Étant un grand voyageur et ayant séjourné dans une cinquantaine d’auberges de jeunesse à travers le monde, je peux dire sincèrement que Nomads Hostel Tunis fait partie de mes meilleures expériences. J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux, la propreté, la gentillesse, la générosité et le professionnalisme de toute l’équipe. Un grand merci tout spécialement à Chaima, Amine et Ghofrane pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Vous avez vraiment contribué à rendre mon séjour agréable et mémorable. Bravo à toute l’équipe de Nomads Hostel ! Je recommande vivement cette auberge et j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir.

I had such a wonderful stay at Nomads Hostel! The atmosphere was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, and I genuinely felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The staff were kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The hostel has a lovely social atmosphere, so it’s also a great place to meet people and connect with other travelers. After five nights, it honestly started to feel a little like home. I’m very grateful for the experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Tunis. ❤️ Amin and Hasan made my stay very memorable,their genuine love for their work and hospitality was beyond imagine. I am happy this was my first hostel experience and I know it won't be the last one.

Do atendimento na recepção. Cheguei hiper cansado da viagem e o funcionário me atendeu com muita lentidão. Me levou até o quarto, não reparou que não havia preparado uma toalha para mim...

Nomad Hostel very social hostel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. They even had a movie night one night of my stay. Staff is on site 24/7. There is a large kitchen and plenty of outdoor space. Not sure about kitchen amenities but lots of people were cooking. Bunks are comfortable and I slept really well. The area is quiet at night. The dorm room had a bathroom and there was another option on the ground floor.

A long walk to the train station. Not a bad walk to the Medina. There are no cafes nearby at night. Or none that I could find so get food on the way back.

The location although was very calm and peaceful it was in an area where we couldn’t find much to do and i wish they were more activities inside the hostel

I had an amazing stay at Hostel Nomads! I felt so comfortable, and the place was incredibly clean and welcoming. A big thank you to Ghofrane and Amine for their kindness, warm hospitality, and helpfulness. I truly recommend this place! ❤️

No alcohol - this isnt a big problem but it definitely needs to be listed under 'house rules'.

مكان جميل ونظيف لكن تعرضت فيه لسوء، المعاملة الشاب وصلت اولا الساعة العاشرة مساء وكان عندي حجز مسبق المكان بعيد عن وسط المدينة لم يعرفه احد من سائقي التاكسيات. واعتمدت على غوغل ماب لتوجيه السائق وكان ممكن الحجز في،فنادق قريبة من وسط المدينة تبين فيما بعد انها ارخص، واقرب من كل ماتحتاجه.عند الوصول تفاجأت ان المكان بعيد والشوارع فارغة جدا .دخلت وكان الاستقبال بارد فمجرد الدخول طلب مني الموظف بطريقة غير محترمة ازالة الحذاء،علما انه كان ممكن يتكلم بطريقة افضل ويطلب من الضيف مشكورا ازالة الحذاء .صعدت وسألته عن سعر التكلفة بالدولار فأعاطني السعر وعندما. أردت الاداء قال انه لايقبل الدولار .قدمت له جواز السفر وصور جمبع الصفحات بنا فيها الصفحات التي تتضمن ختم شرطة الحدود فأخبرته انه ليس، من حقه ان يصور الصفحات الاخرى باستثناء الصفحة الاولى وحتى هذه الصفحة تتضمن معلومات شخصية وليس،من حقه تصويرها بل تسجيل المعلومات الواردة فيها فقط .فقال لي انها اجراءات امنية .فقلت له انني رابع مرة ازور تونس وانني فد حجزت في عشرات الفنادق وانني لم اتعرض ابدا لمثل هذه المعاملة ولم يسبق لاحد ان صور صفحات اخرى من جواز السغر .فبدأ تحقيقا كأنني في النيابة واراد ان يعرف الفناظق الاي زرتها قبل اعطيته اليورو لكنه أخبرني ان الباقي سيرجعه بالدينار فكانت مناسبة للرفض والانسحاب خاصة ان الشاب كان يفتقد لابسط ابجديات التواصل مع الآخرين ربما يتواصل فقط مع الاجانب باحترام .نصيحة للأخ الذي أظنه فشل ان يكون محقق او شرطي ادرس جيدا لعل وعسى تحصل على معدل يؤهلك لهذه المهنة رغم ان الاستقبال غي فندق ايضا يحتاج إلى دراسة وتواصل يؤهلك للتعامل مع الاخرين .نصيحة للعرب خليو هذا الفندق للنصارى لانهم اولى منكم به ويحظون بالاحترام فيه أكثر منكم

The hostel is in a residential part of the city and is very well maintained. The staff—Amid, Hassan, and others—are attentive, offer helpful guidance, and foster a great atmosphere. I met some very interesting people. The rooms and common areas are air-conditioned and comfortable. Excellent value for the money.

