Amazing placement

Cleanliness is as a big minus, the sheets (bed and pillow covers had stains on them, did not smell like they were properly washed, as the apartment does have a washing machine but no detergent was in sight), the mattress topper also had stains on it so we had to remove it. Everything was dusty, there was hair in the shower and even food remains in the living room area. We did spend the first evening cleaning the apartment so it was nice enough for our stay.

Centralt ,bra område,nära till bageri och mataffär. Det fanns även en hel del restauranger i närheten. Tyst läge alla fönster i lägenheten låg mot en innergård.

Llit doble petit i sofà llit incòmode. Cuina molt petita. Tot uns mica tronat.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum. Blisko komunikacji. Łatwy odbiór kluczy w barku na dole. Cicha okolica. Doskonała kuchenka indukcyjna świetnia grzejąca. Toster stale używany. Inteligentny telewizor z YouTube. Bardzo miła właścicielka, wyraziła zgodę na wcześniejszy przyjazd już od 12:00 co było dla nas b. ważne.

Lokal wymaga odnowienia, odpadająca farba z sufitu nie wygląda dobrze. Brak sprzętu kuchennego - tylko jeden ogromny garnek i taka tez patelnia. Jakieś ciągłe kłopoty z wi-fi. Miały być oddzielne łóżka a brak było nawet dodatkowego prześcieradła na kanapę w salonie. Okropna osłona w łazience.

Location, cleanliness, spacious.

The curtains in the bedroom don't fully block the day light and some darkening curtains would be a better choice , especially for those long days. Also, some extra towels would be nice for the bathroom and paper towels in the kitchen as well.

A hálószobában lévő ágy borzasztóan nyikorgott. Így nehéz volt az éjszakai nyugodt pihenés.

Le point positif principal est l'emplacement : l'appartement n'est pas trop loin du centre (gare, port, musées). Il est aussi plutôt silencieux car les fenêtres donnent sur cour. L’immeuble est assez propre aussi et très calme. Un petit restaurant au pied le l’immeuble tenu par un chef français et sa femme finlandaise mais francophone a été une belle surprise pour y prendre un verre et aussi pour diner.

Concernant les points négatifs il est assez difficile de les hiérarchiser car tous assez importants : le lit de la chambre est tout simplement le pire lit que nous n’ayons jamais eu dans une location ! Il grinçait au moindre mouvement et était très très inconfortable et beaucoup trop mou. Seul avantage il nous faisait oublier de regarder le plafond de la chambre à la peinture complétement craquelée. Le canape du salon était bien meilleur alors même que c’est un équipement bas de gamme de chez Ikea (nous avons le même à la maison dans une chambre d’amis). La cuisine est très très petite est sous-équipée : pas de micro-ondes, pas de lave-vaisselle et la plupart des accessoires assez limitées. De plus la porte du placard ne tenait plus qu’à une seule vis on se demandait à chaque fois qu’on l’ouvrait si elle n’allait pas nous tomber dessus. La salle de bain est très petite également mais c’est surtout la douche qui semble avoir eu ses portes cassées (rangées dans un placard) et celle-ci remplacées par un rideau de douche très inconfortable en plastique ordinaire à 1€. Pour finir, arriver dans une location pour une semaine à trois personnes et trouver un quart de rouleau de papier toilette… que dire ? Cela frise le manque du plus élémentaire sens du service client.

The location was excellent and very convenient. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed for cooking, including spices, as well as different detergents for the kitchen and bathroom. Overall, it had the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

The host was not very helpful and was quite strict about the 11:00 check-out time, with no option to leave luggage in the apartment. The cleanliness should be improved. The pillows had no proper sheets and were dirty, and the floor was not clean. The layout also lacks privacy: there is no door for the bedroom, two king beds are placed in one room, and the sofa bed in the living room is also in an open space; the wooden floor is very noisy when walking.

Wonderful location - easy to access, ground floor was great for suitcases and stroller, quiet, and the little bar around the corner (Apero) had great food, friendly people, and was close enough our baby monitor could still reach! The washing machine and refrigerator were very helpful to have. The bed was super comfortable, and our babe slept great in the crib.

Only two downsides I can think of: the wifi was an open network, which meant partner couldn't use it for work purposes, which was part of why we were there. And minor, but our toddler could easily turn on the stovetop, so heads up to anyone with young kids. We just blocked it with a chair.

Sijainti oli loistava, hieman kauempana keskustasta, mitä ajattelimme, mutta kuitenkin aika lähellä. Kauppoihin ja muihin palveluihin oli ihan sopiva matka. Asunto sijaitsi yllättävänkin rauhallisella alueella, ainoastaan seinänaapurina olevasta ravintolasta kuului ääniä, eikä nekään olleet häiritsevän kovia.

Keittiö oli pikkuruinen, eikä kovinkaan toimiva. Kuvissa asunto näytti hyvinkin edustavalta, paikan päällä yleiskuva oli kuitenkin hieman nuhjuinen.

La gentillesse et l’engagement du responsable Antti qui est venu changer rapidement la lunette de WC qui ne tenait pas. Lit pas inconfortable. Centre ville à 15 minutes à pied. Quartier calme.

Appartement à rénover entièrement. Pas très propre, vieillot. Pas de commode, étagères pour ranger ses affaires. Serviettes qui sentaient l’humidité, très vieilles et rêches. Odeurs dans la salle de douche Pas de couverture de lit supplémentaire, on n’a pas eu chaud. Une seule lampe de chevet, impossibilité de lire le soir.

