Lugar tranquilo perfecto para descansar. La habitación muy limpia y amplia con las vistas a la piscina. La gente nos acogió muy bien. Es un sitio estupendo si quieres desconectar.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, super sauber, freundliche Menschen, liebevolle Details. Hatte ein hervorragendes Frühstück und von der Lage in Mirissa perfekt. Das Spa kann ich ebenso von Herzen empfehlen.

Het verblijf was echt top! Super mooie kamer met balkon, een fijn zwembad dat lekker warm was door de zon die erop stond en lekker rustig. Mirissa beach en restaurantjes zijn op loopafstand te bereiken. Ze hebben ook een heerlijke aansluitende spa waar je evt een massage kan boeken. Zeker in het “off-season” een aanrader als de zee wat onrustiger is en je gewoon wilt ontspannen. Personeel ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Our room was exceptionally clean, location was beautiful and our room/balcony felt secluded and secure. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely!

De ligging was top. Op 4min lopen vanaf de hoofdweg en het strand en op 7min vanaf Parrot Rock. Wij hadden de Cabana welke op zo'n 20meter vanaf The Guesthouse ligt in een mooie tuin. De bedden lagen zeer fijn wat prettig was na 3 weken rondreizen.

Er moet meer tijd gespendeerd worden aan onderhoud van de Cabana. Bijna alle deuren en deurtjes klemmen en het toilet reservoir maakt een hard geluid tijdens het vullen. Ook de zwembad handdoeken en de kussens op de ligbedjes zijn aan vervanging toe.

Magnifique sejour, le lieu est très paisible. On a pu observé des oiseaux, des petits écureuils, etc. On est entouré de verdures. La chambre est spacieuse, très confortable. Je recommande cet hôtel !

Petit complexe familial très bien situé, à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la plage. * L’endroit est calme et agréable, avec une belle piscine pour se détendre. * Les chambres sont jolies et confortables, avec de petites attentions chaque jour appréciables. * Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Nous avons passé 4 jours dans une ambiance chaleureuse. * Deux spas ayurvédiques se trouvent juste à côté, avec une réduction proposée dans celui situé à proximité immédiate du complexe.

-En ce mois de juillet, les moustiques sont très présents après 16h00, malgré les efforts et les attentions du propriétaire pour limiter le problème. -Le petit déjeuner est proposé en supplément et reste assez simple. Il est dommage qu’il ne soit pas inclus directement dans le prix de la chambre.

Very welcoming hosts, made our stay exceptional and helped with booking and coordinating a safari visit to Udawalawe national park on our way to Ella. Good breakfast, the location is great, it’s right in the nature with a lovely pool, plus you can do spa treatments and even go surfing! Bus stop right on the street. 10/10

Such a wonderful place! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the beach and the main road but because of its hidden place, you dont hear any traffic or other noise, only the birds singing. It is calm and clean and the rooma are big and nice with airco. The swimming pool is nice and clean too. We had a lovely stay and would definitely go back.

The swimming pool is amazing. Even though they don’t serve dinner, they invited us to dinner during their buddhist ceremony, when we arrived late.

The road towards the property is narrow, so cars can’t go there. It’s a 5 minute walk with your luggage.

Fabulous, we stayed in the bungalow, private garden and access to a lovely pool. It's nicely laid out and carefully furnished, easy place to relax and unwind. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They knocked frequently to see if we needed fresh towels or any cleaning. Location is close to beach, restaurants and shops are a short walk. Would highly recommend.

Geweldig grote bungalow op een hele mooie plek. Binnen 3 minuten lopen zo in het drukke Marissa! Van Alle gemakken voorzien. ( hele keuken, luxe badkamer etc) Zeker als je hier wat langer zou willen verblijven zou ik dit aanraden. personeel deed alles voor ons ( stroom was uitgevallen ,maar het is meteen opgepakt en opgelost)

Sehr schöner, ruhiger Ort, um zu entspannen. Ein Paradies. Das Personal ist so angenehm zurückhaltend und freundlich und sind immer sehr bemüht. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich. Alles, was es braucht! Auch unbedingt den Spa Bereich nutzen. Die Massagen sind top.

