Nowhere to place luggage other than floor. No tissues. A lost of traffic noise.

We loved our stay at Kaikōura Peaks. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Jason was really responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again.

It was like a home away from home. Well set up, warm, comfortable, lots of spare duvets etc.Well situated, great view of snow covered mountains.

Such a lovely place to stay, so clean and lovely decor made it feel very homely, hosts checked in on us to make sure everything was ok which was just at lovely ⭐️

Ideal for a short stay. Everything that we needed was present. Warm clean comfortable and private. Appreciated off road parking.

About 2 ks from town but that didn’t matter as we had food on board.

Lovely place, the view of the snow pecks was fantastic to look out to. Loved the shower. Not far to town, the owner Jason was great to deal with. Would stay again.

Deluxe beworben - leider nur Mittelmaß Hält keinesfalls was es verspricht 50qm sind vielleicht ca 35 Matratze wirklich billig und schlecht - Betten wirklich nicht Deluxe Ausstattung billig und einfach z.B der Stuhl wirkt wie einfach mit Holz überzogen Bergblick ja - wenn man über den Carport und das Müllhaus schaut Direkt an der Hauptstraße Nett gemacht aber einfach

+ wunderschönes Studio, es fehlt an nichts + sehr sauber, freundlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet + Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar (ca. 5 min), für die Innenstadt eher das Auto empfehlenswert + Check-in problemlos über Türcode + stabiles WLAN

+ Einparken im Carport für größere Autos eine echte Herausforderung und ohne Schrammen schwer möglich (die Farbgebung der Pfosten des Carports ist ein spezielles Gästebuch 😉)

Hygiëne, met code naar binnen, De benodigde begin zaken waren er ook. Koffie thee suiker melk olijfolie. Afvalscheiding plek aanwezig. Perfect Rustige plek.

Het was prima! Geen tegenvallers.

Slightly out of town, about a 2km walk which was great for our stay in late summer. A very comfortable bed with a homely beach vibe to the property with laundry facilities on site. Our own little terrace which was a brilliant sun trap.

It had everything needed to be a home away from home! Spacious, well equipped, comfortable, plenty of power points, etc etc! Communication with Jason was great.

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, und liegt perfekt in der Nähe von Supermarkt und Innenstadt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen brauchte. Besonders genossen haben wir die Heizung im Wohnzimmer und den Fernseher mit Verbindungsmöglichkeit fürs Handy. Wir konnten von hier aus eine Delfinbeobachtungstour und einen Walbeobachtungsflug unternehmen.

We only stayed for a night but the family suite was comfortable and spacious with a fantastic rear area/outside lounge. The service and contact was excellent.

It was nicely decorated and spacious for a single room. I liked h to e kitchenette. It had its own sink and hot plate. The ceilings were high which made the place feel more spacious. Cute small porch. Quiet area.

No shampoo/conditioner. Not a big deal but something good to know. Great place. Would recommend!

Although the location was handy to the township it was not worth the $300 per night that we paid. We were expected to clean the unit which we did but we felt that there was no service from the owners. No milk was provided for our second night. No shampoo and conditioner was provided which I thought should have been for the price charged.

Easy communication and check in using code- good not to have to worry about losing a key! The studio was spacious, comfortable and decorated nicely- just as seen on photos. Kitchen area was well equipped and there was a great shower. Laundry facilities with free powder were available - coin operated- this was great when travelling. Great views from the studio ( no 1) of mountains and it was in a quiet area just out of town.

We were aware of road noise from lorries the first night but afterwards it didn’t bother us. Car parking spaces are a little tight with bigger cars but not a problem, just something to be aware of.

The studio was nicely decorated and was very comfortable and had a cozy vibe. The kitchen was fully supplied. The check in was very easy and contact with the host was smooth.

Super expérience dans cet hébergement. Le lit était très confortable et l'orientation des chambres très bonne. Nous avons largement profité du soleil pendant notre petit déjeuner avant d'aller visiter Kaikoura.

Les places de parking sont un peu étroites, rien de bien grave. Légèrement à l'écart du centre, il est cependant très facile de se garer en ville. Pas de véritable défaut dans cette chambre.

Good location, very clean and has everything you need

Studio très lumineux, calme avec le confort nécessaire. Les indications pour y entrer parfaites. Bien qu’on soit près de la route nationale, tout était silencieux.

Nous dire de ranger la vaisselle et de sortir les poubelles. Pas très délicat. Les hôtes n’ont communiqué que par mail.

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment, wirkt groß und gemütlich durch das Giebeldach mit den sichtbaren Holzbalken. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und günstig.

Schöne Unterkunft in Kaikoura, in der man sich prima selbst versorgen kann. Der nächste Supermarkt ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, dahinter liegt auch gleich der Weg am Strand entlang. Wir hatten spontan eine Nacht verlängern wollen, was problemlos und schnell geklappt hat.

Sehr gutes Motel, recht klein, nur 5 Appartments. Vor dem Appartement Eingang eine kleine Terrasse zum Frühstücken oder einfach entspannen. Einfahrt direkt von der Hauptstraße und ja, man hört ab und zu den Verkehr, aber wirklich minimal und nicht störend. Keine Probleme mit Lärm in der Nacht. Sehr gute und geräumige Dusche. Auch für mehrere Übernachtungen gut geeignet.

Lovely quiet location with Mountain View’s from balcony, nicely appointed with a real holiday feel.

Would prefer a key to a code for getting in and out the door, but no biggie.

The room was large, comfortable with great decor. Had all the amenities we needed. The location nice and quiet with on-site parking. Only a few minutes drive to Main Street of Kaikoura. Access was easy and owners checked in to make sure all was okay.

We loved it full stop.

Absolutely stunning motel. The interior is super stylish and modern. The place has all necessary facilities for a comfy stay. Also, it’s very easy to check in. In general, highly recommend this place to anyone.

The only thing that was missing is the stove hood which would’ve been useful in our case.

Es un lodge de gran tamaño muy bien cuidado y muy nuevo. Con una televisión muy grande y con parking gratuito en la misma finca.

Jason and Cath were easy to communicate with. They sent us timely reminders and made sure they were available if we needed anything. The studio was spacious, clean, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing, equipped with all the basics such as toiletries, kitchen utensils, and more. It’s also conveniently close to town, within walking distance to New World and the beach. It was a great stay for me and my husband!

Neat, new decor, self-check-in, everything automatic. We were in our room within minutes of booking.

Clean with good facilities

Parking was tight - partially under a covered section. Didnt see any staff during our trip but that was ok.
