The rooms are very small, the elevator is tiny, and the bearded staff member at the reception is very indifferent; in short, coming to this hotel is a huge mistake.

The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Istanbul, especially since it is located in Taksim. The room was very clean, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The staff were also extremely kind and welcoming. I would especially like to mention Ahmed, who welcomed me upon arrival. He is a very kind and attentive person, always welcoming guests with a warm smile and ready to offer help, explanations, and assistance whenever needed. He is honest, trustworthy, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

The location is ideal, close to the metro station and to many restaurants.

Very outdated, room was dark and so small, there wasn’t room to put luggage anywhere. The bathroom did not look clean. The ac emitted a musty moldy smell when turned on. I left after one night of a five night prepaid reservation.

The hotel’s housekeeping is excellent; the room is always spotless whenever I return from going out. The breakfast is delicious—I really enjoyed it. The location is right next to Taksim Square, just a 3-minute walk to the metro and about 5 minutes to the bus stop; the T1 tram is roughly a 17-minute walk away. Plus, İstiklal Avenue is just across Taksim Square—it’s a fantastic place to explore!

It was a bit of a shame that there was only one elevator, and the room was on the small side—I feel it’s best suited for a single occupant—but the friendly staff and excellent location make me want to book here again!

Easily approve of early check in and late check out . 24/7 free drinks at the restaurant. Its location in Taksim beside everything around .. Beds are comfortable Good breakfast with various dishes everyday.

Not stable wifi Firstly I was sent to a room with a broken down kettle , no plug for lighting , AC was bad I was transferred to another better room , only with broken wardrobe door ... But it wasn't a problem for me . It was told that there is Netflix service , but it didn't work . There were no much electricity plugs in the room or USB chargers .

*Dagelijks gevarieerd ontbijt, het was super lekker! *Dagelijks verschoonde kamer. *Personeel heel erg vriendelijk en hulpzaam, met name receptiepersoneel, bedankt voor alles! *Dichtbij havabushalte naar airport en taksimplein, loopafstand niet eens 3 min.

A delicious and varied breakfast selection every day, with excellent juices, coffee, and other beverages. The location is wonderful—very close to everything—and easy to navigate, even for a first-time visitor. Whenever questions arose, the staff provided immediate, accurate, and reliable information. I was very pleased with the hotel staff.

It would be nice to have a bidet sprayer, as they are standard in the country I come from. Otherwise, I have no complaints. I also have no issues with the staff.

Bed was a bit hard

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the metro station and Istiklal Street. The area is quiet, beautiful, clean, and convenient. All the staff were excellent and very friendly, especially Ahmed and Radwan at the reception, who were extremely helpful and cooperative. Ahmed at the restaurant was also very calm, kind, and helpful. Overall, all the hotel staff were lovely and welcoming. I also really loved the beautiful and distinctive scent of the hotel, which always made the atmosphere feel fresh and pleasant.

The hotel elevator was a little small, but it was not really an issue except when a large group of guests needed to use it at the same time.

Good location.

Only one lift/elevator and was too small to carry more than 2 people. Morning shift staff were nice and helpful but evening staff were rude. Don't get fooled by google map ratings as the staff asks you to rate them. They came during my breakfast and stood above my head while I was eating just to fill up the rating and comments on google maps. It was inappropriate, rude and embarrassing at the same time.

موقع الفندق متاسب قريب من تقسيم ومن وسائل التنقل والباصات الخاصه للمطار الطاقم كان ودود ومتعاون الفطور كان جيد الغرفه حجمها بالنسبه الى باقي الفنادق جيده كل يوم ينظفوا الغرقه بدون ان تطلب منهم

الحمام ليس بالنظافه المطلوبه . يوجد مصعد واحد فقط يكغي لشخصين .

A truly wonderful experience at Aven Taksim Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and ideally located in Taksim. What impressed me most was the staff’s kindness, warm smiles, and genuine care for the comfort of their guests. I would especially like to thank Manager Ahmed, a highly respectful and professional person who was extremely helpful and attentive to every detail of the guests’ stay. His dedication reflects the hotel’s professionalism and excellent management. Honestly, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would like to thank all the staff for their outstanding hospitality. I will definitely visit the hotel again when I return to Istanbul

The Hotel location is great, and the staff are great. The breakfast is very good. Coffee, tea, and juice are available around the clock in the hotel restaurant for free.

There are different room sizes. Check before you take your room. Rooms that end with 3,4 and 5 are usually the biggest in space.

The hotel’s location is the only positive point about this place.

The hotel was extremely poor in terms of cleanliness. We stayed for one week, and the trash and hair on the stairs remained there until our last day — meaning the stairs were not cleaned even once during the entire week. The room was supposedly cleaned every day, but the trash and stains on the floor stayed exactly where they were even after “cleaning”. In the end, the only thing they actually did was straighten the blankets on the bed. The used bathroom towels were never replaced; they were simply folded and put back in their place. Our room was extremely small and cramped, with no window and a very low ceiling — if you touched your hair, your hand would hit the ceiling. Breakfast was very basic. During the whole week, I requested an iron almost every day, sometimes twice a day. Each time they said it was “in another room”, and in the end they never gave me an iron at all.

WiFi was horrible. We would be disconnected every 5mins and we would need to reconnect each time. Even though I had reported that to them but nothing changed till the end. AC would brake down during the night while we sleeping and we need to turn it off and on for it to work properly again.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Emre at the front desk and Haci Ahmet in the restaurant. The rooms are clean but a bit small. The location is great. The breakfast is excellent.