Although it is well-located, it isn't particularly close to the train station, and the metro station is about 15 minutes away. It is an area of ​​the city built on a hillside, so you have to walk up and down slopes—though nothing excessive.

Clean, comfortable lounge, well-equipped kitchen and a nice outdoor area. They also organized dome activities in the evenings and the communal.lounge area was a place to make friends with other travelers.

I booked a mixed dorm as it was cheaper than the female only one, then they tried to persuade me to move to the all female one. I would have if the same price. It's not just this hostel but I don't get why women have to pay extra for the privilege of staying with other females. I think also it would be nice if the hostel could offer an optional simple breakfast for extra cost. There is one offered but just cake and bread which isn't at all nutritious and some people cannot eat this. Eggs, tea or coffee and a salad or fruit would be a good idea..

Nice .cozy .staf are great. But sugar is definitely better

Here is a hostel that knows it's a hostel, designed to cater to your Tunis experience. The upstairs rooms are spacious and probably worth the extra money. The kitchen was perfect for all your cooking needs, and even when it got crowded, it was an enjoyable social experience. Some cute cats and a doggo live here! The rooftop was awesome! They let me leave my luggage here for a few days when I went to Djerba, which saved me money. Between the staff and the tourists, I met some incredible people here who are now my friends for life, so for that reason, Nomads Hostel Tunisia will stay in my heart forever.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable, at times, it hardly worked. How can you call yourself "Nomads Hostel" when the connection was so atrocious? Trying to book a flight was panic-inducing! Dogs barking at night kept me awake. The beds in the big dorm were covered in a crinkly material, and the shower was terrible—no hot water one morning, and nowhere to hang your stuff. A shelf for the top bunk would go a long way.

Pros: * Very friendly and welcoming staff * Good AC, especially appreciated during hot days * Cold bottled water available for just 1 TND * Large lockers with plenty of storage space—I easily fit both my backpack and daypack inside * About a 20-minute walk to the Medina

Cons: * The property has resident cats (and at least one dog), but this is not mentioned anywhere in the listing. If you have pet allergies, this is important information. I had allergy medication with me, so it was manageable, but the accommodation should clearly disclose this in the description. * WiFi was unreliable, so I would recommend getting a local SIM card if you need a stable internet connection.

Everything in this place is amazing i really like the vibe

Excellent location, 5 minutes from the louagge station. Staff were wonderful, theyw ill make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. You will meet wonderful people, make great friends and memories along the way. They have done a great job with this hostel, they really care.

Best hotel I've stayed at in a while! So polite and amenable -- communication was world-class. The hotel is clean, airy, and a quick walk to the Petra gate. Facilities are great, AC strong, and the rooms have great comfortable beds. Amazing value for money!

I can't fault a thing!

Perfect hostel for young travelers looking for a lively and social atmosphere and to meet new people. The property is beautiful and full of character. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming.

However, the hostel is dirty, really dirty, and it definitely needs some maintenance and better care.

Meilleur endroit pour faire des rencontres! La Tunisie ne possède pas beaucoup d’hostels et en commençant mon voyage autour du pays ici, j’ai eu la chance de rencontrer plusieurs personnes avec qui j’ai partagé un bout de périple, ce qui a rendu le tout beaucoup plus agréable. Personnel gentil et aidant. Chambre et salles de bain propres. Air climatisé disponile. Espaces communs agréables. Plusieurs informations fournies sur les choses à faire et voir autour de Tunis.

Plusieurs moustiques dans l’hébergement. Emplacement assez éloigné des attraits et des gares de transport. Le personnel commence tard le matin. Peu de crochets dans la chambre.

Un po' fuori dal centro e intorno si fatica a trovare da mangiare. Un consiglio mettere una tenda cosi da nn bagnare tutto, inutile la tenda sulla porta del bagno.

