Die Bilder des Hotels sind offensichtlich nicht mehr aktuell und vermitteln einen deutlich besseren Eindruck, als es vor Ort tatsächlich ist. Das Zimmer machte einen sehr ungepflegten und schmutzigen Eindruck. Es wirkt, als würden lediglich die Matratzen bzw. das Bett gemacht, während der Rest des Zimmers kaum gereinigt wird. Der Boden war komplett dreckig und staubig. Teilweise lagen sogar größere Holz-Essstäbchen im Zimmer. Auch Matratze und Decken waren mit deutlichen Flecken versehen. Besonders enttäuschend: Es gab keine richtigen Handtücher. Stattdessen wurden lediglich dünne Einwegtücher zur Verfügung gestellt, die eher an Swiffer-Tücher erinnern und kaum Wasser aufnehmen. Auf den Bildern des Hotels wird hingegen mit normalen Handtüchern geworben. Das war für uns ein wichtiger Grund, dieses Hotel zu buchen – entsprechend groß war die Überraschung bei der Ankunft. Durch den allgemeinen Schmutz und die mangelnde Sauberkeit hat es im Zimmer zudem muffig gerochen. Auch Trinkwasser, wie wir es in den anderen Hotels unserer Reise bekommen haben, wurde nicht bereitgestellt.

El personal no repone papel higiénico ni toallas. Falta de limpieza en todo el alojamiento, humedad y para ducharte en el baño como mínimo necesitabas chanclas.

The location of the hostel is pretty good, making it very easy to get around. Additionally, the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major disappointment. There were hairs and even clumps of hair scattered in the shower and all over the bathroom. On top of that, the hostel only provided single-use / disposable towels. Using these for two nights without getting a fresh set was really not an appealing or comfortable experience.

Absolutamente nada.

No se para que gasto mi tiempo en escribir si sé que la gente del alojamiento no lo va a leer, así como no leyó mis múltiples mensajes pidiendo direcciones (ya que la dirección en Booking esta mal) bajo la lluvia. Todo es horrible, el acolchado era mas grueso que el colchón, dormías sobre una madera. La cortina estaba rota, la cama y estante estaban sucios. En la habitación se queda a un amigo o familiar de la dueña quien ponía alarmas cada quince minutos desde las 8.30 am y no se despertaba jamas, incluso cuando lo intentábamos despertar, no se levantó hasta su alarma de las 2 pm para que tengan una idea. La habitación no se limpio en ningún momento mientras yo estuve ahi. El baño era otro horror, los inodoros están verdes del moho y la suciedad que tienen, pero no se preocupen, al menos de noche no van a notar nada ya que los focos están quemados. Tampoco tienen papel higiénico, toallas, jabón y si queres ducharte con agua tibia (porque agua caliente ya es un lujo) tenes que esperar entre tres y cinco minutos hasta que comience a funcionar. No tienen wifi. Es mentira. Intenté todas las formas de conectarme y no pude hacerlo, les escribí pidiendo ayuda al respecto y jamas me contestaron. Fui a recepción mas de cuatro veces en un mismo día para resolver el problema del wifi y NUNCA había alguien en la "Recepción 24 horas" que mencionan. El servicio fue pésimo, solo los vi para hacer el check in y no fue bueno, ni tampoco fue en inglés como promocionan en su página. Por favor háganse el favor de jamas hospedarse en este lugar.

Stayed here before so I knew what to expect in terms of all attributes. I just like the staff and their buddies(2 exceptional dogs) so it's for me a wonderful stay. There are grociers and restaraunts nearby and old town as well. Bus station not far as well. It had everything I need and as I said, I love the staff, so responsive and assisting.

Lots of steps up and down into the entrance. It's part of the acclimatization process. What was a little difficult is that you have no views of the distant mountains in part because of where the GH is in the city but bcz there is no rooftop to see views either. So that is lacking, but you can't have everything as they say. But sometimes you can. You could find a rooftop coffee shop nearby I'm sure. I just let gp of having all but the one thing.

Those friends are amazing and very friendly. The lady owner is very helpful. Have extended another night and definitely will come back to stay here if I ever return to Lijiang

Alles. Preis-leistungs mäßig war es tiptop. Personal war super freundlich. Hatte auch eine Boulderhalle. Nettes Gemeinschaftsgefühl. Haben immer Film geschaut im Auffendhaltsraum.