On the first visit we were given a room with no windows, but this was remedied on the second visit

i didn't like the cleaning services since the cleaning lady threw off my orchid plants which i brought from the UK while cleaning the room. They shouldn't touch a customer belongings and worst to throw it away but the hotel has compensated for that issue.

Perfect Location, helpful staff and the good service

Every thing is great and I except having one small elevator and the breakfast was average plus I booked a city view room and I was given backside room though the booking details emphasized city view room.

the location was phenomenal, close to everywhere and right next to taksim and istiklal street, the rooms were also modern and new but the economy rooms were kinda small and the roof was very low, we hit our heads several times. The ac was good as well.

La posizione

The location close to Havaist bus stop to both airports - that was the main reason of booking this hotel. Breakfast is good, not amazing, but you can find some options. In general the room was clean.

I booked a room with big bed, I got a room with 2 separate beds :( The shower hose was leaking and spraying the water all around, was not in a good state. The door of the shower was not closing. Also, the water was not going down to drain, probably it wad clogged. Same case for the sink… Air conditioner was not functioning and looks like it is really old. It was not possible to keep the window open at night, because the street is too noisy, so I had to sleep with no fresh air in the room. Remote control for TV was also not working properly… Also, the staff didn’t even help to bring the luggage to the room (in other hotels I usually had this help), they didn’t even ask if I need any help..

كانت اول ليلة لم استطيع النوم فيها بسبب رائحة المجاري و اولت تغيير الغرفه واخبروني ان فئة الحجز لدي هي هذه الغرفه وباقي الغرفه لا يستطيعون الترقيه بسبب ان الفندق كله محجوز وحاولت حتى الترقيه على حسابي ومبلغ مالي ولكن رفضوا بحجة الفندق محجوز بالكامل لذلك تاكد ان يكون حجزك بالادوار العلويه وان يكون هناك شباك للتهويه

commençant par l'accueil qui était exceptionnel, tout le personnel était incroyablement chaleureux, bienveillant et toujours aux petits soins. ​La chambre était une véritable parenthèse de confort, d'une propreté irréprochable. La literie de grande qualité nous a permis de passer des nuits particulièrement reposantes. ​De plus, les services proposés étaient impeccables du début à la fin. Le petit-déjeuner était non seulement copieux, mais aussi préparé avec des produits frais et variés. L'atmosphère générale de l'établissement dégage une vraie sérénité, et on sent que chaque détail est pensé pour le bien-être des clients. ​C'est un séjour tout simplement parfait, et je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés

В целом номер хорош за свою стоимость. Небольшой, поживший, в ванне было тесновато, кровать удобная. Завтраки были включены, неплохие. Лифт один, но он есть, на 3х человек максимум, малютка, могут быть небольшие очереди.

Место туристическое, хоть и центр, но в округе все заведения оверпрайс. Вы не можете ничего себе приготовить в номере, а заведения в радиусе километра будут х2-х3 оверпрайс, с накрученными отзывами. За счёт этого Стамбул не понравился, остались ощущения, что просто доили, где могли. Я бы выбрал другую локацию, если бы знал до заселения

The location is great and central, and the staff are very helpful.

The location of the hotel was great since it was near Taksim. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were awesome. I absolutely loved the fact that tea, coffee and fruit juices were available for free throughout the day. The building was very nice and clean.

The economy double bedroom wasn't great. It was dingy, the ceiling too low and the air was dank inside. Also it was separated from ground floor with stairs instead of an elevator. I couldn't find a ventilator inside the bathroom so whenever someone would took a shower, the whole room would fill with steam. Even though a minibar was listed in the room's facilities, it wasn't working, so we couldn't keep food inside. The beds' mattresses were also too soft. So, I don't really recommend this specific room unless your number 1 priority is saving money. I hope the other rooms of the hotel would be better.

The staff first of all, at the reception, at the breakfast space, the cleaning ladies, very helpful and gentile. The location is perfect, in the center of taksim near to the metro. The breakfast was really nice. The beds very comfortable. I'll definitely come again at this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 7 days. The property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. Every part of the property was thoughtfully designed, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I truly felt at home and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. I would be happy to return in the future

We booked 3 days staycations. We arrived late the first day and were told full here already. We felt tired and frustrated but the reception manager was very nice and helped to arrange an upgraded hotel in same groups. A little bit noisy compared to this hotel but got free massage for free. That made our day!!! If I will have holidays here again, I will still choose Aven hotel, strongly recommend !

Ubicación perfecta, todo muy limpio, smart TV, el desayuno rico, staff muy amable sobretodo el personal de día.

Sería bueno que las cortinas pudieran hacer black out. Entra mucha luz para los que no podemos dormir con la luz fuerte.

A fogadó része nagyon szép, a hotel nagyon jó helyen van, hangszigetelés tökéletes, reggeli svédasztalos van választék, a személyzet fele kedves ( maneger és a reggelizető hölgy, takarítók), a többiek max köszönnek. Tea, kávé, 24 órában ingyen fogyasztható! A közelben jobbnál jobb éttermek, biztonságos, barátságos utcák. Tömegközlekedés szempontjából is hibátlan, reptérről busz megy oda és vissza.

A fürdőszobára ráférne egy kisebb esztétikai felújítás.
