Am Besten hat uns der Pool und der Blick aufs Meer gefallen - super! Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir wurden mit Kaffee, Tee und gekühltem Bier empfangen. Danke :-) Toll war der Check-out. Wir durften das Resort noch kostenlos bis nachmittags nutzen und bekamen eine halbe Stunde im „Showerroom“ nutzen, um uns für den Rückflug frisch zu machen. Ein toller Service! Sehr gut war, dass man in das Haus gebracht wurde und jemand zur Abnahme vorbei kam. Hervorzuheben ist das Rooftop-Restaurant mit Meerblick. Toller freundlicher Service, gutes Essen & Drinks! Man muss wissen, dass ein Zimmer toll ruhig zum Pool raus liegt & ein schönes offenes Bad (ohne Abtrennung zum Schlafzimmer) hat, das andere Zimmer mit mini Bad zur Straße liegt. Eine Parallelstraße unterhalb der Villa werden gerade 3 Häuser gebaut. Wir hörten aber kaum etwas davon…

We had a very enjoyable stay at this villa in Curaçao and overall would definitely recommend it, especially for families or groups looking for a relaxing holiday. The villa itself is spacious and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and we particularly enjoyed using the barbecue during our stay. The private pool and garden were fantastic and made it easy to spend time outdoors and enjoy the beautiful weather. Two of the bedrooms (the master bedroom and the second bedroom) were very comfortable and well furnished. The third bedroom, however, was less comfortable, as it only had a very thin camping-style mattress of approximately 5 cm. One of the biggest advantages of staying here is access to the resort facilities. We enjoyed the pools, beach, restaurants, bars, and shops within the resort. We also appreciated being able to exchange beach towels daily at reception, which was very convenient.

A few points could be improved. While the villa is located in a secure gated community and includes private parking, having a car is absolutely essential. Even to reach the resort’s beach, restaurants, or other facilities, you need to drive, as everything is spread out across the resort. We were also surprised by the electricity policy. Guests are only allowed to use a certain number of kilowatt-hours before additional charges apply. Given the high temperatures in Curaçao, this made us reluctant to use the air conditioning even when needed, out of concern about extra costs. Finally, cleaning was advertised as included. While there was one cleaning service during our stay, only the shower towels were replaced, while the other towels were not changed.

Het uitzicht vanaf het terras en het zwembad. De wind kan overal goed doorwaaien, als je er behoefte aan hebt.

De staat van de oprit. Scherpe bocht omhoog, enkele tegels ontbraken bij de oprit, waardoor je moest manoeuvreren. Het huis ligt op een hoek, tijdens ons bezoek was er bouwverkeer, dat maakte het iets minder rustig.

Vele achterstallig onderhoud (verf bladerde op vele plekken af en bij wind veel verfstukjes), enige dingen functioneerden niet of waren stuk (WC bril, keukenkastjes en horren).

- Surcharge during card payment (according to coral estate there should be no surcharge when using debit card but it still charged more), I requested other payment options but didn't get it until the payment was already done with a card - Furniture worn out, in the middle there was big sofa that was completely ripped to pieces, covered with disgusting sort of cover that was also torn - cockroaches in 2 bathrooms - ancient 110V electrical installation, only ONE 220V outlet in the kitchen (that still needed adaptor) but all kitchen appliances were with EU plugs (toster, water boiler, espresso machine). - plenty of broken/not working stuff (vacuum cleaner, blender that caused spill), hammock from the pictures didn't exist which was huge disappointment - driveway is too steep, we almost got stuck with the car at entrance, had to park on the other side of the street

THE Property was good. There views and overall experience on the property was intresting

it was a nasty smell coming out the toilets and sink. Sewage issue i would think. And it was plenty of ANts in the bedroom on the right side of the entrance room, and on the wall outside.

Si vas a pie llegar a la.playa es muy dificil. Deberían haber buses con recorridos dentro del resort de acercamiento.