Zimmer waren kalt. Duschen und Waschbäcken waren auch draußen, also es war halt immer kalt und die WC Anlagen waren auch ein bisschen dreckig

有两个狗子，还有小猫咪，有攀岩墙，小院和一楼公共区域十分干净！最重要的一点，两位小姐姐接待很热情！床位都有电热毯！

1.（我不知道有没有，如果有的话就当我没说），可以有一个公厨，亮堂一点的！2.床位可以设置半封闭式，上铺如果有窗帘就好了。目前只有下铺设置了！如果高度不够，可以设置成胶囊式的！很棒哦

Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit avec une arrivée tardive et un départ tôt. Les lieux sont sales, il y a des poils et des cheveux de partout autour et dans les lavabos que ce soit dans les zones communes ou privées. On doit faire notre lit donc avec ma compagne on a constaté dans nos dortoirs respectifs (les hommes et les femmes sont séparés) l'état de la literie blanche (ou plutôt jaune avec auréole). Sur les draps propres ma copine a trouvé un agglomérat de cheveux et de poussière... Au moment de payer la personne m'a dit qu'elle finirait de me rendre la monnaie plus tard mais on ne l'a jamais revue. Ce n'est que 5 Yuans donc pas grand chose mais sur le principe ça ne me plaît pas.

The location was great. Just across the ancient town. But... It took me one hour to find the hidden entrance. You have to cross the street from the bus stop then on the right of a fancy hotel you'll find some steps to go down the entrance. Didn't find the address on Google map or AMAP.

Nobody never at the reception. No toilet paper. It's recommended to save everything; toilet paper, water, electricity... I had to close the curtains of my room as it was straight to the neighbors' window always opened. Could hear the couple fighting 😔 Never talked to nobody there except the doggies and the cats.

Very good location. Kind, nice and helpful owner. Cute dogs and cats. Comfortable room, clean sheets, warm duvets, electric blankets. Friendly atmosphere.

Unstable WiFi (I spent there five nights). No toilet paper. For one night and next morning there was cold water.

A hot pot for coffee was provided but they also had a menu. The staff was stellar in assisting me with every need, from mapping and transport, updating my phone etc. One of them took me out into the Ancient Town and we did a night of eating through the whole town, he paid for it. it was fantastic.

How often I feel lost in China because I can't speak the language but I manage and it all works out with language apps.

Great hosts with a nice atmosphere and wonderful animals-companions. Good location in a silent cozy corner, far from cars and tourists.

Facilities in the room are not designed to stay at this hotel during the winter. Too cold, need some improvement in keeping the warm temperature in. Lack of toilet paper and cleaning in public areas.

A nice guesthouse downtown with helpful staff, dorm rooms are in a refurbished authentic wooden building. Although there were no toilet papers in the bathrooms.

Cool little spot, helpful staff, a crazy climbing wall, and a dog who tried to impregnate me:D it’s also close to old town!!

Great little hostel owned by a lovely local woman. Perfect location across the road from the old town. A range of Chinese and foreign guests so great for meeting other travellers. Nice social atmosphere in the evenings.

Fairly basic facilities but excellent value for money.

Need to climb a bit of stairs. My room has issue with basin and shower but they fit it fast. Room is without air con or fan, is a bit hot.

The location is near the old city and is surrounded by restaurants and convenient stores. A good value for what you pay. I met cool people there too!

The room was a bit untidy. I was given sheet covers for the mattress, pillow, and blanket to change them.

Room is clean and spacious, great location, Yang is a very nice person and helpfull. He help us organize car rental and daytrip to Jade dragon mountain. He also advise nice and reasonable places to eat. Love his friendly dog Laoliu.

My room has no complete facilities as mentioned. But we can request and they sent it to my room.

The location was great, although not that easy to find at night. The hostel I very stylish and well equipped for the price. Staff was very kind and cheerful!

The staff is fantastic and super friendly they made me feel welcomed and safe as a solo traveller. They helped me to organise some trips and gave me advice. I decided to stay one more night there! The location is great too.

So cool place to stay! Staffs and volunteers were so helpful and fun to spend time together. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Lijiang, this will be the best choice!
