A beautiful, very quiet place, next to a street where there might be some noise, but undoubtedly very beautiful and cozy
The heater in room 6 was on even on the hottest days and it was impossible to stay in the room. There's no option for short bookings
Close to the Luas station,a park with a lake nearby.
Beware of booking at this place. Just a piece of advice: don't go there. It's a very small house with more than 10 rooms, and it's very noisy because of the extremely thin walls. If they give you a room on the ground floor, you won't be able to sleep because of the footsteps from the rooms above. The shower is very small and shared with everyone in the house. They tried to scam me out of €120 after I checked out, claiming I broke the tap. In reality, I never used the shower there; I showered at the gym and never used the shower in this place. For your information, everyone shared shower, and they didn't ask everyone else ,they only asked me to pay worse place no reception hitting no working i complain but no one fixed, 0 start
The place is far from the city center but with easy access to the Luas. It's a clean and well equipped places, a good option in a city with so many issues related to housing as Dublin. The instructions for entry can be confusing and there is not a direct interaction with a host. It's make the process a little annoying but it's not a big deal!
Зручне розташування, поруч магазини і транспорт до центру. Чисто, затишно, комфортно. Всі питання вирішували з персоналом в онлайн режимі, чек ін цілодобовий, все було чудово.
Nothing
All
Near Tram but by no means in central Dublin. Cleaner comes regularly. Kitchen and toilet is kept clean. Safe area and shops / gym close.
Smell of pot in hallway. Checking-in process is not friendly with an email form sent over email to complete even if paid for and booked on a 3rd party website. But your own kitchen cleaning implements,
A forty-minute trip by Luas tram to City Centre. So, a little far away. But if that's not a problem for you, this is a very nice place. Also, by the way, a fully outfitted kitchen!
Distance from city centre.
The property was spotless clean. All the facilities well new and extremely well kept.
Everything! It’s such a great place for long and short periods. I used all the facilities on daily bases and everything was perfectly working and very clean! Loved it!
Great place stayed there for work it’s clean and tidy good kitchen with good cooking facilities Room was comfortable and clean The plenty of bathrooms to pick from and all where clean and modern Parking was good plenty of space It’s situated in a quiet area
It was a little out of town for what I needed but I wouldn’t put that as a negative really
Nice and quiet
Nothing really
Very nice room as advertised, super comfy bed. Nice and quiet neighborhood close to lidl and tram line
Very thin walls could here everything around. Communication with owner could be better. Additional fee for washing machine usage 🙁
Very comfy beds, easy to check in, but make sure you fill in their form beforehand. Close to the Luas so easy to get in to town (45 mins - 1 hour)
I arrived and the key to my room was not left for me so I couldn’t lock the door from the outside meaning I had to trapse my luggage in to town with me again. They did bring me the key but it was 4-5 hours after I had checked in Walls are extremely thin, I was woken many times in the night (and I’m not a light sleeper at all) by minor noises such as people turning on plugs or moving around in there rooms Form they send you to fill in so you can stay is a little invasive - asking for photos of you etc
Cleanliness Location Quiet Public transport nearby Shop and cafe nearby
We stayed at this accommodation just outside of Dublin and really appreciated the location—it’s close to the airport and only a short walk to the tram into the city, which was incredibly convenient. The area is quiet and easy to navigate, with plenty of street parking available. There is a driveway that fits two cars, but it looks like if you’re the first to park, you could be blocked in by the second vehicle. When we left in the morning, one car was parked right in the middle of the driveway, making it impossible for another to park or leave, so street parking was definitely the better option. The shared kitchen was clean and well-equipped, a great perk for longer stays. There’s also a washer and dryer available for a small fee, which is useful if you're traveling for an extended period. Other guests seemed to be staying long-term and looked very settled and comfortable in the space. Overall, a solid option for travelers looking for easy access to Dublin without staying right in the city center.
The only real issue we had was with the entry process. We were sent a PIN number ahead of time and assumed that was the code for the door, but it turned out not to be. The actual entry code is hidden within a message containing more detailed instructions. We ended up needing to call for assistance, and while the person we spoke to was helpful, it still took a bit of back and forth to figure it all out. Once we found the right message, we were able to get in without any further trouble. All in all, it was a good stay with just a few bumps in the road. With a clearer check-in process, this would have been a great experience.
Ooh my Good it was perfect thou it wasn’t en-suit but it was clean and neat. Thank you
Clean
Couldn’t work the tv, no staff were there and they didn’t reply to my texts. I spoke with Patrick on the phone but he couldn’t help me!
Good potential as a self-service temporary accommodation - freedom of access to kitchen facilities and cleaning facilities - location to Lidl supermarket and trams to city - unfortunately had to leave he below review on this occasion.
The arrival at this 'self-service' temporary accommodation was quite inpersonal and very dependent on personal registered smart phones working and receiving email notifications for access and door code, etc - on arrival - rotting meat in fridge - mould and very out of of date packaged food - not completely clean bedding and of poor quality 100% polyester and very cheap. Proximity to worse aspects of socially deteriorating Tallaght Square with many close encounters with your gangs, drunken and drug addled behaviour in the area and on trams to Tallaght and city - other occupants extremely unhygienic and taking more personal space in shared facilities (refrigerator, cupboards, unwashed items for days in kitchen sinks, dried stipple and projected half chewed food, etc shower screens, wash hand basins, taps, etc - aggressive and quick tempered behaviour from other long term occupants, etc etc - and all the consequences of same. This all may have been just an unfortunate combination of problems and issues relating to a 'bad month' of incompatible tenants, an unnoticed lack of hygiene, and strange behaviour of longer-term guests, which was a shame as the property could have been a good solution when seeking affordable temporary accommodation in the area.