המקום הכי מושלם ששהיתי בו בחיים!!!! הגענו משפחה של 7 מבוגרים ובני נוער ונהנו מכל רגע. הוילה מדהימהההה ביופיה, ענקית עם נוף עוצר נשימה לים, החדרים גדולים מרווחים והמקלחות נוחות ונקיות. הוילה היתה מלאה בכל טוב ומעבר לכל מה שניתן לתאר כולל מכשירי חשמל, כלים מטבח, אוכל ושתיה לקבלת הפנים. השירות היה מדהים- זמינים לכל שאלה ומענה מהיר והיו תמיד שם. הבריכה היתה מדהימה עם טמפרטורה מושלמת. אזור הברביקיו היה מעולה ונוח ונהנו ממנו מאוד. והבונוס היה השהות מתחם הים והבריכה של הריזורט שהיה מלא מקומות נעימים לשהות בהם כולל מרכז צלילה ומסעדות מפנקות. פשוט לא רצינו לעזוב והיינו מוכנים להשאיר שם לנצח 😊 תודה ענקית על הכל- מקווה נחזור אליכם במהרה🙏

Zwembad had een malfunction. De infinity pomp deed het niet, waardoor er geen flow zat in het water. Hierdoor was de chloor en chemicalien gehalte best hoog. De kinderen hadden erg last van hun ogen en huid hierdoor. De hangmat ging kapot terwijl mn zus erin lag. Ze had haar hoofd en rug heel hard op de grond gestoten. De ramen van de accomodatie waren kapot en gingen niet volledig dicht. Hordeuren van de slaapkamer hing er ellendig bij, kapot en ook niet in de rail. De deur van de slaapkamer kon ook hierdoor niet volledig dicht. Het water in de keuken in de beneden woning was erg bruin. Deze 5minuten laten lopen zonder succes. Gelukkig konden we boven gebruik maken van water.

Loved it! We had the Villa with private pool. Everything in the villa and around it was great! Will definitely go back and absolutely recommend it. Especially with kids, the private pool was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped, bathroom and bedrooms very clean and comfortable. The view was stunning!

Before arrival we were contacted by reception asking when we would arrive. The lady wasn't very friendly on the phone. But once we arrived at Front desk, the ladies there were friendly and very nice...so no hard feelings :)

The way ONE of the young lobby members talk at the phone with me. *With attitude.It felt like I was molesting her. And whyle I was at the lobby for information,she did not finish attending me. She cut our chat and start talking with a chauffeur wich came unexpected inside, leaving me standing there with words in my mouth. Besides that she stood up walk away to attend something for him ,leaving me standing there. Whyle, I was not finished with my questions and her answers she have to give to me.

The beach facilities were some of the best on the island. The pool at the house was great.

It's always nice when renting a house if there are some included supplies. There was no cooking oil, extra toilet paper, paper towels, or dishwashing soap. For the amount of money you pay these are trivial expenses but mean you don't hate your time buying extra supplies. The lack of screens is probably typical for the island and also typical for European style properties. However, as the bugs seem to find me anywhere this means that I needed to have bug spray on at all times to avoid bites. The main living space can only be cooled with open doors. In fact the front door has slats so there is no way to close it completely. Finally the master bath didn't have a door between the toilet area and the room. I can't say as I like the idea of going number 2 while my wife is in bed and can hear everything.

The pool and patio were phenomenal! Bedrooms and bathrooms were a bit tight and shabby. Kitchen was well stocked and the windows and doors opening to outside were great. Lots of birds and iguanas around the villa. Beds were hard. Villa is quite far from the resort as it is a privately owned house that the resort manages. Therefore it feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel.

The view from our villa was amazing and made all the other issues less relevant. The cleaning and gardening staff were incredibly friendly and kind. The location was really nice - I suggest driving to Marfas Good Hangout for some delicious food only a five minute drive from the gated community.

A lot went wrong. To preface this review - We were a group of travellers in our mid 20's who rented a private villa. We are generally really quiet and peaceful travellers who enjoy daytime nature activities and resting at night. We felt as though the admin staff was quite rude to us upon check in, which may have been attributed to the fact that we did not fit the family demographic of the resort. I would not recommend coming here unless you have a family with kids. Further our villa was not as pictured. The paint in our kitchen was peeling off the cabinets and flaking all over the floor (I have pictures of this). Next the kitchen was horribly equipped. We were not given any knives sharp enough for cutting, no scissors, no garbage bags, no first aid kit, no dishwasher detergent, and much more. The booking.com listing said our kitchen had an oven, but we only had a stove stop and microwave. We also had ants everywhere - all over the counters, the patio, and in the bedrooms. We were told someone would come with Ant Spray, however we waited two hours and no one came. This resulted in us having to take multiple trips to the front office to pick up things that should have already been ready for when we checked in to the vila. The restaurants were expensive and the food quality was below average (much better to leave and find a local restaurant). You also had to pay $20 USD per person to use the pool when our trip already cost $2.3K CAD for three nights, which we felt was a little much. Not to mention the $550 USD we paid in cleaning fees only to receive a dirty poorly equipped villa. My bedsheets were also stained. I overheard many resort goers complaining about the cleaning fees and not receiving any cleaning during their stay. This felt like a rip off. I rarely leave negative comments, and I would say our group is pretty easy to please, but unfortunately for what we received it was not worth our hard earned money.

