La atención de la dueña excelente! El apartamento está demasiado bien equipado, tiene TODO y más. Todo limpio, cómodo, La ubicación, grandiosa, una hermosa vista despejada. A dos cuadras esta la calle principal, hay supermercado a unas 5 cuadras, shopping, lugares para comer. Es muy silencioso, perfecto para descansar. Realmente, volveríamos. A la llegada nos dejó un chocolate y una tarjeta de bienvenida. Felices de la elección

Location was great. The host was lovely and greeted us when we arrived and showed us how to use everything.

Great location close to the shops, restaurants and every tour office in Rovaniemi. We didn’t use any transport at all cuz we were able to walk in short distance. Apartment was clean and cozy with big windows and great view of the snow. The owner was kind enough to let us stay later than our check out time according to our flight time.

Check-in was good. We were met at the property and shown around. The property was in a great location, we even saw the northern lights from the balcony. It had everything we needed when we were there. We were very comfortable and as it was -30 degrees, it was nice to go back throughout the day to warm up.

Loved the location of the apartment, just a short walk to the bus stop to Santa Park, SCV and the airport, and just across the road from a park with kids play area, sledging hill and ice skating/ Naava Cafe which was really lovely. The apartment itself was charming and had everything you might need and more, including two sledges for the kids. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the owners were lovely, even leaving small gifts for the kids under the tree! Would highly recommend.

A little more storage space for clothing in the bedrooms would be useful

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It's spacious and spotless and the host was fantastic, meeting us when we arrived, giving us lots of tips around Roveniemi and being super helpful when we had any issues. The location is great, very close to shops and even the local ice rink at the park is just a few minutes walk away. Cannot recommend this place enough, if you want the perfect place to stay with family in Roveniemi, this is it.

The location was great, close to the supermarket, bus stop and everything was close by. The apartment itself was a great size and lovely and clean. The kitchen was great and well equipped. The host was great, very responsive to messages. We had such a wonderful stay and we would return.

I had an exceptional experience with this property. The owner was incredibly welcoming and even left a Christmas gift for my daughter, which was a thoughtful gesture. The apartment is bright and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine and a dishwasher. One of the most delightful surprises was the full-length Christmas tree. The location is outstanding, just an 8-10 minute drive to Santa Village and only a 5-minute walk to the city center and various shopping centers. Additionally, there is a charming park nearby, perfect for a stroll or a snowball fight, as well as a local playground where one can enjoy sledding down the hill.

Great location, close to restaurants, bus stop, and a playground where there is a big hill so kids can go sleding. The apartment was clean and warm and had a great shower. Hosts were lovely and santa left a present for the kids and chocolate for the parents. Lovely view and definitely recommended by our family.

Excellent host, Very friendly. Even had a little gift for our children on arrival. Nice little box of chocolates for us as well. We also left a hoody behind which she kindly went out of her way to post back. Before we arrived I was in touch on WhatsApp with host who sent me all sorts of info that I asked for. Apartment was in a great location, clean and well equipped. kids also loved the little ice rink and sledging slope right beside it.
