The best part of this apartment is the location. It was comfortable and has very nice tall windows, so it's very bright. Parking included was quite nice and easy to access as well. Truly, you cannot go wrong with the location if you want to be right by Eyre Square. More spacious than a regular hotel room as well.

Once the toiletries run out, you must pay for additional, so we rationed. Also, we were charged for a beer that was in the items you must pay for, but we did not consume it. I have asked about this, so they may yet correct this.

The condo was clean and provided a washer and dryer which was much appreciated. The shopping and restaurant district is within a few blocks’ walk. We went on a coupe of tours while we were in Galway and the meeting point for both tours was within an easy walk. The bus station was an easy walk, too, Probably the best part of this condo is the floor to ceiling windows. The view of the town was enjoyable to watch.

Front desk staff, Central to everything, great location for restaurants, tours, etc. and we were on 4th floor very quiet for a city.

Not that we didn’t like the property, but needing improvements. It needs a bit of updating (lamp lamp in living space, & light over refrigerator did not work, refrigerator made an awful noise when opening, tough for midnight snacks), and any additional towels (2 sm bath towels provided each couple) it was noted as an up-charge. And understand beverages, snack left out are an additional charge since it’s a hotel not a b&B which offers those as a welcome to your stay.

The apartment, with some touches, could be spectacular (paint, decorating to make it more homey) Some of the items could be stocked fuller like an extra roll of toilet paper.

Locatie is fantastisch! Douche en de ruimte. Bedden liggen ook goed. Wasmachine is ook erg fijn.

Veel geluid op de slaapkamer van de centrale ventilatie. Geen goede gordijnen op de slaapkamers waardoor het licht blijft op de kamer. Deze punten zijn gemakkelijk te verhelpen. Veel geluid van buiten, maar dat kan je wel een beetje verwachten midden in de stad.

The parking, we couldnt find the car park behind the hotel, it would of been more helpful if directions were sent in email with the confirmation. We had to pay for parking for only 5-10 minutes until we could get in the private parking

We are returning customers and were not dissappointed. The room is very spacious with a lounge area. Kitchen, dinning, terrace, 2x bedrooms and bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had parking included which was great. Location was good right in the heart of Eyre Square. Lots of shops and bars around. Wasnt too noisy and had a view of the ocean.

Very warm and no aircon or fans but this was very minor for us as we were out exploring most of the time. We opened the door to let the breeze come through at night. Just kept the blinds down during the day as we stayed during a heat wave.

Het is ideaal dat de locatie ligt op een paar minuten lopen van Eyre Square, waar veel eet- en drinkgelegenheden zijn en van waar dichtbij ook veel bus-excursies vertrekken. Ook loop je zo naar het centrum toe voor winkeltjes en een gezellige sfeer. Het appartementje heeft een zeer ruime badkamer.

Het was even puzzelen hoe het zit met parkeren, sleutel ophalen en vice versa. De receptie is namelijk in een ander gebouw dan het appartment en de garage.

Awesome room overlooking Galway with great views. Great location close to all ammenities. Parking was right next to the building. Big rooms. All spotless clean.

At checking they said we used one bottle of fizzy water, which we certainly didn't. They didn't charge for it.

Canapé pas en très bonne état mais pas très grave juste dommage. Et très peu de vaisselle obligé de laver souvent.

We had a very good experience at Western City Point Apartment. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and we really enjoyed the location, which made it easy to get around and explore the city.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay and did not have any major complaints

Could do with a bit more crockery and cutlery for a 4 night stay. Also to provide basics like salt and pepper would be mood.

Apartment is very nice and the location is great.

I feel like checking in and getting parked could be more straightforward. In order to check in, you have to do it in the hotel so have to park in their hotel underground parking first. Then you have to pay a security deposit of €200, which i don’t mind but feels expensive. Once you are checked in, you then have to move your car to the apartment car-park which is a couple mins drive again as it’s one-way system. It just feels like a lot of hassle. Apartment is also expensive for what you get, considering check in time is 3pm, you don’t get much time in the apartment.

Collecting keys from the hotel and trying to park in the hotel carpark then move to car to a different carpark was very confusing ! Galway was so busy because of the Galway races and bank Holiday weekend and it was so loud in the nighttime from the street. Blinds in bedrooms beed to be upgraded they didn’t keep the bedrooms dark at all !

