Localisation exceptionnelle, un très bon rapport qualité prix, le patron de l'hôtel très serviable et sympathique. Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse face aux bassins de travertin, très copieux.... tout est très propre et bien entretenu. je vous le recommande 👍🏻

El personal es amabilisimo, te ayudan en lo que necesites. La terraza del ultimo piso es perfecta, con vistas a los travertinos siendo un sitio perfecto para ver sobrevolar los globos al amanecer. Ofrecen parking gratuito aunque es en la calle. Pero bueno, por lo menos te aseguras un sitio donde aparcar.

Me da mucha pena poner esta reseña porque el personal era muy amable, pero el hotel necesita una renovacion. Nuestra habitacion era muy pequeña, no podiamos ni abrir las maletas. La ducha no funcionaba bien, la tele no iba, las camas incomodas, la almohada... pero lo que es peor es que nos machacaron los mosquitos. La ventana del baño no cerraba bien y la puerta principal tiene una pequeña abertura en la parte de abajo por donde entraban los mosquitos. Amanecimos llenos de picotazos. Suerte que solo tuvimos que dormir aqui una noche.

La struttura è molto basica, camere molto piccole non riusciamo neanche ad aprire le valigie. Un solo comodino e non due,un bagno tutto di plastica dalla porta al asse del gabinetto. La colazione tremenda, marmellate confezionate cattive, pane gommoso caffè imbevibile.

Hotel piuttosto vecchio ma pulito, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. La cosa migliore è stata la colazione sulla terrazza con vista sui travertini bianchi davvero uno spettacolo.

Our host was so friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to make us stay wonderful. The location is the best in Pamukkale. It is right in front of the travertine’s and the hot air balloons go right past at 6am.

La posizione, direttamente davanti all'entrata pedonale del sito. Abbiamo avuto un accoglienza super, siamo arrivati in 3 moto e ci hanno garantito un parcheggio in sicurezza, anche se si trova all'aperto. Ci hanno persino fatto fare il check out entro le ore 12.30 lasciandoci le stanze a disposizione per una doccia dopo la visita del sito prima della nostra partenza. Personale disponibilissimo

Wir haben zwei Nächte im Şahin Hotel verbracht und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Hotel ist familiengeführt und genau das merkt man vom ersten Moment an. Die Besitzer sind unglaublich herzlich, jederzeit vor Ort und helfen bei jeder Frage oder jedem Anliegen weiter. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns die Sauberkeit. Die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sind sehr gepflegt und hygienisch. Außerdem gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Hotel, was für Reisende mit dem Auto natürlich ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Hierapolis und die berühmten Kalksteinterrassen von Pamukkale befinden sich praktisch direkt vor der Tür. Ein kleiner Tipp für alle Besucher: Fahrt mit dem Taxi zum Nordeingang der antiken Stadt Hierapolis und beginnt eure Besichtigung dort. So könnt ihr die gesamte Anlage in Ruhe erkunden und lauft anschließend über die wunderschönen Kalksteinterrassen bergab. Am Ende kommt ihr direkt in der Nähe des Şahin Hotels heraus – unserer Meinung nach die angenehmste und schönste Route. Vielen Dank an die Familie des Şahin Hotels für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

La chambre était exiguë, la salle de bain très serrée, aucune place pour poser les affaires, le balcon minuscule, c’était très bruyant et les matériaux utilisés de piètre qualité. Le petit déjeuner était basique et pas varié. Ça ne valait pas le prix qu’on payé! 114 euros avec balcon

Just by the entrance. So I went up to swim twice. In cleopatra pool.. as we arrived before 6pm and before leaving in the morning. Breakfast is minimal but nice. If like us you want a place to stay for a night or two is a lovely place. Staff are kind and carried our luggage upstairs, rooms were clean and good air-conditioning with a balcony with view. Could see the balloons from our balcony at 5am.

The room are small but practical, would be nice to have a little extra table. Also, there is a little swimming pool next door but they charge you. Would be nice if hotel could do a deal with them for their guests with children.

Breakfast was well catered and their service was excellent. Staff were willing to help in anyway. Balcony was great though small to sit on. We were very close to attractions and services.

Only had stair access to upper rooms which meant bags had to be carried. Owners were very accomodating to help though.

Great location, very nice view from the breakfast area. Rooms were clean and comfortable., and the staff was very helpful in arranging transport for us.

The rooms are very small (and we are not large people!) We had to get chairs from the hall to put up our suitcases to make room. I would stay here again but would opt for a larger room.

