A beautifully decorated hotel dedicated to Mozart. Classical music instruments and paraphernalia on every level. Even if you are not a music enthusiast this is intriguing. Staff were excellent very helpful and friendly.

The first surprise was when our taxi dropped us off. After travelling down very narrow streets to get there. We stopped at the end of a very narrow alleyway and the driver pointed to our hotel door a few meters down the alleyway. However this is how it is in Seville, so when we got used to it, it was all ok.

Beautiful building within five minutes of Mateo and all the tapas restaurants. The interior salons and the rooftop pool are gorgeously designed. room selections are unique.

Room 302 roof top Air conditioner did not blow cold air. Was set to 18C but temp never below 78F. It must need Freon/repair. Room was dimly lit. There is a beautiful rooftop plunge pool. We had to call down for towels and call to get a bartender to show up at the rooftop bar every day but 1 of 5. He was always hidden on another floor. It would be better if he walked around taking drink orders.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and absolutely beautiful—it felt like staying in a museum. The location was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, everything was perfect.

L' unica pecca è la quantità di bagno doccia presenti nella stanza, abbiamo soggiornato in due e c'è ne era sempre uno solo disponibile al giorno.

L’emplacement est très bien situé proche de la cathédrale de Séville et l’hôtel est très beau et très agréable.

A certains endroits il y avait encore quelques toiles d’araignée et le personnel du petit déjeuner étaient peu aimables.

ontbijt was uitgebreid maar ook niet teveel, zowel fruit als yoghurt met muesli en elke dag ander fruit of ei op een andere manier verwerkt, met tomaat, kaas en ham en verschillende soorten brood(jes). ook heerlijke koffie en jus en zeer vriendelijk personeel en wisten ook veel te adviseren qua attracties en restaurants in Seville. en heerlijk klassieke muziek die door gasten gespeeld werd daarnaast was de kamer prima , goede bedden en mooie badkamer en zwembad om af te koelen op dak met prachtig uitzicht. van vele activiteiten een kwartiertje lopen verwijderd

住在一楼有楼梯 带行李很不方便，并且一楼会有小飞虫，洗漱间设施也比较老旧。

Close to everything

The only thing I did not like was the entrance was a bit confusing. It is down an alley which is fine, but Google Maps takes you to the street side of the hotel where there are two locked doors. A sign here with a map and or arrows would help greatly.

The room was a good size with a modern bathroom. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient which was very much needed as it was extremely hot during our stay. There was a variety of communal spaces which were comfortable and tastefully decorated, all with the classical music theme. The roof terraces were great and the plunge pool made it an enjoyable place to spend the hot afternoons. We had room service one night and the food was delivered quickly and was delicious. The location of the hotel could not have been better. A short walk from the palace and cathedral and numerous restaurants and bars but on a narrow side road which was very quiet

The decoration and the location were perfect.

The hotel was lovely but the room was underwhelming. We booked a room with a terrace but the configuration didn't work. It was not pleasant place to sit. The room was a little bit of a mix / match. Having a buzzer on the bar was a good idea, but I didn't get served at the bar while waiting. Pressing the buzzer did not ever result in a member of the team coming. We had breakfast one day in the hotel and were woken up an hour before we had requested breakfast to be advised breakfast was ready. For the price bracket I think you could improve on the above elements to make it a really perfect stay.

The theme of the hotel was interesting and it had a great boutique feel. The room was clean and a comfortable size.

The rooftop pool was a bit of maze, but it did give character and speak to the fact that the hotel is made up of multiple buildings.

Breakfast was good but would have been great to have a little bit.of choice or be asked what i don't like.

Wunderschönes Zimmer, sehr großzügig geschnitten mit einem grossen Bad. Obwohl mitten im Zentrum war es sehr ruhig. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen. Das Hotel lag zentral, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss zu erkundigen.

Air conditioned room was a lovely cool haven after sightseeing. The breakfast was excellent, towels were changed daily and were pure white and fluffy, massive shower cubical and double sinks in the bathroom, toiletries and essentials supplied as well as tea and coffee facilities Bed linen was crisp cool and white, public areas quiet and peaceful. Excellent location close to the cathedral.