The location is wonderful. If you can get an apartment with a balcony the view is amazing. The parking on sight is very convenient. We had a full kitchen and laundry facilities which were sorely needed.

My only very minor complaint is when you check in you have to use the temporary garage under the hotel, which was jam packed and had to make a quite complicated turn out.

We’d booked this so we could do some Laundry in the machine in the unit but the dryer didn’t work which was a hassle. In hot weather the unit was very warm and no ability for getting flow through ventilation as could only open bedroom windows and that could be a security issue.. The front door couldn’t be locked either.

Great apartment, very clean and in the heart of Eyre Square. Close by to everything and bus routes if needed. Would highly recommend to stay here and hotel staff were very helpful at check in.

Spacious and well located. Check in staff were very friendly. Very convenient parking.

Very hot (we stayed in July) and no fans provided. Windows couldn’t be opened because of outside noise. No clothes drying rack provided.

Location was perfect to walk into town. Size of the apartment and building was safe which was great.

The apartment was very hot and no fans or aircon. We opened windows when we could but had to close them for privacy and sound in the bedroom and with no fans or aircon, it got very hot.

Apartment was great for our stay. Lovely nights sleep. Within walking distance to the bars and restaurants.

Check in process was a little frustrating. You have to park under the main hotel and check in at reception. Then you have to follow a map that guides you through a one way system to the parking for the apartments. Pay attention and listen. It took us 3 attempts to find it as we were on bikes! Otherwise parking was secure and safe.

Central location just off Eyre Square. Large, clean apartments fully equipped with everything you need.

It was a little warm, due to all the windows. There were fans in the bedrooms, however some tall fans would be handy in the main living area.

The location is great, as is the apartment itself. It was very clean and felt quite secure. They were very responsive with communication before we arrived and graciously provided a cot when we asked. There were guests in the other apartments, but we never heard them, although the bar across the street could get loud at night sometimes.

This is a bare bones flat--they are not really into amenities (two rolls of toilet paper, one dish towel, no paper towels, thin towels, etc.) or extra touches, and it's not decorated with any kind of care (most of the walls are bare). There are very basic kitchen supplies (we opted to buy a coffee press and left it there). There's a wonderful terrace with absolutely no furniture, which seemed like a waste. Some blackout curtains or thicker blinds would also be helpful. Overall, while this would not be my first choice, it worked out well for us as a last-minute rental.

Needs a clothes airer. Not all things can go through the dryer.

One of the hosts was very friendly and helpful. We had hoped to check in early (had just arrived from the U.S. early that morning), and the initial hostess was very kind and understanding, although we understand our room was not yet ready. The apartment itself was nice, clean, and in a great location.

The second hostess was a little more matter of fact and kurt about the situation when we returned to see if the room was then ready. Granted, we were asking to check in early and they needed to clean the room, it was just her attitude that was a little off-putting. Our daughter was feeling very ill from the travel (no one's fault), so that just didn't help.

Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr ist mengenmäßig etwas dünn. Für jeweils 4 Gläser, Teller und Tassen benutze ich keinen Geschirrspüler, also dann abwaschen, um am nächsten Morgen wieder eine saubere Tasse zu haben.

Apartment was in a perfect location. It was a quick walk to everywhere and the views were great as well.

I would have preferred not to have to pick up the keys at a different location.

The carpet in the master bedroom was damaged. It should be replaced! There’s no coffee operated in the kitchen no coffee pot as well. Even the hotel rooms have Keurigs.

Parking was available, but a challenge due to size of vehicles and size of parking spaces. Spaces are assigned, one space in particular has a pillar taking up some of the space. Because of this issue someone had taken our space, which caused us to have to take someone else's. No AC in the apartment didn't have AC, had to keep windows open throughout the night to keep it comfortable enough to sleep. The apartment would have been a better choice if staying multiple nights.

Beautiful apartment and nice location

No hot water x 2 days Back bedroom didn’t have black out blinds and the light shining in from the walkway was soooo bright the shades didn’t dim it at all - looked like we were sleeping during the day it was so bright. (Picture included). Back room security issue - unable to open window to let in cool air at night (so hot while we were there)without people walking by and looking in! Didn’t feel safe sleeping with it open. Toilet was running non-stop but staff was quick to respond and fix the issue!

The property was in an excellent location, within easy reach of the city centre. The apartment was well equipped and clean.