Tres grand et tres propre, plusieurs espaces extérieurs et intérieurs bien aménagées et spacieuses. Lave-linge et place pour étendre sur le toît. Excellente hostel et parfaite côté sociale.

Das ganze Setup war wirklich wunderbar, sehr kommunikativ, die Räumlichkeiten mit Garten in einer Villa sehr großzügig, charmant und elegant, nette Katzen, Hunde und Vögel , nette Reisende mit Niveau und Charme, viele gesprächige Einzelreisende, sehr interessante Gäste. Das Personal anfangs und zum Teil etwas ruppig und arrogant, nach Kennenlernen freundlicher. Alles hat eine sehr familiäre Ausstrahlung. Und die gemeinsame Küche und Terrasse trägt viel zum Kommunikation zwischen den Gästen bei. Auch gut geeignet für Langzeitgäste. Ich hätte dort Wochen bleiben können. Ein Ort, an den man sich erinnert.

Es un Hostel maravilloso. Muy bien equipado. Hasan y Amin son dos chicos excelentes. Muy atentos y amigables. Es uno de los mejores hostels en los que estuve.

Tal vez lo único que podría criticar es la ubicación. Estaba a unos 20 minutos del centro pero no es problema porque se puede caminar tranquilamente.

The movie night and table tennis until 11pm was a bit loud and disturbing when you want to go to bed.

Host molto gentili e disponibili, danno molti suggerimenti. C'è anche un garage piccolino. La stanza è fresca e c'é l'aria condizionata. 20 minuti a piedi dalla medina.

Struttura molto sporca, bagno terribile. Wifi funziona malissimo.

Konum çok da iyi değil açıkçası. Özellikle ülkede topu taşımanın iyi olmadığını düşünürsek. Sürekli taksi kullanmak gerekiyor. Üst katta birden fazla wi-fi var sürekli kopuyor hangisi çalışıyor diye sürekli ağ değiştirmek lazım.

very friendly staff ,very clean ,spacious with bright room -in fact i was in tunisia for 20 days first 4 days of my stay in tunis was at other accommodation as nomad hostel was fully booked-on the last day of my trip i was booked this hostel and i was surprised with this beautiful accommodation, the area around is very quiet and you feel you are in france -bit far from medina but ok- on my request they even provide me extra pillow

i was there just for 1 night ,but as per my observation there was nothing which i did not like-best place in tunis

Nothing serious,my stay was good overall, but It would be even better if there were more organized outside activities during the week, but I enjoyed my time here

The place was clean, the bathroom was good, and the people there were friendly.

The only issue was the poor treatment by some reception staff; I felt a kind of racism as a Moroccan, though I don't know why.

Our garden house and the natural setting was magnificent! The residents in the hostel feel like a stay in a community! A great atmosphere and lots of personal attention and quality assurance is provided!

Abbiamo soggiornato al Nomad Hostel di Tunisi in una camera matrimoniale privata e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’ostello è curato, pulito e dispone di diverse aree relax davvero piacevoli. Il personale è molto gentile e accogliente, l’atmosfera è simpatica e socievole, perfetta per incontrare altri viaggiatori. Presente anche il Wi-Fi e la via in cui si trova è molto tranquilla, con possibilità di parcheggiare facilmente nelle vicinanze. Consigliato!

The building itself is very beautiful, with some lovely viewpoints and a great garden. I didn’t use any of the shared amenities but it seemed to have a lot of them. The front desk staff recommended a good, affordable restaurant in a very local neighborhood.

Unfortunately my room had a terrible cat smell, as if a cat had gone in and peed in a corner somewhere. Although the sheets felt clean the room itself didn’t feel that clean. The reservation mentioned a terrace but it was more a balcony.

Çok geniş, temiz ve konforlu. Merkeze 4 km uzaklıkta taksilerle 4 Dt ulaşım sağlanıyor. Metro istasyonuna da çok yakın.Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve tatlı. Köpekleri var tatlış. Köpek fobisi olanlar için zor bir yer. Keşke biraz daha merkezi olabilseydi.

Tabelası çok küçük ve sokak girişinde ya da belli noktalarda hostele dair tabela olmaması bulunmasını güç yapıyor. Bunu revize edebilirler

Stuff were really nice! Hostel design is good, love all the balconies, and everywhere quite clean.

It’s not far from medina but quite far from Sidi Bou said and airport.
