simplement un paradis , autant par la beauté du lieu que par la gentillesse du personnel. Les petits déjeuner servis directement dans la chambre c’est vraiment parfait et c’était délicieux à chaque fois. Nous avons eu une attention particulière pour notre lune de miel et ça nous a fait extrêmement plaisir. Nous rêvons déjà de revenir dans ce lieu absolument magique. C’est à 10 min en scooter du centre mais c’est parfait pour être loin de l’agitation du centre d’Ubud. Merci à toute l’équipe de Magical jungle d’avoir été aux petits soins avec nous.

They recommended activities for us and we had an amazing day out on ebikes. The accommodation is absolutely stunning set in amongst the jungle. I really wish that we had stayed longer.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2025Excellent hotel where I stayed for my first 2 nights in Bali. Our room had a private pool. Both the view and the design of the room were wonderful. In the morning they serve a rich breakfast with many varieties to choose from. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. If I come to Bali again, I would choose this place to stay again
The only bad thing is that there are not many places to walk around and therefore there are no dining alternatives at night.

Communication with us every day to ensure our meals were sought and time of delivery was perfect. Very happy staff and went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, highly recommend.
The villa was ground level from reception, so a lot of stairs, there don’t recommend if stairs are not suited to anyone with an injury or recovering from surgery. Great workout though for those who like a good start to the day.

In addition the staff was incredible- the happiest sweetest people I’ve met. Chiva at the resort is one of the most incredible people I’ve met ever- just an incredible human who drove us around everywhere. The best.

From a regular shuttle to Ubud to having afternoon tea or a bowl of fruit waiting for us when we got back. To bed time stories left on the bed. Truly magical! The team were also incredible!! Unbelievable service from the friendliness happiest people in the world who could not do more for us! The villa itself was also better than expected! The pictures on the site do not do the beauty of this place justice!

I celebrated my birthday there and got a lovely birthday cake and room decoration 😊. Overall one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in 🙂!

I wouldn't really call this place a resort just yet. It is a highly serviced luxury villa. The front of the property estate is under construction which might throw you off for a bit when you arrive, the rooms however are completed. Nevertheless when this place is fully completed in a couple of months I think it will truly be magical.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2024Employees were just amazing! We felt so welcomed and taken care of! Every time we met they asked how it's going, is there anything they can help with etc. They deserve a raise!!! Restaurant next door to the resort. Otherwise it's nice to have a scooter if you want to go to Ubud. Resort offers scooter renting. They have a free shuffle to Ubud a couple times during the day. Fresh fruit and snacks together with afternoon tea every day, was a pleasure to have. Room service with breakfast was great.

The rooms were beautiful with amazing views into the forest, a private pool and a bath tub which the staff set up so beautifully upon request. The service was outstanding, we had delicious breakfast with the resort every day and the staff were incredibly kind and reliable. I can not recommend the Magical Jungle Resort enough.