Great view. Good to have the pool. Mini-splits in bedrooms were essential. All interactions with staff were quite positive. Very friendly, helpful and professional.

Living room area was hot as there was no mini-split and the sliders couldn't be kept open since there were no screens but there were biting insects. Living room could use a chair or two in addition to the couch. Kitchen could use a blender. Great location for visiting beaches to the north but few convenient restaurant choices - just those on the property and Marfa's (10 minutes away and highly recommended - make reservations!).

The villa was beautiful, the views of the sunset, the pool and the rooms.

The cleaning did not happen until we asked for it, and when it was done (once during our stay), it wasn’t done properly.

Nothing I didn’t like

Dinner at the restaurant by the pool area was absolutely amazing! The beach was very beautiful and the water was very clear and beautiful!! Everything about this property was amazing! I will be coming back.

The only issue was the lightening on the front porch. If it could be brighter at night that would be perfect other then than that, every thing was perfect!

I wished the bath towels were traded out more often. When I asked about towels I was told they would be delivered and weren’t. Also the dryer was broken. Had to go ask for toilet paper 2 times. Not complaining, just giving feedback.

Our villa was very nice, modern & clean.

They had to give us a different villa from the one we originally booked. When we got to the villa, the pool water was green & could not be used. We could not get settled in, until we received a new villa 4 hours later.

Best way for me to put it - was out of this world exceptional. I can't fully describe how heavenly everything was and when I say everything - I mean everything.

Just one or two members at the resort (I believe it was the supervisor) need a tip in customer care.

The villa was very clean when we arrived. I also loved having a front office available for when anything was needed (i.e., towels, maintenance, etc.) And the view from the back was beautiful! Full view of the ocean and the surrounding landscapes. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful at night as well.

I was not aware that the only air conditioning was restricted to just the bedrooms. I would have at least liked a ceiling fan in the living room/kitchen area for when we were just hanging out at the villa for the day, considering how hot it can get despite being near the water.

The property was easy to find, check in was simple, property was clean. The check in desk staff and security were also very nice, welcoming, and helpful.

The bed mattresses and pillows were all really hard and uncomfortable. There’s no AC in the living room. One of the air conditioners in the downstairs room was not working. The overall lighting in the rooms are extremely dim/dull. No AC in the living room made it hard for the group to gather there. We received a noise complaint at 7:30pm from a neighbor, which was not the fault of the property owners, however, that was rather annoying to experience a noise complaint so early.

The people,they were exceptionally kind and service oriented….Liola , Safira were on top of the game and also others like the cleaning lady and the technician They all went the extra mile whenever necessary

The house exceeded our expectations. The view was stunning. The sunrise and moonrise were magical. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Karakter Restaurant food and atmosphere was top notch. Be sure to claim one of the beach huts early and order breakfast and lunch(Jerk chicken was awesome). The beach hut at the far end has 1)Great shade 2) a bit more privacy provided by the coral limestone cove 3) power outlet for laptop while checking cryptocurrency charts 4) separate private entrance steps into the sea for fantastic snorkeling with hundreds of friendly fish.(Get there before 8am to get one of the huts)

The location from our house at the far end was a bit of a walk to main resort so you will need to have a rental car ..but I thoroughly enjoyed the view of The ocean and checking out the other properties when I decided to get some exercise and walk down.

Our villa was wonderful. We lived by the pool and in the outdoor spaces which had a refreshing breeze and plenty of sun and shade. Everything was clean, the beds comfortable and we only had to use the ac at night. We felt safe and welcomed.

There didn’t appear to be a key for the safe, unfortunately. Instead of three machines for coffee making, a toaster/toaster oven would have been well used.

We paid them using the payment portal . We got there and they told us we had not paid . Now we have been double charged and trying to get our money back . Very poor accounting

I love the peace and serenity of the place. Staff was very kind. Very accommodating. The hammock was relaxing. It felt like home away from home. The views are amazing. Security was great also. I felt safe.

I like a soft Mattress but it still didn't take away from the overall great experience. The oven and washing machine were not in English so I had to figure it out. But I eventually figured it out. I'd still give the place 10 out of 10.
