Die Lage ist zum entspannen sehr schön und hat 3 Restaurants ist jedoch sehr abgelegen

Wir hatten eine Deluxesuite mit Meerblick und VIP gebucht und bekamen ein Zimmer in der unteren Etage. Nachdem ich es nicht akzeptiert habe und mit der Managerin gesprochen hatte, bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit Terrasse in der oberen Etage. Von Booking com werden falsche Bilder eingesetzt. Also unbedingt die Beschreibungen durchlesen.

Me vendieron una habitación con vista completa al mar y no fue así, eso es una estafa. Al reclamar me indicaron que ese depto entra como vista completa aunque tenga vista parcial, pero yo pague extra por vista completa, y las fotos no eran lo que alquile.

Limpieza vinieron 1 vez en la semana, no se preocupan por el huesped.

Location on the Island to visit the more beautiful beaches on the west-side of the Island including fun snorkling at the resort itself. Infinity pool is great and also suited for kids. They serve drinks and food on the beds next to the pool, staff is very nice. Both the restaurant and beach bar & the bakery a great for food and drinks. If there's any confusion on a minimal spend of food and drinks at the poolside for using beds or parasols, this is not the case when being a residence of this resorts.

If you travel with younger kids the room setup is something you want keep an eye on. We stayed in the Deluxe Apartments. There's basically an open outdoor living room & kitchen. There's 2 separate bedrooms on each side of the kitchen which can be closed by a key. If you have younger kids they may not want to lock the door itself and you have to lock it from the outside, which we didn't want to do as we could not hear them very well from the other room. We changed te way how we slept in the rooms to tailor for this. But we still had an excellent stay here.

The location, the view, it is calm and welcoming.

The expensive prices, quality and quantity of the food. The noise of the fridge in the room and the maintenance of the airco.

De presentatie van de Deluxe Ocean Suite op Booking.com komt naar mijn mening niet overeen met wat je bij aankomst krijgt. De foto's tonen voornamelijk een kamer op de tweede verdieping met een ruim balkon en panoramisch uitzicht, terwijl wij een kamer op de begane grond kregen. Ook zijn de Deluxe Ocean Suite en de Superior Ocean Suite VIP online vrijwel niet van elkaar te onderscheiden, waardoor de presentatie een exclusievere indruk wekt dan de werkelijkheid. Toen ik bij aankomst wilde upgraden, werd mij verteld dat er geen VIP-kamers beschikbaar waren, terwijl deze op dat moment online nog wel beschikbaar leken. Na mijn klacht erkende Coral Estate schriftelijk dat de presentatie van de kamertypes verwarrend kan zijn en dat zij zullen beoordelen of deze duidelijker moet worden weergegeven. Desondanks werd geen ene vorm van verdere compensatie of tegemoetkoming aangeboden. Het resort is mooi, maar de online presentatie op Booking.com schept verwachtingen die tijdens mijn verblijf niet zijn waargemaakt. Ik raad toekomstige gasten aan de kameromschrijving, foto's en beschikbaarheid kritisch te bekijken voordat zij boeken.

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Resort ist auch prima. Man braucht jedoch ein Auto .

Uns war nicht klar, dass es 2 getrennte Zimmer gibt und es sozusagen nur eine Outdoor Küche gibt.

El lugar es muy lindo hay mucha naturaleza, solo recomendaría cuidar el gatito y el perrito que están en las instalaciones, ellos necesitan de nuestro cuidado.

Local lindo, luxuoso, calmo, próximo das melhores praias. A cozinha bem equipada com fogao, microondas, geladeira e utensílios. Varal e local para secar as roupas na varanda.

Achei o metodo de pagamento confuso. recebi link por WhatsApp com valor maior que o do booking, com taxas extras nao descritas pelo booking, alem da taxa de cartao que é ok, e depois nao localizavam o pagamento… ainda bem que havia tirado print da confirmação.

