In Gouna, overall not for the property the only thing I didn't like is the access to the open sea

Lagoon water doesn’t look nice for swimming, if you have car you can hit the popular beaches.

The owner informed me the reserved apartment in pictures is not available due to broken AC that might take up to two days to be fixed and offered me another one with less amenities, 1st floor (not ground). The apartment wasn't clean and the furniture requires revamping. And with no terrace over looking lagoon or the psciene. The bathroom drainage always clogged.