El departamento estaba perfectamente ubicado para llegar rápidamente al centro de la ciudad. Estaba muy limpio y con todo lo necesario si necesitas hacer una comida.

El espacio es amplio, pero seria bueno contar con una puerta entre las habitaciones para tener intimidad si son varias personas.

Nice apartment that was quiet at night. Comfortable bed and sofa for sleeping. Area was nice and has good playgrounds for kids closeby. Washing machine was very useful.

The property was missing some basic things like handsoap (there were empty bottles of handsoap in the kitchen and bathroom and we had to buy new ones). Also a microwave oven would be useful. We did not mind that the bathroom was small, but the radiator in the bathroom was constantly on (extremely warm) and could not be turned off. During a heatwave this heated the whole apartment and made especially the bathroom unbearable. During winter it would be nice I guess.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung, schön gelegen, kurze Wege zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Cafes... Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Hotspots von Helsinki sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (Hafen, Dom, Felsenkirche...).

Sind eigentlich alle Duschbäder in Finnland so klein?

Enough space for family. Amenities are complete. Easy contact with the owner. Close to the city centre (within walking distance) There are several cafe nearby

1 room with 2 double bed. No privacy, because there is no door for the bedroom.

The apartment, the location, duvet are beautiful, the kitchenette, the living room, the atmosphere, it seemed to be in a book of Arto Paasilina. We would use it again if we will be back to Helsinki.

Quiet and cosy apartment in a nice neighbourhood with cafes, supermarkets, bars and a short walk to tram stop.

The bathroom was a little cramped, but it had everything we needed, including a washing machine.

A short walk to tram station for service no 7 & 9. Which is convenient to train station & ferry terminal to Tallinn. Washing machine is definitely helpful. Host is very responsive to questions.

Shower area a bit small. Under sofa not clean.

The location was very good and the check in was seamless. The living area and bedroom were very spacious and accommodated the three of us very well. Having an elevator was also great as the apartment was on the 5th floor.

Although adequate the kitchen and bathroom were quite small. The shower in particular was a tight squeeze

A cozy apartment near the Kamppi Center. Close to the west terminal for the Ferry. A lot of amenities and shops nearby!

All was perfect!

Good location 3 tram stops from Central station. Well equipped clean and comfortable. Good restaurants and supermarkets close by and good transport in area.

Easy 2-3 block walk to public transportation in 2 directions. Grocery stores nearby and neighborhood restaurants very close. Be sure to stop and chat with the folks at the wine bar downstairs at the corner.

They upgraded the room for us. Early check in was possible with additional charge, however it wasn't charged because there were hiccups during the check in process. So they gave us for a free early checin The place was big. we booked for a small but then upgraded to a large apartment. AC was working, the utensils, the coffee machine, microwave, stove were provided. The location is near a tourist attraction. Really in the middle. Near to groceries and bakery.

Checkin screen is massive tv with at least 60inch. Luckily no one was there. It seemed concerning with data privacy and all when we needed to fill out data. There was no basic seasoning like oil, salt, or pepper. Also kitchen paper was not provided. I would like to clean the kitchen area, but only the washing machine tab that was there. Tissue toilets were not refilled, although we stayed for 4 nights. And it was hard to find the staff to ask for that. It would be nice if they gave an extra plastic bin, especially for a longer stay. The Internet was unsecured, so it was not ideal for browsing. One needed to have a VPN to ensure the security. However, the overall stay was nice. Clean and modern. There are few improvements to make for sure.

Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen. Calm place to stay.

This apartment is a gem. It is located in the perfect spot to start your day in Helsinki. It has anythning you need, it's spacious, warm and fully equiped. Anddi is a kind and helpful person, willing to give solutions!

This is a great wee apartment. Nice and clean and very cosy (which was great in Feb when we went and it was -17°C). Well equipped with all the amenities. Close to transport links and a pleasant 15-minute stroll into town. Good wine bar downstairs and lovely cafe and coffee shop across the road. And the customer service from Antii was great! Thanks for a lovely stay in beautiful Helsinki.

The room was very comfortable, and the location is easy to get to as it's just a few minutes walk from the metro stop.

The bathroom was very small and difficult to move around. Showering was also difficult as the shower is placed in a small corner

Great place with a very nice host. Located in a real walking distance from the city center. Everything needed was easy to find in the apartment. The host made a check-in surprise that was very nice from his side.

EVERYTHING! Exactly as advertised PLUS an incredible price; three short blocks from the main tram line (Nos 7 & 9) giving quick access to either the main railroad station, central bus depot and heart of the city in one direction or the harbor in the other; quiet building in a quiet neighborhood; well-stocked market two blocks away; great super-fresh food Turkish restaurant with lunch buffet three blocks away across from tram stop; compact apartment with room for four adults; toddler high chair; fast internet; privacy; elevator; clear communication from owner (Antti). As president of an international non-profit who pays all travel expenses out of pocket this was perfect for me and a family member.

Wish my grandson and I could have stayed longer!!! No complaints whatever. Don't miss this one and spend the money you save by NOT staying in a pricey hotel to explore Helsinki and outlying towns. Finland is an incredible country full of wonderful surprises, and the Finns are delightful people!
