La situation en centre ville proche des animations Le lit King size avec un bon matelas L'effort de l'hôte pour répondre à notre demande d'étage élevé (à savoir, 64 marches pour 4ème étage, sans ascenseur et sans souci pour nous) Les échanges rapides par mail avec l'hôte pour donner des précisions.

Pas de présence humaine ni à l'arrivée ni au départ. Par crainte de parler de tous les défauts de l’appartement ? Pas d’eau chaude à l'évier de la kitchenette Hotte aspirante ne fonctionne pas VMC salle d’eau ne fonctionne pas Porte de la douche ne ferme pas Ménage sous le meuble de cuisine non fait 2 chaises dépareillées dont une en tissu sale Des murs blanc marqués à repeindre 3 assiettes plates dépareillées 2 verres à eau dépareillés Une fois cela corrigé, il manque beaucoup de choses pour en faire un appartement agréable Des lampes de chevet Un deuxième chevet Des torchons vaisselle 2 tasses ou mugs pour thé et café 2ème bol 2ème petite assiette 2 verres à pied pour le vin Cafetière électrique ou filtre Une passoire pour les pâtes ou le riz Un grille-pain Globalement la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous. Les photos alléchantes de présentation sont bien trompeuses. Enfin, étourderie ou intention, l'hôte a demandé à ce que l’on laisse la taxe de séjour en espèces sur la table en partant alors qu'elle était déjà comprise dans le paiement par Booking

Good central location. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Host was responsive and helpful when we had a kitchen problem. Shower good and hot. Access was easy. Clean.

Various things lacking- no kitchen or bread knives, only 2 water glasses but no wine glasses, no big serving spoons- it's just the basics. When we arrived there was only one plate and one mug for 2 people,but the host quickly brought more when we contacted him- but we shouldn't have needed to! Also, there is only one bedside lamp,so difficult to read in bed! Its on 4th floor without lift,so not for people with breating or mobility issues!

La ubicacion.

Me quise comunicar con gente del establecimiento por mail y por msj. Al número informado y nunca me contestaron. Las instalaciones con algunas cosas precarias y falta de elementos. Tengan cuidado porque NO HAY ASCENSOR y nos tocó el cuarto piso.

Es un excelente sitio súper limpio amplio luminoso y de perfecta ubicación

Todo me gustó, hay q destacar que es un segundo piso por escalera para la gente q no puede subir su equipaje

La localización era estupenda.

Los colchones de las camas del salón eran de gomaespuma de 3 cm de grosor y un somier estaba roto

This was not up to standard for a self catering apartment...I only mug 1 only coffee cup, not enough cutlery, shower was horrendous, plug in sink stuck ( no adjustment arm to drain out ) I could go on, but these were just some of the things we experienced there !... All in all.... NOT GOOD !..😫😫👎👎👎👎

+ Came straight away with pillow cases and a kind of mug (an espresso cup!) so service can be quick and pleasant. + air conditioning works + bedding is clean

- the terrace is a shared terrace for ALL the apartments, not one per apartment which is not clear in the current description. It’s also a dumping ground for rubbish and broken chairs. -Does not have WiFi. Pretends it does but it does not function at all. - streaming services- does not function without WiFi. Even tried using my husband’s work phone as a hotspot network- to no avail. - No lights next to the bed. - Only one plug socket next to one side of the bed - No sharp knife to cut vegetables - Only one large plate and mug. - Cracked tiles on floor and in the shower so watch your feet. - en suite is a wooden box in the room and shower smells mouldy. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. - It’s basic, next to bars on street below. Probably wouldn’t stay here as a female on my own. If you can afford more I’d do it.

I appreciated the location, being in Zurich's centre, very close to the train station. Unfortunately, nothing else ...

This was not a particularly nice stay, at an incredible cost. The house was very old and the room at the last floor with no elevator. The room and private bathroom were of average size, but they urgently required renovation, table and chairs were really old and consumed, the towels were not clean. Complimentary tea bags, instantaneous coffee and sugar were not provided. They asked for to leave money for the city tax on the table, though it was already paid through Booking. At this so high cost I would have expected something better. Being located in Zurich's centre is not an excuse.

Had a pleasant stay after TrenItalia dropped me back of at Zurich main station after the train stopped working on my way to Milan. Booked this appartment located just a 5 min walk from the station. The guy on the phone was very helpful with letting me into the apartment. Took a good shower and had a nice bit of rest.