I proprietari dell hotel sono stati molto ospitali e gentili,ci hanno permesso di effettuare molte ore prima il check in ed entrare nella nostra camera, abbiamo anticipato la colazione non avendo potuto usufruire il giorno dopo,vista la partenza programmata in mattinata presto. Migliorerei la pulizia della stanza e aggiungerei una base d'appoggio. Anche la colazione,molto minimal. Comunque per la posizione è ottima

The hotel is good, well located facing the travertine pools in Pamukkale. It is also very clean and well maintained. The staff are very polite and attentive.

There are quite a lot of stairs to access the rooms. Although the staff helped us with our luggage, there were still three flights of stairs, and the staircase does not feel very safe as the floor is quite slippery. If you have mobility concerns or heavy luggage, it is better to request a lower floor. The room and the twin beds are quite small for two people, and there is no proper furniture to place or organize luggage, which made things a bit inconvenient.

The location. In the room balcony we can see the hot air balloon flying over, we were very excited.

В день нашего приезда было +13 и в номере было холодно, кондиционер спасал, но в ванной комнате было холодно. Кофе на завтраке не особо вкусный.

Sahin hotel is conveniently located near the terminal pool park just a 5 minute walk to the entrance of the park. We had a beautiful view from the mountains in our rooms and could see balloons fly over in the morning. The hotel is a family hotel runned by father & son. They were very attentive and we had a standard breakfast every morning. The room is perfect for a short stay but if staying longer would start to feel cramped. We also discovered further down the road where the little coaches stop an amazing aziatic restaurant named asian kitchen where we ended up eating all the days we had. The travel from Denizli to the hotel was also very easy and convenient not paying big bugs for transportation but just as the locals.

The food options were very limited to our choice and we did not like the restaurant just in front of the hotel that was recommended to us. The rooms are on a smaller size and sleeps max 2 people.

The warm welcome and excellent service from the hotel staff who could not do enough for us.

No lift, staırcases are very steep and a bit dangerous, the room are bare and somehow sad, the bed linen were stained, we stayed two nights and the room hasn’t been made… very basic breakfast. Not really worth the price.

Room was very small - one side of double bed hard up against side wall so had to climb over bed if needing the toilet during the night No lift - had to lug suitcases up two flights of spiral stairs.

The location was brilliant with views of the terraces from the balcony. The entry was only about 5-7 walks from the hotel. Staff were helpful and the bed was very comfortable.

Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo l’hotel, anche se purtroppo abbiamo potuto trascorrerci solo una notte (e non abbiamo avuto il tempo di provare la piscina, extra fantastico!). Camera semplice ma confortevole, dotata di frigo, aria condizionata e phon per capelli. Buona colazione turca. Location stupenda a due passi dall’ingresso sud. Personale gentilissimo. Siamo stati benissimo!

Nulla da segnalare, solo le rampe di scale per salire alle stanze in caso di persone con difficoltà motorie.

Pamukkale Şahin Hotel was such a pleasant surprise. I didn’t have much time to research hotels in Pamukkale and initially chose this one for the view, and I’m so glad I did. We arrived early morning after a long bus ride from Cappadocia, and the front desk staff (Sorry I forgot his name!) was incredibly kind and helpful. He upgraded our room to one with a view and even allowed us to check in much earlier than the standard time, a lifesaver since we could rest before exploring. The hotel’s location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. If you start your tour from the South Gate and exit at the gate in front of the hotel, you’ll end your day right where you can relax instantly. There are great local restaurants just beside the hotel delicious and surprisingly affordable, the cheapest (and among the best) meals we had during our Turkey trip. But the highlight? Waking up to the sight of hot air balloons floating over Pamukkale — the exact picture I had in mind when dreaming of Turkey. It’s not a fancy hotel, but it’s one of the most authentic and heartwarming places I’ve stayed. Highly recommended!

Que está justo al lado del parque y la atención de sus empleados y dueño es excelente, súper atentos y amables. Nos quedamos en la habitación con balcón que puedes tener las vistas maravillosas a las 7:00 de los globos.

The location was excellent- our tiny balcony looked out to the park and travertines, and in the morning we woke to the surprise and thrill of hot air balloons drifting right past us! The breakfast in the terrace overlooking the park and travertines was good. Staff were friendly and helpful with good English too. Parking was appreciated.

The room/ bathroom ( wet shower room) is very small, otherwise nothing.

Vielleicht nicht von der Ausstattung - aber in jedem Fall von der Lage das abgehobenste Hotel in der Stadt, Zimmer teilweise mit Balkon mit Sicht direkt auf die Sinterterrassen. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber, der Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und das Frühstück auf der Aussichtsterrasse echt lecker! Uns wurde ein eigener Parkplatz auf der Straße zugewiesen, danke! Durch die zurückgesetzte Lage in der zweiten Reihe werden die Straßengeräusche gedämpft (nachts eh kein Thema).
