A lovely old house , quiet and well located near the historic centre. The house was extremely well equipped; washing equipment, basic kitchen supplies, coffee beans etc all we needed was food. It also had a secure fast wifi.

We were aware the stairs were steep however the handrails felt loose which made it difficult to hold while climbing. The house would not suit young children because of the stairs. We were there during a heat wave and so would have liked air conditioning. Although fans were provided for the bedrooms one for downstairs would have been helpful.

The slender steep stairs were a bit of a challenge but we figured out how to be safe going up and down with luggage

You can’t fault this property. I stayed here for a long weekend with my parents, and we had such a wonderful time. The property was spotless, beautifully equipped, and included thoughtful touches like coffee and high-quality shower products. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful on arrival, even recommending a great local running route. The information provided in the property was also excellent and made everything so easy. The location was perfect - peaceful and quiet, yet only a short walk from the main attractions, with two fantastic underground bars nearby for the walk home. It truly made our trip feel extra special, and we’ll always remember our stay here fondly.

The only thing was that the stairs are very steep and don't have a rail which was fine for us but it would be a bit tricky with kids or people who struggle with stairs.

Superb location, very easy to find and just a few minutes walk from the main square. Well served by the shuttle bus too. The house was very comfortable and had loads of character; you need to take a bit of care on the stairs but this adds to the quirkiness of the place. We didn't use the cooking facilities at all really, choosing to eat out during our stay but the kitchen seemed to be well equipped. Comfy beds. A great choice for our 4 night stay.

Beautiful house in great location. Short taxi ride from train station, then easy walking around Brugge, no car needed. Outdoor space if needed. Loved not having a key!! Had everything we needed for our 4-night stay. Some nice suggestions for restaurants and shops. Enough kitchen equipment if we did want to cook. Would 100% recommend.

Location was superb.

10 - 15 minute walk to the main square, yet far enough away from the crowds for some quite in the evening. The house was spotlessly clean from top to bottom.

Had a three night stay with my partner and parents. Best place we have ever stayed. If we are ever back in Bruges I wouldnt want to stay anywhere else! Great location in a quiet area just a 5 minute walk from the town centre. The house is stunning, it's perfectly decorated with such personality. I loved the master bedroom with its beamed ceiling and big comfy bed. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need. Spacious bathroom with hair dryer and toiletries. The outdoor courtyard was a great bonus. Great communication from the friendly owners. The access code to get in and out made arrival super easy and saved having to take keys out and about. The free shuttle bus from the train station stops at the end of the street so if you arrive via train it is perfect!

Very spacious, well equipped kitchen and nice outdoor space. Beds and pillows fantastic. Bathrooms and toilets very clean and also have soaps/shower gel provided. Towels clean and soft. Stairs a bit steep so you’ll have to be careful after a few jars of the many different beers available in the nearby bars. Highly recommend. And price is very reasonable. I would stay here again for my return visit.

The terrifying stairs. The picture didn’t convey just how u usual they were and they probably need mentioning- wouldn’t have wanted to come with kids or older people. Would be nice to have a few tv apps eg Netflix included as our own accounts don’t work in Belgium.