A few things needed attention on first impression, wonky toilet roll holder and silicon seals needed replacing under the sit on sinks in the bathroom. The glass lift shaft was dusty but these things were the only faults and soon became insignificant. Everywhere else was spotless.

Breakfast served in the room was delightful. Truly an elegant old world experience. The staff were friendly and will to accommodate any request. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to all sites of interest. Truly a lovely hotel experience.

A little more guidance regarding the logistics of managing a visit to the sites. With all the tourists visiting the city it’s overwhelming to navigate each tourist site. I know the receptionists are not tourist guides , but some information on what to expect ( ie., you have to stand in line for 30 minutes so wear a sun hat). Maybe a few more tips for the guests outside the hotel experience would be helpful.

We liked location and easy access to the city center and the sights

The property was outdated and in desperate need of repairs and updates. The wall paper was peeling off and looked worn out. The room had an unpleasant smell and it lacked natural light. The bathroom was basically a box with glass top and lacked any privacy. In summary the pictures posted do not reflect real situation. Breakfast was good and cafeteria staff was friendly and pleasant.

Location was great. Hotel was very quaint and comfortable. Nice roof top deck. Breakfast was fine but no selection. There was no choice in egg service ie scrambled only, hardboiled only etc. what was on the menu was what you got. nothing more. Room was nice quiet beds comfortable.

Very comfortable bed in a large, well appointed room with natural light AND privacy from a tiny interior courtyard. Stunning visual beauty in every detail and around every corner of the lobby and other shared spaces on ground floor! We loved that there were musical instruments (like the piano) that guests could use…and there was a teen boy who played beautifully! Free concert we didn’t expect!! The young man handling the night shift at the front desk was particularly accommodating to a special need that came up very late! What a relief that someone actually helped us and seemed genuinely happy to do so …not just “doing his job”. The rooftop pool area was gorgeous and the breakfast was fantastic! Nice that we didn’t have to make decisions first thing…they just put on the table anything anyone could ever want and let us eat as much as we wanted of whatever we liked! The hotel allows guests to store their luggage after checkout and hang out in their various lobby areas if you have a late afternoon train home. I wish we could have stayed a week!!

There was no way to turn off the wave action in the little pool. We just wanted to relax and float (sensory deprivation is helpful to my daughter who is autistic)….but she couldn’t do it without a wave washing her head or feet into a wall.

Location was excellent - it was a short walk to the cathedral and the other main sites. The roof terrace has a bar and is a relaxing setting for a late afternoon drink. The communal areas on the ground floor are finished to a high standard

The pool is advertised as being heated, but when we checked, the water was cold. Reception told us that it had been so hot they'd turned off the heating but they turned it back on when we asked them. We had been in the area for ten days previously and it had been max 25 degrees. The room was very tired - the floors were scratched and there were marks on the bottom of the bath. The bath was cheap and creaked when you stood in it even though I am a slim person. There was no shower screen so the floor of the bathroom got wet every time we showered. Due to a booking.com error in displaying our family size, the hotel did not know we had a baby with us for our standard room. We had our own travel cot and did not need anything from the hotel except a towel, but we felt like we were an inconvenience as they felt the room wasn’t big enough for our baby to be there. They even had to check to see if we could still stay. Luckily everything was fine and our ten month old baby did indeed fit. Overall we were looking for a touch of luxury and the photos suggested we had chosen a good place. Instead we were disappointed and felt ripped off.

Il est idéalement placé dans le quartier santa cruz en plein du centre historique à 2 pas de la cathédrale avec une vue imprenable sur la Giralda ! les toits terrasses un vrai bonheur pour un bain de soleil, la petite piscine et le jacuzzi sont un atout de plus ! Le petit déjeuner est excellent, le meilleur de tout les hôtels où nous avons séjourné ! des fruits frais et mûrs ! que des produits naturels bien présentés avec élégance et bien préparés avec la saveur juste !