Nothing except location

Every time someone takes a shower, the bathroom gets wet because there is an opening underneath, so once one person has showered, the bathroom remains wet until we check out. Another disappointment was that there was no prior notice about the construction work (Baustelle) directly across from and inside the building. It was noisy throughout the day, which was quite disturbing. If the owner could provide instructions on how to open the door without being physically present, they could have also informed us about the ongoing construction work beforehand. This would have been important information for us to know before our stay.

The kitchen has a cooktop, a jug and a microwave oven, so you can do most any cooking you want. Since Switzerland is expensive to eat out, this is important. I loved that there was a separate sitting area - I get tired of sitting on the bed for eating

Établissement situé dans le centre de Zurich, à quelques minutes de la gare. Bien équipé, avec kitchenette, wc et douche dans l'appartement. Petite Terrasse commune.

Une seule chambre, les 2 autres personnes dorment dans des lits situés dans le salon. On entend le bruit des clim extérieures quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes la nuit.

Centralt beliggende nær banegård og bymidte. Kort afstand til det meste.

Ingen elevator. Lidt hårdt når man som ældre skal bære bagage op på 4. sal. Meget sparsomt udstryr i køkken. Stedet Virker lidt slidt og kunne trænge til en kraftig opgradering/hovedrengøring. Men pæne rene senge og egentlig ok til prisen.

The location was good.

We were on the 4th floor with heavy suitcases and no lift. The stairs were very steep. There was no warning about stairs and no lift. The air conditioner leaked water all over the floor and had a plastic drain tube taped to the wall running into the kitchen sink. When I tried ringing the hotel person, no answer. When I texted through booking.com that I wanted it fixed, I later got a reply that was unhelpful and no one was coming out. The kitchen had a jug but what good is that when you don't have cups? The bathroom sink plug once pushed down wouldn't come up. Would definitely not stay there again.

Very dirty floor, no toaster, air conditioning pipe doesn't work properly as isn't installed correctly and continually makes noises and falls off the wall leaving water all over the floor. Only two small towels, no tea towel, salt in a box not a shaker 😞. Cups and glasses were a joke.

Se sont plus les appartements que les chambres. Équipement est bon, tout est la. Il s’est situe au centre de Zurich, bien placé, calme. Très claire et précis comment entrer et sortir. La terrasse de hotel est agréable, la nuit et le matin ou tu fumer ta clope tranquillement.

Isolation n’est pas très bonne, et le matin ou la nuit on peut entendre le bruit aux couloirs, quand la femme de ménage commence son boulot ou quelqu’un rentre la nuit. Du coup, il faut travailler sur isolation des portes.

Kein Fahrstuhl, Gemeinschaftsterrasse eher eine Abstellfläche für Gerümpel. Dort kann man sich nicht wirklich aufhalten wollen. Der Fernseher nur mit Streaming Dienst möglich. Wenn man kein Konto hat, dann sitzt man eben ohne Fernseher im Zimmer.

The property itself was nice.

The shower leaked very badly all over the bathroom.

La ubicación. Fácil llegar a todos los sitios andando. Fácil aparcar pagando en la calle.

Falta equipamiento. No había ni siquiera mesa. Faltaban cubiertos, vasos y platos. Camas y almohadas incómodas. Ya lo sabíamos de antemano al leer los comentarios, pero no esperábamos que fuera tan tan poco (únicamente 1 plato, 3 vasos…siendo 4 huéspedes). Al final nos compensó la ubicación.

Excellent solution for a one night stay last minute. Owner was easy to deal with.

L'appartement comporte tout ce qu'il faut (serviettes, draps, clim...) et le quartier est facile d'accès pour visiter le centre ville.

A la réservation, l'intitulé était "2 chambres" mais cela correspond en fait à une seule pièce avec un lit double et un canapé lit, c'est juste trompeur lorsqu'on réserve. Pour le reste, tout était conforme, juste la suprise de se retrouver dans une même pièce car les photos sont un peu trompeuses.

Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet keine Bett - oder Leselampe / ungemütliches Deckenlicht ! Eine Renovierung wäre mal angezeigt / sehr in die Jahre gekommen !!

The air conditioning!!! I nearly wept with joy when I got into the room because it was so hot outside!

The third bed was incredibly hard. I think it was an opened couch and had a board running through the middle of it. My back is killing me now.