Vistas increíbles

Las habitaciones tenían un fuerte olor a cloaca. Aunque se utilizó aromatizante, el olor persistía. Considerando el costo de la estadía, es una pena encontrarse con este inconveniente. Aun así, más allá de ese problema, las áreas comunes ofrecen una vista increíble.

La habitación esta bien, con agradable piscina, alternativas de restaurantes, estacionamiento y bonitas puestas de sol

El agua de la ducha se salia hasta el pasillo, muy chico el vidirio, mal la pendiente y se tapaba con facilidad

La alimentación, la cabaña y el acceso al mar

La sábana no le servían al colchón, no hacían aseo a la habitación todos los días, las toallas no las cambiaban, no retiraron la basura de las basureras, ni dejaban pots de café, ya que no hay cafetera.

O Resort é lindo, as instalações muito limpas, os funcionários são gentis e embora seja longe da área urbana possuí três opções de restaurantes muito bons. Nos finais de semana tem música ao vivo na beira da piscina, ótimo pra relaxar e aproveitar o happy hour. Embora não tenha praia com areia o acesso ao mar, AZUL TURQUESA, é facilitado por escadas. Se voltar a Curaçao certamente será a minha escolha de hospedagem.

Apartamento confortável com vista para o mar em excelente localização. O serviço de bar e restaurante é impecável com um menu com pratos muito saborosos. Para visitas as praias do norte facilita muito a localização, além de ter supermercado próximo.

Box do chuveiro não tinha porta, permitindo molhar todo o ambiente

Goede airco in de slaapkamers. Badkamers zijn ruim. Slaapkamers en bedden zijn uitstekend. Personeel van de receptie is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het uitzicht en de ligging van de villa. De verschillende villa's zijn niet 'logisch' bij elkaar gesitueerd. De oriëntatie is deels naar elkaar toe. De privacy is daardoor minder. De banken zijn soort van stevige zitzakken, zit niet echt comfortabel. Geen eettafel buiten. Passpiegel en handdoekhouder ontbreken.

La limpieza en las habitaciones no la hacen todos los días. Mal servicio en el restaurante, no hay preocupación por los comensales.

O restaurante é excelente, adoramos a comida. Cada noite uma experiência diferente. O quarto do hotel é excelente, muito confortável e com vários recursos. A localização é muito boa para explorar o litoral norte/oeste da ilha, onde ficam as praias mais bonitas, desde que tenha um carro alugado. O hotel tem uma estrutura excelente.

De ter que pagar para usar a piscina do hotel. O hotel cobra uma consumação mínima de USD 28 por pessoa para poder usufruir da estrutura da piscina, mesmo para hóspede. Achei desagradável isso. Alguns funcionários do hotel e do restaurante não demonstravam simpatia, chegando a serem bem antipáticos em alguns momentos.

Worst experience ever! The bad experience started even before we arrived. We had a healthy issue with our oldest son, and had to delay our arrival in 48h. No problems to contact Avianaca and EuropCar, but Coral State is a different entity, they don’t answer email , they don’t answer the fone , they don’t answer whatsApp. We had to hire someone in the island to go personally there to let them know, otherwise probably they would had gave us a no show ….. So we arrived, the villa number 1 its a beautiful building, but dirty and ful of ants . The internet didn’t work, whhen a called the front desk from villa 1 , they kept saying that I was in villa 03 ! Hilarious, after conversing then that we were in villa 1 , I had to wait a hole afternoon to get it fixed. In the first floor there was no router ! But the worst part is the house kipping service, I think they should decide if they do ou don’t….. Because its exactly what will happen during your stay, they may show or not. If they do, don’t be surprised if they just take out the garbage from one garbage recipient. It was 17:00 we have cooked for the previous 02 days, and spent to whole afternoon in the beach, when reached the villa it was packed with flys and ants. We went to front desk and asked about service the room, they said they would show up in a while ( it was 17:20 !!!!) , finally by 18:20 one lady got in to the room and took the garbage from ONE RECIPIENT!!!! We called front desk, first they said that they have service in de even days of your stay , after someone show up and brought us garbage bags , I MADE it , and put it in front door. The same person who bought the bags, finally apologized, and said that the manager would leep in touch the other morning. He didn’t! In our last day we asked for a late check out, and after all this mess , they gave us ONE hour, and a never heard anything from manager ! The pool cleaning in the villa is the only thing that looks works , the pool was serviced every day and properly! I don’t recommend you to stay at Coral State Luxury Resort !