Hidden gem in Mirissa! Easy walk into the town. Great pool to relax at, very comfortable room. Staff were exceptional, let us check in early and let us store our bags after check-out.

Only thing is the lack of signage can make it a little hard to find!

Beautiful accommodation with kind and attentive staff. The garden is full of lovely trees and plants, and the pool is perfect. We especially appreciated that the staff allowed us to use the common areas even after check-out due to our evening flight. Everything was great.

The Secret Guesthouse is a charming, tucked-away escape from the busy buzz of Mirissa Beach. It feels almost like being immersed in a jungle, with wildlife all around—peacocks, squirrels, lizards, monkeys, and plenty of birds—which made the stay feel really special. We were out and about most of the time, but still got to enjoy the pool, and the spa next door is exceptional. The room itself was huge, with an incredibly comfortable bed, and I loved that the shower and toilet were in separate spaces. We stayed upstairs and had a massive balcony that felt like our own private oasis. They also arranged a local tuk tuk driver for us, which we used daily—it was super convenient for getting around. We really appreciated that they were able to accommodate a late check-out for us as well, which made a big difference with our late-night flight.

Wish we could have stayed longer! The only minor downsides were the lack of bedside tables and limited power points, which made charging devices a bit tricky. A few extra toiletries and additional bottles of water would have been a nice touch as well.

We had a lovely stay here. It is tucked away so it feels quiet and private, but still in a very convenient location to get around easily. The room was very spacious and had a homely feel, which made it really comfortable for our stay. The pool was also great and a nice place to relax. There is affordable laundry available at the hotel, which was actually cheaper than what we found elsewhere, so that was a big plus. The guesthouse is also connected to a spa nearby which is very popular. We went a couple of times and really enjoyed it. Overall, great value for money and we would definitely recommend.

Nothing significant to note. We did not eat at the property so cannot comment on the food. It is a guesthouse so no daily housekeeping like a hotel, but they did offer and tell us just to ask if we needed refreshing of the room

Cozy stay in Mirissa! The staff is super friendly, the room amazing, great bed and super clean. The laundry service was super quick and cheap. The breakfast was sooo delicious. It’s in a quiet area but not far from the beach, shops and restaurants. Everything perfect!

The bungalow was beautifully decorated, the garden and terrace was beautiful and the spa next door was amazing.

Eine Oase der Ruhe. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen frischen Saft. Wir waren etwas früher dran, unser Zimmer war aber bereits fertig und so konnten wir direkt einchecken. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Der Pool im Garten ist fantastisch. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Insgesamt also sehr empfehlenswert.

The secret guesthouse is a beautiful place to stay, hidden just off the main road. The hosts were really friendly and accommodating. There is a lot to do around and its a very short walk to the main beach. There is also a spa linked to the guesthouse which is wonderful! I would highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Marissa!

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in & out favourite in Sri Lanka. The rooms are huge with a seperate shower and bathroom. Just off the main road, very peaceful in a great location. The pool setting and plants and trees make you feel like you in a tropical paradise.

It a beautiful villa located a short walk away from the beach. That distance makes it so you can’t hear the noisy main road close by. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff was super helpful. I also loved the pool!

A tranquil haven in the hustle and bustle of Mirissa. The staff were incredibly warm and hospitable. Our cabin room was stunning and the pool was a great place to relax. Delicious breakfast and easy access to most of Mirissa’s beaches. Also highly recommend their tuk tuk driver who helped us around town.

Un posto speciale immerso nella natura ma allo stesso tempo a 10 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge e a 5 dalla via principale, piena di ristoranti e bar. La vista dal nostro balcone, oltre al bellissimo verde includeva anche un bellissimo pavone.
