Reviewed Sep 8, 2026No fue de mi agrado la atención de la persona a cargo. En primera instancia, me solicitan hacer un check in a las 3 pm para entregarme la habitación hasta las 7 pm. Una falta de respeto. Solicité un baño y me dicen que utilice el de una habitación sucia. Me quedé dos noches y no hicieron aseo a mi habitación, no cambiaron toallas. La señora no sabe tratar al huésped.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. Aircon was good and there was a small fridge for keeping water and snacks. The price was excellent and the location generally speaking was very safe, flat and close to some cafes and supermarkets. It's quite a walk if you want to go to a train station but there are local buses very close by.
The main consideration is it's location on a very main road which is very loud. Absolutely make sure you bring earplugs which really helped drown out the sound.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026The hotel is in a nice part of town, very leafy. The room was great for the four of us, amazing bathroom and a little kitchen which was a bonus to make a hot drink in the morning. Super clean and super friendly staff
it is close to a noisy road, get some earplugs. I still managed a good sleep!

Het matras zakte een beetje door, maar was verder oke. De wasserette service was snel klaar, maar aan de dure kant. Het grootste nadeel waardoor wij zelf niet meer terug zouden komen is de herrie van de straat. Harde muziek tot 6 uur in de ochtend. Toeterende auto's. Ook het geluid van de aanliggende kamers was heel gehorig. Het leek alsof de kamer geen muren had en het geluid direct binnenin de kamer was.

Reviewed May 10, 2026i loved this spot! so nice, felt right at home. i felt like i had privacy in my stay here which is also nice. the staff was super great, super helpful and friendly. they were happy to give me recommendations for tours and stuff. also the ladies at the cafe next door, Ana and Claudia, have my heart. obsessed w them. would love to come back to medellin and stay here

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026De kamer was erg ruim, mooi ingericht. Fijne badkamer met een ruime douche. Receptioniste is erg behulpzaam, vriendelijk en praat Engels. De wijk is erg rustig, je moet alleen een stukje lopen voor restaurantjes.
De keuken was niet helemaal compleet, waardoor koken niet echt een optie was. (denk bijv. aan een snijplank, handdoeken etc.). De accommodatie ligt aan een drukke straat in Medellin. Daardoor is er 's nachts veel lawaai van de straat.

A única coisa que acontecia as vezes era barulho de gente falando na frente do nosso quarto.

The building itself is a bit old. The window can't be closed totally and it's very noisy during the night. The room is wet, hard to make clothes and towels become dry. (Only this building's problem because another hotel in Medellin don't have the problem)