O snorkeling em frente ao hotel .

Instalações razoáveis, bonitas mas mal cuidadas. A limpeza é péssima. O quarto estava lotado de formigas e o housekeeping não apareceu alguns dias. Os funcionários são mal educados. Não voltaria. Não gostei da experiência.

The experience began once we had a problem with our flight . It was delayed 48hrs and we couldn’t contact the hotel to tell them we would be delayed. We spent more than 24hr trying to talk to them. They don’t answer whatapp , email and the phone doesn’t ring. I had to hire someone to go there and tell them. How bizarre is that. The hotel has a bad service , and the housekeeping is nasty. The bed sheets are dirty. There is lots of ants, the cleaning are very poorly so the ants are everywhere. Me and my kids got bitten in the bed. They dont clean the floor, so the floor starts to get with sand. There was one day that we arrived at 6pm in the room after spending the whole day at the beach , and they hadn’t done our room yet. The towels , the beds and the room were the same. We called reception and they just sad sorry. So besides all the bad cleaning they didn’t clean our room that day. The employers are not polite and they dont make any effort to help you. In sort , it doesn’t worth it. The only thing is that the snorking is nice in front of the hotel, but there is lots of spots to snorkel around the island. SO IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO COME, FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY

Quarto com grande terraço vista mar, primeira linha, excelente restaurante Karacter. Grande resort bem estruturado/ projetado, segurança, parking ( carro é indispensável nesta ilha).

Nada a referir. Não tem praia com areia mas já sabíamos.

The mattress in the bed was old and ways to soft/worn out. The prices in the restaurants were too high for the quality

I was very pleasantly surprised by this property and its amenities. First - the water. It is amazingly clear/ blue. Like a swimming pool. The roped area is mostly sand bottom but just beyond the rope is surprisingly good snorkeling with a wide array of tropical fish among the coral formations. We found this area one of the best in that area for snorkeling. Check in was easy - especially since we had to prepay the entire stay - so we got keys and a staff member walked us to our room #640. It was nicely appointed with a small kitchenette area with microwave, decent sized bathroom with open shower (nice) and a HUGE balcony area with seating for 4 that overlooked the water, the pool and the restaurants. Great place to sit and listen to the live music. Restaurants were good and not very expensive for a resort - with a nice selection of fresh seafood items as well as steaks, etc. Curated cocktails were delicious (I recommend the Homemade Gin and Tonic). Only take away was the service in Koral restaurant was really lacking. Like really bad. Service in the seaside Karakter restaurant was good. Great views! Pool area is fine - get there early for a good view. Pool is small but nice with an infinity section that looks out at the ocean. Parking is a bit weird in that it is all in the front of the complex and you can only access it through the front entry area. Coffee shop/Cafe is good - with a decent assortment of drinks as well as pastries. I highly recommend the Dragon Fruit cheesecake. Epic! Overall this place was great. We would definitely return.

Se llenan mucho las instalaciones por lo días de sol que ofrecen, por lo q se hace muy difícil como huésped disfrutar de los espacios ya que siempre están ocupados

Great sea view from our room.

Unfortunately no breakfast was included, this would have been nice for the price paid. The staff at the restaurant down at the beach was a bit grumpy. Apparently there was a spa/wellness centre but this was not at all mentioned during check in so we didnt know. Bedding was old and lumpy.
