The toilet in en-suite was constantly leaking, same issue with the washing machine water coming out from underneath, the fireplace never worked, there was infestation of ants in the kitchen sadly our food was damaged and the outdoor pool was filled with green algae water and not blue at all as advertised in the pictures. The noise levels were awful because you had aeroplanes flying over the apartment and the aeroplane was very close.

The noise, neighbours downstairs talking very loud and playing music from early night to early meaning 8 am. Had to ask the neighbour to turn the noise down, which helped slightly. The aeroplanes were very close and the noise levels were very disturbing. When we tried to contact the property owner he would not respond via booking.com or WhatsApp. The maintenance issues needed attention especially the ants and this must be an ongoing issue as they were coming in through the kitchen window. Be aware the hot water only lasts an hour and then becomes cold. You have to wait another hour to warm up. The owner of the property was racist and abusive as he put all his comments on WhatsApp and threatened us by uploading our photo and deleted all the information, luckily I took screenshots and reported him. The reason he treated us in this manner because he thought we won’t pay £54 city tax. His reason for not attending maintenance issues because his wife in another city Rabat got stabbed by two men. Don’t know how truthful that was and booking.com couldn’t get hold of him and we received a refund of £66 which we did not expect. The property owner threaten us to get locked in on the last day when we leave and miss our flight. It was frightening to hear this being in a foreign country and ruined our holiday. I am surprised how he has achieved good reviews probably the guests have experienced similar trauma and scared to express the truth. This has been reported and please be careful when booking this apartment. Please don’t believe the outside pool is clean as advertised in the picture. It is green algae appearance and cannot swim in that area.

The complex is well maintained , clean and security presence - short taxi to medina - walking distance fo supermarket and restaurants , pool area well maintained - the apartment had everything we needed and host is very responsive & helpful

Ein sehr schönes Appartement, welches praktisch und liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Ja, die Betten sind etwas niedrig, was aber für uns persönlich war es in Ordnung. Die Klimaanlage Kühlt und Heizt auch ... zum Glück, denn das Wetter war recht Kühl 😁 Der Balkon hat einen direkten Blick auf den Gartenbereich mit Pool. Der Fluglärm ist in dem Appartement nur wenig wahrnehmbar. Mit dem Eigentümer standen wir immer per Nachrichten in Kontakt und wenn etwas zu klären war, hat man es direkt erledigt.. Vielen Dank. Dieses Appartement ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Per Uber kam man immer direkt und günstig zur Medina.

It's home away from home. My kids felt very happy and comfortable which what I prioritize whenever I stay somewhere. Any question I had was met with grace and kindness. I would definitely return.

We as a family loved the location and the apartment. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Kids loved the view of the pool on the balcony and we all enjoyed going for a swim daily. Carrefour supermarket was 10 mins away in a taxi, however I got the hang of the Glovo app which is like Uber and ordered Groceries or food to the apartment. The host was always available via watsapp for any questions I had and recommendations. We needed an extra hour after check out as it would have been very early to leave for the airport for our return flight. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to stay in the lounge whilst the cleaning ladies got on with their jobs in the other rooms getting the apartment ready for the next customers. Overall a great stay and we would definitely return here in the future and will recommend to friends and family.

Très bel appartement , décoré avec goût , neuf , propre , équipé de tout ( wifi , Netflix , climatisation dans chaque pièce , terrasse , piscine ) , dans résidence verdoyante au sein d’un golfe , calme et securisé Je recommande à 100 %

L’appartement et identique à la photo très propre il sens très bon le linge de lits était propre les serviettes aussi l’hôte au top du top rien à redire je reviendrai c’est sûr

The host was exceptionally helpful and understanding to what was a very last-minute booking due to a flight cancellation. Check-in and access were straightforward and clearly explained. The host was quick to introduce himself and promptly replied to any questions we had. The accommodation itself is luxurious and very well maintained, as evident in the pictures. Very close to the airport (35-minute walk at most),close to most attractions and access to a host of facilities on site. If you're looking for a very comfortable stay with great views at a great price, you'll struggle to do better.

My only fault with our stay was that it was only for one day and we were unable to fully indulge in what the accommodation and complex had to offer.

Arrived at this beautiful property, outstanding place outstanding host, very close to centre, everything was amazing and spotlessly clean , we had an amazing time will definitely be back next year. If you are wanting the perfect accommodation definitely book this place you won’t be disappointed, 10/10 five star ⭐️.

The location was a very great one in the center of Marrakesh, it was very easy to navigate anywhere around.

Apartment looks really luxury and the swimming pool outside is amazing to for a quick swim in the hot weather.