One of the best accommodation experiences ever. Host is both friendly and welcoming whilst also maintaining extremely high standards of professionalism. The house is tastefully decorated with all mod cons, a very comfortable bed, whilst cleanliness and hygiene as well as household maintenance of appliances and heating etc are clearly a top priority to the host. This accommodation really is greater than the sum of its parts and I recommend it in the strongest possible terms
Very beautiful area ❤
Hause very good nice
Good Cooking Facilities, showers were good. (Shared)
Walked into one room which was dirty on arrival, bins weren’t taken out and food crumbs on the bed. Moved to a second room and same story. Eventually the third room the owner gave us was actually clean. Moved back to the first room on the last night and the room was still dirty, luckily a cleaner was around at the time. Had to ask for the room to be serviced again.
It was clean. Bed was comfortable
Shared bathroom The bathroom was busy Filling out forms beforehand, uploading ID
Peaceful environment for us
All perfect for me, I have no complaints
Nice room for the price not very big though.Nice kitchen with a lot of amenities to cook if you like as well and a nice neighborhood.
Pillowcases and sheets where not clean it had a smell of used and also hairs. The toilet was clean but because it's used by others that have no idea how to use a shower or a toilet it was dirty. The toilet was cleaned by the staff every 2-3 days
The real environment is the same as the photo shown in the detail page. The room is quite good and the position is near the Tram station, it only took me 20 minutes to the city center
Very clean
No Tv in room
The cleanliness of the room and bathroom were good. The train station was close by, about 3 minutes walking. Also has a LIDL about 2 mins walking. The bed was comfortable.
The room felt a bit small. It was quite far from city center (45 mins by train). It is also about 30kms from the airport which means, get ready to pay at least 60€ for a taxi ride there.
Nice comfortable clean place, tram close by supermarket and coffee shop even closer.30 minutes to o'connell street €5.20 return
A little bit noisy in the down stairs room with people walking around on laminate floor,,but tbf I was in bed early for work and they where on hollifay
The most beautiful place you can get for this price in Dublin! Very kind personnel, comfortable room and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances free to use. Much recommended, really enjoyed the stay!!
Other residents were trying to be quiet and respectful, as were we, but you could hear everything in this property as no soundproofing. Area itself was quiet and felt safe.
Didn’t sleep a wink. Had earplugs but could still hear noise and the room was stifling and needed a fan even though window was fully open.
Great location, we have a market, Lidi, Pharmacy, coffee shop, everything on the corner, very close. Fantastic room, very comfortable, good size, tv and many, many many bathroom in the house, like a suite, kitchen have all equipment, oven, microwave, plates, cups, fridge, toast, coffee machine and is huge, landlord very kindly and quickly answer. Thank you a lot. Ps: the cleaner is very kind and friendly.
Nothing.
The location was great to use the tram into town. There were plenty clean bathrooms.
The room was small and had no place to unpack or store luggage. The bed was a little uncomfortable.
Nice kitchen facilities.
Room seemed like a quick setup. Two beds, no TV, sliding glass doors to cemented patio/yard. No chairs. Night tables at opposite ends of the bed. Shared bathroom.
Everything you need for a short stay. Very easy remote check-in and check-out.
Quite far from main attractions, but good choice for the money.
location close to tram stop is good. Parking is good
We had a lot of communication problems which were at least partly my fault. This is partly because of the extra complication when Bookings.com is used. The door lock system was too high tech (relative to other places I have stayed). for me and another person I spoke with who could not get in until someone inside let them in. However, the instructions are clear once you understand them.
Stayed in single room. Clean, bright and comfortable.
I assumed shared bathroom meant no ensuite. Actually is a shared bathroom and kitchen in a (very clean and well equipped) hostel. I just found the advertisement wasn't clear about the fact that you would be sharing the house with others That being said I had no issues during the stay. The kitchen is fantastic and the complimentary tea, coffee and snacks in kitchen was much appreciated.
Very clean, great communication from the host. Felt very safe
Lovely experience. Even though we had a bit of an issue with hair straighteners (wifes fault) the staff were spot on. Cheers
Location to shops.
Hygiene questionable. Bathrooms are communal and it didn't appear to be disinfected. No shelving so clean clothes had to go on floor. Cold water only the first night until plumbers came the next day to fix and used our room as a thorough fare to access areas. Care taker smoked in doors and fridge was foul smelling.
The quiet environment
Nothing really because our stay was very short
Everything else great!
Unfortunately, No toilet paper provision
Location was ideal with transport links and local supermarket and shops as well as the Square was nearby. The area was really nice and quite as well as the property itself it was well thought out and finished to a high standard with good final touches
Maybe a fresh towel every other day, but I'm sure if i asked it would have been provided.
We did not stay there - we expected a Hotel or a B and B something like that this was a house in a residential area which was no where near where we needed to be - your posting said 5 miles from where we needed but it was way further than that.
The location and the fact that the pictures made it look like a hotel room but it was in a residential area in a part of Dublin our relatives refused to take us to, we saw the house it was not what we expected or what the profile led us to believe it was. I also didnt like all the personal data they insisted on, now I know that it was not a managed property it was just self service and noone would be there if we had a problem.
Clean and tidy. Kitchen facilities were really handy. Plenty of bathrooms so never had to wait to take a shower or use the toilet. Parking outside and close to the property was free and safe. Luas Station just a few mins walk away. Coffee shop and supermarket less than 5 mins walk.
Staying in the attic room, it was a little bit warm in the room on a hot summer night.
